The place was beautiful and felt very unique - the location couldn't have been better it was incredibly close to most of the landmarks we were there to see, less than a 10 minute walk from the Duomo, a lot of great restaurants nearby. It was cool and comfortable.

There was a problem with the shower drain where it would very quickly overflow and spill out onto the floor so we could really only put on soap with the water off then quickly rinse off. This was the only issue that we encountered though.

La limpieza a lo largo de los días en el cuarto ha ido empeorando. También los últimos días no han puesto agua, café y snacks.

L’emplacement en plein centre, les chambres sont toutes neuves et la réception est au top. J’avais oublié mon iPad dans la chambre et ils me l’ont renvoyé à la maison 2 jours après.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das empfohlene Parkhaus befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, amazing AC even in near 40 degree heat, best TV and sound of any hotel I've stayed in

Our room (Deluxe Queen) was very cosy and had lots of space. Lucio was very helpful and gave us helpful tips on places to eat that were tailored to our short stay (lunch on east side of Arno, dinner on west side). We spent a week in Italy (Rome, Florence, Bellagio) and of the three hotel rooms we stayed in this was our favorite.

I don't really have any complaints, for us it was near perfect.

O quarto é novo, grande e bem decorado. Com um bom banheiro. Boas roupas de cama. Mas faltou por uma coberta para quem gosta de dormir com ar condicionado ligado e não passar frio. É muito bem localizado. Equipe atenciosa

Acho que a Booking precisa dar informações mais clara!!! O hotel tem uma mini recepção o elevador também é mínimo. Fica dentro de um prédio e o acesso é bem feio causando má impressão. É como se tivesse um elevador no meio de um estacionamento de bicicletas para o hóspede chegar e subir com as malas e com uma cobertura mínima. No caso de chuva fica complicadíssimo. Não tem blackout nas cortinas!!! Elas são de linho e não barram a luz. Eu me incomodo com luminosidade . Então não dormi nada bem nenhuma das noites! Não tendo recepção vc não pode deixar malas na recepção. Parece mais airbandb que hotel. Então acho que ele deve ser tratado como um hotel diferente. E dar a clareza da ausência destas áreas para quem procura hotéis. A equipe é atenciosa e conseguiu me auxiliar com algo normal: deixar as malas na recepção até o horário de embarque , principalmente sendo o checkout deles às 10h30!! Outra coisa incomum.

Perfect location close to Palazzo Vecchio, clean spacious room with all the facilities needed. AC and elevator worked very well. It was nice to have water and coffee restocked daily.

The wifi was a bit slow and the bed was very firm. Some people might appreciate this, but I prefer a softer mattress.

Lucio on reception was exceptionally helpful. He recommended amazing restaurants for dinner, and sandwiches as well as guiding us towards a local food market which was stunning! He also provided a city map and guided us to the famous landmarks and showed us how they each link up. The room was well air conditioned, with water & snacks provided. This hotel is located on a beautiful street boasting cafes, craft shops and bars! The building is very secure and a quick walk to all of Florence’s famous landmarks. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! They elevate the standard for Italian hotels.

(1) Location was excellent! Very close to the piazza and in the middle of the action. (2) AC was very good, unlike most Italian places. (3) Modern and clean with all bath amenities. (4) Quiet despite being so close to everything. (5) Staff was very good and responsive. (6) Shower was spacious with good water pressure.

(1) No on-site service or staff after hours. Our daughter got sick and we had to get the bed-sheets replaced. On-call staff was able to stop by and give us some sheets but no support in changing them or anything else. (2) Elevator was very slow.

Sehr gute Lage, geräumige Zimmer, tolles Bad. Sehr freundlicher Service. Wir sind von Lucio mit Tipps für Restaurant etc. versorgt worden. Er war sehr nett. Die Lage ist extrem zentral.

Leider sind die Fenster sehr alt und nicht schallisoliert. Man hört von der Straße jedes Wort, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln geht auch das.

Want to be in the center of the city? This is the place. You walk right outside the door and cafes, restaurants and stores are all right there (and a wine window!!). The walk to the Duomo and other attractions are within walking distance. The place was large with plenty of space. The staff is only there from 10-5 but are available via WhatsApp.

I was there with friends for the first couple of days and the by myself. It is very private which has some advantages. But would probably look for a place with a restaurant and 24 hr staff next time I stay solo.

The location is great and very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, with two air conditioning units that keep it very comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean, and well equipped with everything you need, and the shower is amazing and spacious. Lucio is an excellent host—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with a pleasant presence that made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Florence.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, mitten in Florenz gelegen. Wirklich top. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer gegen die Strasse raus sind ziemlich ringhörig.

The location was great, food and activities were close. The bathroom was the largest one I stayed in. The set up with the second bed in its own area was perfect for a family. The staff was super friendly. Cold AC!!!!

The stair situation by our room door was hard for 90-year-old grandpa, but not all rooms had that. Just something to ask for next time.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely perfect, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. As a wonderful surprise, the hotel gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday, a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special and unforgettable. The room, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. Everything was simply flawless. Everything was superb! Best possible location in Florence. The room was very nicely decorated and everything was high quality; mattress, sheets etc. Lina who works there gave exceptional service, she was very professional and friendly. She booked a table at a really good pizzeria for us and helped us in every way possible.

La localisation, tout est central et se fait à pied, c’est très bien placé dans une petite rue commerçante - gros plus sur l’enoteca juste à côté pour boire un verre et le café Ben le matin. Le lieu est propre, rénové et comfortable

L’établissement est très bien et de bonne qualité, en revanche le centre de Florence est très bruyant (surtout les cloches du matin au soir) et cela rend le séjour peu reposant. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme donc au moins on avait pas le bruit de la rue en plus.

I servizi all'interno della camera. Tv non si accendeva ma la cosa + brutta in assoluto il condizionatore che non poteva essere regolato di temperatura perchè impostato da loro su una temperatura decisa da loro ... io e mia figlia abbiamo sofferto il caldo tutta la notte
