Alpine Serenity

Beautiful room with nice views

Clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Good location with local facilities and short distance to town. Check-in and check-out was simple.

Nothing.

The apartment was perfect for us, two friends attending a conference. We each had a generous sized room, with a king-size bed and an ensuite. Warm underfloor heating, and a heat pump, meant that we were very comfortable as the outside temperature dropped.

We feel it is unreasonable to expect guests to take their rubbish to communal bins before departing. This is Airbnb practice and we did not book with Airbnb. Cleaning was clearly included in our booking.com charge. Note: the nonstick frypans are in an unsafe state/very scratched and impossible to clean; they need replacing.

The house is spacious and the location is about 10mins drive from the town area. I love the tranquility of the neighborhood.

There is room for improvement for the housekeeping cleanliness. The floor is abit sticky and there are dust and insects found in the bedroom. Noticed that there isn't any holder rack or holder to put the body shower and shampoos. It would be good to have room heater or warmer in the bedrooms as it get very cold during the nights!

The modern apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was a 5 minute drive from the township and foreshore. Definitely need a car.

We had trouble finding our car space as the number has disintegrated. Needs to be addressed asap as it was quite stressful at the time trying to guess if we were in the correct bay.

It’s clean and cosy. overall, a very nice place/

There is no lift.

Really nice location outside of the city. Grocery store within 100m so this was very useful. Very big and nice rooms.

They ask you to fill in a LOT of paperwork before arriving. Getting in felt like having to solve an escape room.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from the owner. Great little supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything. Spotlessly clean, so so quiet, beautifully decorated, so many towels, gorgeous outlook, small supermarket on site. Sigh. Do I have to go home?

Nothing to dislike.

Good layout of interior Gods washing machine was welcome

Carbays are not identified. Complicated access. Lack of a lift for mature travelers with suitcases. 4 coffee pods for three tenants for two days are not enough. No uht milk.

Location, amenities, peaceful and comfortable

Nothing

the property was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds

the car park was confusing as it did not have a number where we could park

Such a beautiful and modern apartment, loved it!!

Awesome location, great communication, comfortable place

We really enjoyed staying in this modern & lovely apartment. Perfect location to visit Wānaka. We had 2 very comfortable nights there. Beautiful setting!

The location is quite handy, the place is very spacious and clean.

There is no additional heating in any of the bedrooms, only the heat pump in the living area, so at night, the bedrooms can be quite cold. Also we stayed for 2 weeks, but only have 4 coffee capsules provided. There are quite a lot of stairs, with big luggages and snowboard bags, it was a bit tricky to move up and down.

Clean, great location.

Hard to access due to stairs.

Super clean also very comfy beds

Nice and new. Golf simulator below was excellent.

A very new apartment-style hotel. The room is very clean and fully equipped. We stayed as a family and really liked that it had two bathrooms—it was very convenient.

Great apt, lovely bedding, towels, showers and toiletries. We loved the community feel of the property to its surroundings.

The only slightly annoying thing was no board to cut on or smaller cheese/ paring knives. The external door lockout was an inconvenience, but gave us time to have a drink at the local whilst the locksmith attended to it.

Location was great. Very clean and comfortable

The instructions locating the key box weren’t very clear. Only have 4 mugs meant we were always washing them. Working the tv was challenging I think your check in system is too complicated and even having everything online is not easy

Clean,quite , safety

Beautiful apartment with large en-suite bedrooms, large living-room with nice view. Modern and comfortable, great equipments (dishwasher, drying washing machine).

No mention inside or outside of ‘Alpine Serenity’: seems to be a marketing trick by BCR property on Booking.com, not so easy to find. Not so convenient with bulky luggage (1st floor).

Lovely setting and a high quality apartment

Not much 😁

Clean, comfortable beds, good showers and generally comfortable

Entry instructions not clear. Insufficient mugs.

Spacious, very quiet, comfortable and modern

There was nothing to not like about the property. The only thing to note was it was hard to find where the lock boxes were

It’s new.

275nzd cleaning fee? That doesn’t make any sense and we didn’t see that during our reservation at all. We totally disagree with this. We only agree with a payment for 230,91 nzd, which is what booking showed during the booking process. 0 help from Booking side as well. What a f… scam!!!

Modern and well appointed throughout. Fantastic outlook.

Close proximity to local commercial activities.

• brand new, and very clean • lovely location: short drive from town, playground across the road, bar across the road, laundromat downstairs (although the washer drier is perfectly fine in the apartment), and a convenience store downstairs • serene and quiet • modern amenities and everything ‘want’ you’d have in a place

• check in wasn’t as easy because the app was glitchy but was able to call after hours number • beds were way too soft for my liking and caused a bad back

Very new facility and clean, spacious balcony is a plus

Bathroom a bit too small for the size of the apartment

Great new apartment, well furnished. It’s a bit far from town center but not an issue if u have a car.

The property was almost new everything was spot on, nice amount of room for two couples would definitely recommend, once you have secured the key.

It took us 45minutes to locate the key and work out how to access the apartment, the key was not in the locked box where we were told to look.

Fantastic! It was the most comfortable and satisfying accommodation during my trip to New Zealand. There was a private parking space, and two rooms with a spacious living room and bathroom were very convenient for a family of four. The kitchen had a variety of cooking utensils and spices, and the laundry facility was also comfortable. It was a shame that I stayed just one day. I would love to stay again.

It's a 10-minute drive from Lake Wanaka. There are not enough marts or restaurants around, but there's a small one on the first floor. But it's quiet, so it's good to end the day.

Well kept with beautiful fixtures. Lovely apartment to stay in!

It was a bit hard to find our way into the apartment even following the instructions. The door to the lock box was damaged so we almost couldn’t get it to get the key but managed to squeeze in.

Location, hospitality of host and amazing views of the lake.

If we had more time to stay longer!

Clean Great facilities, all new Helpful staff Surrounded by mountains

Family friendly apartments 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Beautifully presented and extremely spacious. All the ‘bells and whistles’. Great location and better value for money than many premium Wanaka ‘town’ apartments.

Nothing

Clean. New.

Lack of bathroom storage.
