Chasse d'eau des WC avec un débit très peu performant. Armoire à habits et coffre-fort complètement hors d'âge !

Tout était parfait, l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. La propreté, le petit déjeuner avec de très bons produits locaux. Le calme de la chambre, le magnifique petit jardin intérieur avec l'avantage d'être prêt du port et de la ville historique. Le parking est parfait pour laisser sa voiture le temps du séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette établissement.

Localisation centrale proche des lignes de bus. Extrême amabilité et gentillesse de tout le personnel : les deux réceptionnistes, les femmes de ménage, la serveuse au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Notre chambre était très peu lumineuse car la fenetre donne sur un immeuble à 2 m de distance. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier le séjour

The hotels location is excellent, if you arrive by bus or train to the Central Station take the 101 bus along Via Roma The breakfast is first class amd they will provide a breakfast box if you have an early trip

Great location, lovely room. A rooftop evening bar/ breakfast location, together with its own central ornate garden. Breakfast could not have been better hosted by Roy Roger’s (in joke) and his wife. A very special mention to Giovanni Junior on reception. He made our stay a total pleasure recommending restaurants, which beach to visit and how to get to it. Lost without his assistants.

Det var en super god beliggenhed tæt på centrum, med de faciliteter man nu kan forvente. Hyggeligt hotel i gammel stil, dog med elevator 😃 Deres engelsk er ikke for godt og slet ikke ved morgenmaden, som i øvrigt var OK, men ikke prangende. De fyldte ikke altid op - f.eks manglede der ofte scramble egs.

We had a problem with the air conditioning. The room remained very hot.

I like the old-fashioned design on the property although everything is new and well maintained.

The queen bed is not actually a queen bed its just two single beds combined which can get a bit uncomfortable

Hotel so sehr schön. Gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück auch ganz gut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Das Zimmer! Sehr klein, altmodisch und ziemlich abgewohnt. Bett sehr weich. Fenster direkt vor einer Wand. Hauptproblem war aber die Klimaanlage: trotz maximaler Stufe war das Zimmer die ganze Nacht sehr warm, trotzdem unangenehm kühle und laute Lüftung.

Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir andando a las principales atracciones. Habitación espaciosa, cómoda y tranquila. El desayuno buenísimo y muy bien presentado, con productos típicos sicilianos, caseros y de muy buena calidad. Pero lo mejor de todo la atención del personal, en especial la alegría y amabilidad de Nadia en los desayunos. Un saludo con mucho cariño de las ragazzi de la 106 del capuchino con cacao :)

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann die Altstadt und den Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichen.Das Frühstück war super, es gab regionales und das war sehr lecker.

Tutto eccellente, posizione ottima per visitare il centro, molto apprezzato il loro posteggio privato. Camera ampia, pulita, un po datata ma confortevole. Colazione ottima.

Tres bon emplacement et par dessus tout on arrive en voiture et on se gare directement dans leur immense garage sans descendre du véhicule puis l'accueil est immédiatement accessible ! Quel super confort ! Les personnes sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, très solaires, tres souriantes. Ils se mettent en quatre pour vous être agréable. C'est exceptionnel

Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine hoteleigene Garage, wo man parken kann. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, die man aber zu Fuß problemlos erreicht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen.

Gepäck und Auto konnte man bereits vor einchecken abstellen. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Sehr gut. Personal super nett ! Gerne wieder.

Staff muito simpático e prestável. Quarto espaçoso e sempre limpo com cheiro a limão. Excelente pequeno almoço em termos de quantidade e variedade. O Hotel tem o seu próprio estacionamento (pago) o que é ótimo para quem viaja de carro.

Een zéér goede ligging, mooi verzorgd hotel, op loop afstand van een aantal te bezoeken zaken. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijke ontvangst.

Whether it was Sylvia or Giovanni at reception, or Georgia or Nadja at breakfast... it was always a joy to walk into the hotel or the breakfast room. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates authenticity and honesty, and who wants to be greeted with a genuine, unobtrusive smile....

Struttura caratterizzata da una posizione eccezionale rispetto al centro storico ed al nuovo Yacht Club, dove la sera si può cenare e godere della termica marina.. Colazione eccellente per varietà e qualità (sia dolce che salato), mia moglie sottolinea che 1 punto è guadagnato dalle signore della sala che, insieme a Luca, offrono il meglio della rinomata ospitalità e cordialità siciliana. Ottima qualità e profumo dei doccia schiuma

L'aria condizionata funziona solo se la stanza è occupata e questo ha fortemente condizionato la nostra valutazione.. entri in camera e (d'estate) fai la sauna, spari l'aria condizionata a 1.000 e rischi bronchiti.. quando un inverter oggi consumerebbe zero, una volta raggiunta la temperatura ideale (25°!?) Un'altra nota per il letto, i nostri materassi erano andati, troppo morbidi e, senza pretendere il topper di B.Barbieri, avrei gradito un lenzuolo a misura tale che ogni mattina (davvero ogni mattina) non mi svegliassi con la faccia sul materasso perché la federa era troppo piccola (!!!!!!!!)

Exceptional hotel, you can feel the real Sicilian style, every detail is carefully thought through. The location is also perfect, 5 minutes to Teatro Massimo, and 10 minutes to ferry to Aeolian islands (not 20 min like google maps says because it makes a detour). The room was also clean, had all the facilities, the bed was comfortable. Really, can’t say 1 bad word about the hotel. I will definitely return

Non funzionava la presa della corrente alla parte destra del letto e dei due foni che c'erano, si erano entrambi funzionanti ma quello vicino al lavandino non era fissato bene e bisognava prestare attenzione a non farlo cadere e l'altro era con l'attacco shuko ma senza adattatore non ho potuto utilizzarlo.

The hotel has a carpark in an area where parking is a nightmare! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless.

The air con was poor.The main light fitting flickered when it was on. One of the bedside lights was broken. The bathroom sink was coming away from the wall. It was tired. No breakfast, we were too early at 7:15, this is a capital city hotel, people are traveling and working....

Le bruit, pas du tout insonorisé. Entre la famille de la chambre à côté qui crient jusqu'à 2h du matin (je les entendai même pisser, parler, etc.) et les roulettes du chariot et les chaises dès 6h30 du matin juste au dessus de ma chambre, un calvaire. Très cher pour une prestation globale, pour le moins, médiocre.

The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who make you feel at home. It is a family-run hotel, which gives it a personal touch that larger hotels often lack. The location is very convenient, situated between Uptown and Midtown, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood. I would happily stay here again.

The only minor downside was that breakfast included only one coffee per person.

The hotel was very pretty, our room was spacious, the location was very close to the downtown restaurants and sites, and breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful and the woman in the morning helped us every day with parking advice at the beaches. We especially liked the bat cave garage lol.

Vers 5h du matin, toutes les lumières ce sont allumées dans la chambre, la clim s'est coupée, pareil dans toutes les chambres. Cela a fini par revenir à la normale au bout de 15min. Aucunes explications de l'hôtel ni geste, cela nous a fait passer une nuit très moyenne.

We loved our stay in Hotel Trinacria a lot! The hotel is perfectly situated to discover Palermo on foot and yet it is very quiet. We quite liked the interior design of hotel and room, breakfast was perfectly fine - but what made our stay memorable was the staff. The receptionists as well as - especially - the signore who took care of us during breakfast were amazingly welcoming and funny and gentle and made sure we had the perfect start every day! Thank you all a lot!

Our room was a bit dark which didn’t really bother us.

Dobrze by było oznakować znakiem nakazu, w którą stronę należy wyjeżdżać z parkingu, łatwo pojechać pod prąd zwłaszcza jak się nie zna miasta.
