No coffee in room. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am so no coffee until 7:30am.

Dette oppussede og komfortable art nouveau - hotellet er bare helt fantastisk. Imøtekommende personale og god stemning i lobbyen og ute i hagen bidro til at dette ble en utmerket tredagers - tur til Santa Margherita. Frokosten var nydelig med alt du ønsker av italienske smaker. Kun 15 min. med båt til Portofino som også er verdt et besøk.

Ingen ting. Vi vil reise tilbake en annen sommer/høst.

Charmant klein hotel met heel originele ontbijtformule die werkt. Via a la carte optie kies je meerdere plateaus die een luxueus ontbijt bieden. Zeer hygienische no waste optie met kwaliteitsproducten. De kamers zijn groot en de gevraagde parking voor de deur was beschikbaar.

Mieren waren de natuurlijke vijand tijdens ons verblijf die men niet direct onder controle kreeg. De jacuzzi was een betalende optie die in de boeking. Presentatie inclusief leek

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Strand und Ortskern. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist in 3 - 5min vom Strand zu erreichen. Supermarkt auch sehr nahe. Zimmer sind einwandfrei sauber, hell und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplatz war bei Ankunft nach vorheriger Ankündigung verfügbar. Klimaanlage funktioniert, Bad war etwas klein aber sehr schön und funktional. Bett ausgezeichnet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, allerdings bei geschlossenem Fenster. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man die Aussengeräte der Klimaanlagen rauschen, zumindest in unserem Zimmer. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Am besten gefallen hat uns das Frühstück im Garten a la carte. Sehr entspannt und angenehm. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden dieses Hotel gerne wieder buchen.

Etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad rund um das Waschbecken.

Es un precioso hotel tipo boutique con preciosas habitaciones y un lindo jardín donde se desayuna. El desayuno a la carta excelente. Todo muy rico y elaborado en el momento

Solo mencionar que no tiene ascensor por si van con mucho equipaje hay que subirlo por escaleras

Lovely hotel, very clean and close to the seaside. Matresses very comfortable. The staff, especially Elena was very helpful!

We had a room on the 2nd floor, there was no lift and no porter to help with the luggage. I had reserved parking space and on the 2nd day was given to somebody else. Very expensive for 3- star hotel.

Le personnel était super gentil. La chambre était très bien propre et le petit déjeuner aussi très bon. Très bonne literie. Je conseille cet hôtel.

Malheureusement nous étions à l’étage 0 et donc à côté de la cuisine avec une mauvaise insonorisation. Nous étions réveillés tôt par les bruits de couverts, cuisine, préparation… Donc je conseillerai de séjourner à l’étage de ce magnifique hôtel. De plus le jacuzzi et les massages font l’objet de dépenses additionnelles, ce n’est pas inclus dans le prix des nuitées.

Brak uwag aczkolwiek rozwiązanie z klimatyzacją kiepskie, bo wieje prosto nad łóżkiem na twarz.

Położenie blisko plaży i centrum miasteczka Dobre śniadania z możliwością wyboru lokalnych potraw, pobyt z psem bez dodatkowych opłat

Cena za parking 30 euro mocno zawyżona, mała i niefunkcjonalna łazienka bez wieszaków, lodówka która wcale nie chłodziła. W pokoju brak czajnika i zestawu do zrobienia herbaty lub kawy.

Une des employées nous a recommandé une plage avec laquelle ils collaborent. 45€ pour 2 la journée. On venait d arriver on ne connaissait pas les établissements, on a fait confiance. C est une plage avec des transats au kilomètre sur je ne sais pas combien de lignes et sans matelas… si vous cherchez quelque chose d’élégant et de calme, à fuir. Mais surtout nous avons vu les tarifs affichés sur la plage ; on aurait dû en avoir pour 22 € et non 45 €. Quand j’ai fait le Check out, je lui ai dit que je ne comprenais pas les 45 € alors que ça devrait être 22 €. Elle a commencé à s’énerver et est devenue très désagréable ; m a dit qu’ils avaient un accord avec la plage et qu’elle m’avait donné deux serviettes et deux petites bouteilles d’eau, alors que je n avais besoin, ni de serviettes ni d’eau … très malhonnête de leur part.

Das Parken (falls man mit dem Auto anreist) ist trotz des hohen Preises von 30€ pro Tag nicht gut gelöst. Entweder zu kleine Parkbuchten oder weiter weg. Das Frühstück wird ohne Buffet serviert. Man kann von einer Karte wählen. Die ist relativ beschränkt. Insgesamt umständlich. Nur zwei Heißgetränke inklusive pro Person. Alle weiteren extra zu bezahlen. Reicht im Normalfall. Finde ich bei den Preisen aber unangemessen.

Location was exceptional and you could walk most anywhere. The breakfast was very good too and served outside in beautiful surroundings. We must mention that the garden was beautiful and the jasmine wafted into the rooms in the morning.

The bathroom could use a little more shelf space and a few hooks. The bedroom could also use some more shelves or drawers for clothes.

Struttura di dimensioni ridotte (è un villino liberty ristrutturato con gusto e rispetto della struttura storica) con poche stanze e molta cura per gli ospiti. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge di Santa Margherita e gli itinerari di trekking sul monte di Portofino o raggiungere a piedi San Fruttuoso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile che ha risolto con grande solerzia il problema di una perdita del lavabo. Colazione "a la carte" di ottima qualità. Molto comodo il vicino garage ove lasciare l'auto. Un posto speciale dove tornare!

The room was like a scene from an Italian Love Story. The hotel is quite charming. Breakfast was made to order from the menu and it could not have been better. The staff were like new found friends before we left. We spent five nights there and only wish we could have stayed longer. This is our 4th visit to Santa Margherita Ligure and we always like being there but the hotel really highlighted our visit. The location is great because you are a five minute walk from the Marina in a location mostly comprised of local people.

I liked everything!!! Just keep in mind there is no elevator as this is a historic hotel that the Commune will not allow the renovation to the Villa to have a elevator. It is on the site so there was no surprise to not having an elevator.

Hotel lindo , limpo e muito confortável , muito central!

Gefallen hat uns die gediegene Ausstattung im italienischem Flair. Es war alles sehr geschmackvoll. Auch die Bepflanzung der Außenanlage war wunderschön, wir haben es jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Der Frühstücksservice, insbesondere der junge Mann im Service, war sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Top.

In wenigen Minuten vom Hotel erreicht ihr das Zentrum von Santa Margharita eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt. Von der ihr nach Portofino mit dem Rad, mit dem Roller oder dem Bus fahren könnt.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Das Hotelpersonal war super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Зупинялись на дві ночі, нам все дуже сподобалось, готель, дуже уважний і ввічливий персонал, чисто, гарно пахне, готель дуже доглянутий.

Nous avons tout adoré : propreté, esthétique, confort, services sans compté le professionnalisme et l’amabilité du personnel.

E' un boutique hotel, cosa che per noi è un pregio. La posizione è ottimale: è in una via tranquilla ma è a due passi dal centro e dal lungo mare. L'esterno dell'edificio è pregevole e anche l'interno è tenuto bene. La nostra camera, denominata "lavanda" è molto bella, luminosa e pulita. Il personale è veramente cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione è servita al tavolo, è varia e di qualità. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio coperto, disponibile a pagamento per gli ospiti: a Santa Margherita è importante poter disporre di questo servizio. Non abbiamo visto l'ascensore, ma non l'abbiamo neppure cercato perché a noi non interessa. Se per qualcuno l'ascensore è importante, suggerisco di verificare la cosa. Il prezzo è in sintonia con la zona.

Non abbiamo trovato difetti.

Quiet place, nice building. Close to the center and the see. Close to Genova and one hour walk to Portofino. Suprise upgrade upon arrival. Bruno is a very kind, friendly and helpful receptionist.

After check out we returned from a walk. We wanted to have a drink, but decided not to, as we were not allowed to use the restroom by the lady at the reception.

We have stayed in many beautiful boutique hotels, yet it is rare to encounter staff as warm, gracious, and accommodating as here. Even as early risers, we were delighted to receive a cup of coffee in the early morning from the pleasant gentleman at the reception desk. This charming villa, with only a handful of rooms, offers a truly high standard of comfort and elegance. Instead of ordinary room numbers, the rooms are named after flowers, which is a wonderful and imaginative alternative to dull numbering. Even the corridors are filled with the most delightful floral fragrance. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet side street, with everything just a few minutes away on foot. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace, tranquillity, and impeccable cleanliness. The à la carte breakfast was fresh, delicious, and wonderfully invigorating

L’hôtel en général propre et très beau , chambres très confortables. Hôtel très bien placé très proche du Centre ville . Malgré une petite erreur bien rattrapée par l’établissement petit déjeuner de qualité.

Petit dejeuner servit un peu tard surtout lorsque l’on part en excursion. Début de service 07h45 même si un petit déjeuner à emporter pouvait être préparé . Nous préférons déjeuner à l’hôtel Prix du parking un peu cher 30 euros la nuit. Personnel à l’accueil de la journée est « un peu refroidissante » en termes de contact même si elle parle le français. Nous dirons sympathie commerciale » Celle du dimanche après midi est très sympathique ainsi que le gardien de nuit.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Der Empfang am Abend von der blonden italienisch sprechenden Dame, war sehr unschön. Kein willkommen wird ausgestrahlt, sondern herablassend durch ihre arrogante Art. Was macht so eine Dame im Empfang!? Dann noch fremde Haare im Bett, das war dann die Krönung in der Nacht.

La chambre était très bien, propre et confortable. Le personnel était très bien également

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est que notre chambre ce trouvait au rez-de-chaussée, du coup proche du petit déjeuner et de la cuisine où cela se préparait, donc le bruit a commencer à 6h45. De plus à cette étage, nous n’avons pas de vue à part des escaliers. Pour finir je trouve dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas un buffet comme dans la plupart des hôtels.

L'emplacement, a 10 mnts a pied de la gare et a 2 pas du centre du Santa Margherita. La gentillesse de tous les membres du personnel. La qualité des équipements (literie très confortable) et une propreté irresprochable! Nous avons eu droit a une chambre supérieure a notre arrivé...très bonne surprise! Nous sommes restés 2 nuits.

Posizione e parcheggio interno comodissimi. Piccola zona verde per par passeggiare le mie cagnoline. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Ottima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, così come il soggiorno delle mie cagnoline.

Posizione ottima in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il pieno centro di Santa Margherita, camera dotata del necessario e letto e cuscini molto comodi!

Exceeds my expectations…the team are super nice and helpful. I got upgraded and was assisted with everything I asked for. Frown where to eat to where to do my hair and everything in between. The breakfast is great and it’s all about the team here…exceptional!!!
