Chambre avec peu d’espace pas agréable et le lit inconfortable : plusieurs réveil dans la nuit répétés pendant le séjour. Nous avons loué dans un autre hôtel dans Istanbul les jours suivants nos vacances.

Las personas de la recepecion super amables, y el desayuno muy delicioso. Sumado que hay siempre cafe y agua disponible. La ubicacion es excelente .

Pulizia inesistente. In una settimana mai un cambio di asciugamani o di biancheria del letto (vi era solo un copri materasso e un copripiumino vuoto usato come lenzuolo e unica copertura notturna). Bagno appena accettabile. Sensazione generale non proprio di igiene. Io solitamente non faccio recensioni negative. Questa non lo è in senso completo, seppure la struttura non abbia soddisfatto le mie semplici aspettative.

Posto strategico, e poi situato di fronte ad un parcheggio cistodito perfetto x noi che siamo arrivati in moto

Location of the hotel was perfect 100-200m to Sultanahmet tram station, also staff was super good especially the guy who works in first shifts dont know the name was very kind, they have lovely simple breakfast.

Firstly electricity in first day went off so that can happen to anybody but their aggregator was not fast functionally İ hope they fix it faster, and my bed İ mean İ had double bed was not one but they were two single beds and İ sometimes couldnt sleep well because of the middle of two beds!

Excelente localização, perto de todos os principais pontos turisticos. Fácil de localizar, com ponto de ônibus/metro próximos. Região bem tranquila e segura, com diversos restaurantes próximos.

O quarto é ligeiramente pequeno, mas nada que incomode diante do custo benefício, bem como se imaginar que vai passar a maior parte do tempo aproveitando os pontos turisticos.

The location was perfect and very convenient. The breakfast was so healthy and with variety of items. The best breakfast ever.

To be honest for me everything was perfect specially the staff over the counter. Both shifts were so helpful and kind.

The location of the hotel is perfect in Sultanahmet District, closer to many interesting places

I wanna thank a lot the stuff of the hotel for the perfect service. They are very kind! The hotel room was clean, small but its okay. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Location was EXCELLENT. walking distance of all major touristic attractions and 3 min walk from the Tram which will take you everywhere else. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with great cheese offer and fresh bread everyday. Coffee and water available 24/7 Very clean too!!

Water pressure on the 5th floor was not great. Fine for showering but hair wash is a bit of a pain. Bed was ok for a couple days, might be too soft for some people.

Central location

Breakfast was good and rooms were nice

The location is great, just a couple minutes from the main touristic attractions in Sultanahmet, pretty close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport (tram). The staff is friendly and eager to help with any enquiry. There is a lift in the hotel, which makes taking suitcases upstairs pretty easy. I did not have the chance to try the breakfast offered but the kitchen looked organised and clean. The bed was big enough and quite comfortable as well as clean. The hotel provided a couple bottles of water in the room fridge and disposable flip flops as a courtesy. The room was organised, clean and with plenty of natural light coming in.

Even though the room can feel a bit small, it is cosy. The bathroom is small but good enough, maybe some of the walls in the shower could be a bit cleaner.

Уборка не всегда производилась, номер достаточно маленький, не совсем удобно.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno barrio turistico, se puede caminar a muchos sitios turísticos y también está cerca me metro o tranvía. En la noche se puede caminar por el barrio hasta tarde, es muy seguro y tranquilo. hay muchos restoranes, bares y tiendas cercanas donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites. El desayuno super completo y muy rico, con verduras frescas, quesos, variedad de huevos, aceitunas, pasas, pan, miel, mermelada, nutella, etc. sólo faltaon frutas frescas, ya que había frutas en almibar. La habitación era pequeña, pero justo lo suficiente, el personal del hotel sumamente amable y el wifi me funcionó perfecto incluso para trabajar on-line y hacer videollamadas. La máquina de café, jugo, agua y el lobby del hotel estaban disponibles 24-7, eso fue super cómodo.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones no es muy bueno.

Perfect location - in the middle of the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, tea and drinking water available 24/7. Can borrow an umbrella if it's raining, can leave luggage after check out.

Some elements in the room could be refreshed but the value for money is good. Overall it was a good stay.

The location is great.

The hotel is a little dated and doesn’t quite look like the photos online. Breakfast could be improved, as the variety was limited and the items weren’t labelled, which made it hard to know what they were. The staff were generally polite, though not always attentive. Each morning the receptionist had videos playing at a noticeable volume while guests were having breakfast nearby, and guests were also expected to clear their own dishes (he could help with that, for example). These things made the experience less comfortable than it could have been.

I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La struttura è molto vicina al centro e su una strada silenziosa la sera per cui abbiamo anche potuto dormire con la finestra aperta senza problemi. Buona la colazione e possibilità di prendere caffè/the/acqua a qualsiasi orario del giorno.

Potrebbe essere utile avere dei ganci in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani dato che con la struttura al momento presente è difficile appendere due asciugamani. Inoltre essendoci il bollitore in stanza, si potrebbero anche aggiungere due tazze in camera e delle bustine del the. Però non posso negare che sono stati gentili in reception nel permetterci di prendere una tazza e portarla in camera

Ce que j’ai apprécié, c’est l’emplacement : l’hôtel est situé tout près du tramway et à quelques pas seulement des principaux monuments et points d’intérêt. Cela nous a permis de tout visiter facilement à pied ou en transport.

La chambre était très petite et étroite, avec très peu d’espace pour circuler. Nous étions dans une chambre double et il n’y avait même pas de place pour poser nos bagages correctement. Dans la salle de bains, nous avons vu un gros cafard, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas varié : très peu de choix, et même pas de variété de pain proposée.

It massively exceeded my expectations. It was listed as a one star hotel but it was so so nice to stay here. The breakfast was a lovely touch I wasn't expecting and it was really tasty. The staff were really nice. The location was perfect and well within walking distance of everything. I had a great time

The wifi was a bit dodgy but it didn't impact my overall experience as I spent most of the time out exploring

No estaba muy limpio, de hecho en el baño habían hongos (en la ducha, en la taza del baño y en el muro), el suelo de la habitación no lo limpiaron ni tampoco hicieron la cama ninguno de los 5 días que estuve

Great budget stay in the heart of Istanbul! The location and price ratio is probably the best you can imagine — just a 5-minute walk to the very heart of the city. The hotel is small, which is actually a big plus — cozy and quiet. Breakfast was included. It’s very simple and basic, but everything was fresh and tasty — exactly what you need to start the day. There was unlimited access to tea, coffee, and water, which was also a nice touch. The rooms are tiny, yes, but honestly — we weren’t there to sit in the room, we were out exploring the city! It’s perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place in the city center, this is definitely the right spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful — they even lent me a phone charger for my entire 4-day stay. Thank you so much!

Personnel très sympatiques à l'écoute . L'hotel est très bien situé à côté de beaucoup de commerces et restaurants , de ste Sophie ,la mosquée bleue à 5 mns de l'hôtel. Tram à proximité .
