The property was the perfect location for our city break in Porto. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The property was tastefully decorated and the outside space was a luxury we didn’t expect. It was lovely and clean. Definitely one we would use again.The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. They welcomed us and gave us lots of tips of where to go what to see . They kept in touch throughout our stay making sure we were comfortable . It was also very quiet again something we didn’t expect with it being a city location

Está situado en el centro junto a la catedral y no hace falta transporte para conocer los principales puntos de interés de oporto. Puedes ir andando a la mayoría. Zona tranquila

Para la entrada al apartamento hubo un poco de confusión porque la dueña no estaba. No teníamos claro donde estaba la oficina para recoger las llaves pero finalmente estaba muy cerca y el personal nos atendió muy bien.

Location couldn't have been better... quite close to most of the things you would want to see or do in Porto. Very comfy bed and it had all you needed to cook. Air con in the bedroom and living room. Stairs were not really a problem

Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Porto te ontdekken. Het is een zeer schoon en modern ingericht appartement met een fijn bed en goed ingerichte keuken. Centraal gelegen in een levendige buurt. De host, Cai, is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de begane grond zit een leuk tentje waar je lekker kunt ontbijten.

De bedbank in de woonkamer was niet zo comfortabel.

Spacious and clean accommodation with well equipped private garden. The host was very helpful and informative, and the location was perfect, very close to the cathedral.

Our hostess, Cai, went above and beyond to make our arrival as smooth as possible. Since our group was large and arriving at different times, she met us on two separate occasions and was always responsive, providing well-timed communication and detailed instructions. The apartment was perfect for our group of six—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including great Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. The location was very central and within easy walking distance of the bridge. One unexpected bonus was the private garden sitting area, complete with comfortable chairs and a sun umbrella—a lovely spot to relax after exploring Porto. One thing to note is that after entering the building, there is a flight of stairs to navigate to reach the lower-level apartment. But hey, you’re in Porto—hills, stairs, and elevations are part of the experience! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto.

We stayed at AgapeStay Porto for 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a few days in Porto comfortably. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths: very central, perfect for reaching the main attractions on foot, and also very convenient for public transport. A special mention goes to the host for their kindness and availability, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed or provide advice during our stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Notre hôtesse d'accueil CAI HE était extraordinaire, gentille, disponible, au petit soin. Tout était parfait. Le seul bémol était les escaliers pour accéder a l'appartement qui ne sont pas signalés lors de la réservation. Quand vous arrivez avec des grosses valises et qu'il y a près de 40 marches a monter et descendre c'est compliqué surtout avec des personnes âgés. Mais notre formidable hôtesse nous a beaucoup aidé.

Great central location. We were in the 3 bed apartment and it was fantastic to have direct access to the garden area from the bedrooms, it was a very private space that was only for our apartment. Coffee shop below apartment & a Starbucks 2 doors down

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Sehr zentral gelegen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Besonders haben wir die Unterstützung und Hilfe von Cai geschätzt. Centrally located, clean, easy to access. Cai was very helpful , promptly responded to our questions and also recommended a few interesting local restaurants.

1:位置：对于初次来到波尔图的游客来说，接近各景点的中心，向前是大桥、河岸，向后是车站和教堂，基本都可以步行，而且这个位置相对于任何地点都不要爬很多的坡，这点很重要，波尔图堪比小重庆，不能只看距离。 2:设施：房间内设施很新，该有的都有，窗外景色虽然不多，但也不会压抑，有厨房，可以简单料理。 3:服务：💯，不是因为老板也是中国人的原因，我觉得还是服务意识非常好。虽然没有电梯，但会主动帮你拿行李，管理者会在你到达前询问你的交通方式和到达时间，告诉你确切的地址。同时也会在公寓亲自接待你，马上解决你的问题。虽然没有存行李的地方，但附近200米内也有存行李的地方，管理者还会替你支付存行李的费用，这个非常贴心。 特别感谢：最后check out的时候因为我的个人疏忽，把手表打包进行李里，管理者非常认真的帮我寻找，几乎翻遍每个角落。非常有耐心和细致。 所以，这家公寓虽然也有一些微小的瑕疵，但是对于选择公寓的人来说，非常好的服务和沟通是更值得看重的。 尤其，如果你是一个第一次来波尔图旅游的中国游客，就选这里吧，位置、设施卫生都会让你满意，更有中国管理者可以无障碍沟通，或者聊聊家常，这对于一个旅行者来说，感受是非常好的。

This place was beyond perfect for a short city break. Cai, the host, was so easy to communicate with and often checked in to ensure our stay was going well. It is honestly one of the cleanest apartments I have stayed in, we couldn't fault it. The location is unbeatable - probably less than a 5 minute walk to Luís I Bridge - no further than 15 minute walk away from any sights we were interested in. Aircon was included and Cai even left a bottle of water in the fridge for us arriving. Cai also helped organise transfers to and from the apartment which meant our holiday was completely stress free.

Great location and size of property, Cai was so welcoming and nothing was a problem , air con worked great and was Very clean, loved the water and Portuguese tarts on welcome, bed was a little small due to the size of the room but was very comfortable. I would highly recommend and would come back. Only thing to add would be have some tissues, shampoo and conditioner available in bathroom and maybe bigger toilet rolls for 4 nights we ran out.

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Porto, close to key sights (the Douro river, Ribeira restaurants, Pont Luiz bridge to Vila Nova Gaia etc). Cai was a very friendly and helpful host, and went out of her way to give us suggestions about restaurants etc to visit

No complaints - everything was great

This is an amazing property and location. Close to River & Bridge as well as the Porto Cathedral. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars near by for lots of choices. We were able to travel to various sites easily and quickly. We had 3 couples in our early 60s and rented a one bedroom one bathroom apartment and a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment (both on city side), and the amenities were complete and very updated inside including kitchen and full size refrigerator/ freezer. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient size and shower worked very well, especially the hot water. Both apartments were 2 levels and had a/c units on both floors. The balcony doors opened easily to step out onto balcony or simple to let air in top. The best part of this property is the host, Cai!! She was such a great help before and during our stay. She provided many good recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores to make our experience the best! Her level of communication is fabulous. If I had a question before or during the stay, she was extremely prompt in answering any questions. She is one of the best hosts I have ever had and she is a key reason to stay here as well!! Many thanks to Cai for her help!! This is a can’t miss place IMO!!

Stairs

Cai is a friendly host who wants all her guests to feel at home, and she succeeds. The apartment was in an excellent location, near the Sao Bento metro/train station and within walking distance of all the main sites. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing stay in Porto - the only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have a teapot (but that is a personal choice, not a criticism). I don't usually write reviews, but I would highly recommend the AgapeStay apartments, and will definitely book them again when we are next in Porto.

Property is centrally located to every thing. Very clean , well maintained and safe. We had barbecue and enjoyed the backyard on our last night to just chill. Kai was very accommodating and recommended all the good restaurants where locals eat.

Great location. The patio was very nice to have. The host was amazing and was there to greet us and see us off at the end of the stay. The location next to the Time Out Market proved to be very convenient.

Le soir et la nuit on avait l’impression d’une lampe de poche qui s’allume et s’éteint continuellement dans dans notre chambre . À s’informer si vous avec le sommeil fragile…

Excellent host, facilities and location. 5 minute walk from the train station. Wide choice of places to eat/drink locally, good transport to the airport and places further away. Our host was very warm and welcoming, met us at the apartment and was available to offer recommendations and suggestions. Communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and spacious, set over two floors and looked recently renovated. Everything worked, the bed was comfy and everyting was there that we needed. We appreciated the extra touches that were made to ensure we were very comfortable.

The whole experience was incredible. Out just Cai met us at the car with umbrellas as it raining couldn’t believe it! Gave us a tour and helpful tips! Any little issue was dealt with immediately! Incredible service ,location was perfect ! Just a fantastic experience!

The location was absolutely perfect. The place itself was spotlessly clean, you can’t ask for a better location (super central) and the views were simply amazing. It is an older building but you can see that it was newly renovated and quiet at night besides the central location. But what truly made this stay special was our host. Cai He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and you could genuinely feel that she cared about her guests’ wellbeing. Any question was answered with a smile, and she went out of her way to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and would come back without hesitation!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We had a perfect stay in Porto.The apartment is fully equipped and refurbished; it’s comfortable, very well located and perfect to explore the city on foot. The host, Cai, is amazing – very attentive, kind, friendly and always willing to help. She recommended us good places, restaurants and so on to help us plan our days there; she welcomed us on arrival with delicious cookies and even the day we left she gave our little one a beautiful present. Thank you very much! If you're visiting Porto, this is definitely the best place to stay! :)

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved – though it wasn’t really a problem – is that the wardrobe in the room is a bit small; however, it’s big enough for a stay of two or three nights.

Fantastic location with a nice view at the back of the property. Easy to get to the top of the Dom Luis Bridge, Ribeira, the cathedral and the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants near by and a nice cafe for breakfast underneath the apartment. Cai He, the host, was great with suggestions, particularly for our daughter and gave clear instructions for entry well in advance, so there was no struggle with receiving them. Very clean and tidy, we were able to cook there using the facilities.

The entrance hall light was very sensitive to movement and kept going on and off in the night which could be a problem for light sleepers.

The street in front of the apartment is noisy. BUT with the double glazed windows closed, you wouldn't even know it. With the wooden window blinds closed, you won't realise that the sun has come out, it's that good! The bed was fantastic, we were able to get a good night's sleep.

There's no elevator to the upper floors, but then, it's an older building in an area that looks like a conservation area, so, it's to be expected; like many other historical places. However our host was there to help us to move our luggage up the stairs. Many thanks for that. 😀

The location and view

We got there late at night and Cai He was very kind to direct us to nearby eateries so we won’t starve. The building and the apartment were very clean and easy to access. It is close to main attractions and metro station plus many restaurants and bars nearby yet so quiet at night. The location is 10/10.

This apartment was perfect for our Porto vacation. Great location, close to the bridge over to Gaia, coffee shop at the front entrance and a private garden in the middle of the city! If you're traveling with family or another couple, the layout is ideal. Our host, Che, was very helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional.
