The house was very nice, we could have really enjoyed it.

We didn't have power on our first night and the morning of checkout, the owners did not warn us during booking. Its worse because we took a cold shower, that place needs backup.

Our host Nombulelo was simply the best very helpful and attentive.

The pool area needs a bit of work here and there

The house was spacious, good layout and comfortable furniture and seating. The contact person was responsive.

- The house was not super clean, a tissue wipe in bathroom sink etc. was brown,.had not been wiped - House in need of maintenance, skirting all.coming off walls and untidy, kitchen sink looks precarious, lamps without bulbs, remotes for various things didnt work, could not close blinds in one room, bathroom blinds damaged, some fixtures are broken and falling down such as toilet roll holders, had to move batteries from one remote to others as batteries were dead. Various things need attention - Kettle was disgusting and unusable, to the point we had to go buy another for R250 as that was the cheapest. They did offer to refund for that but with all the conflicting info, we decided to sit take the new kettle in case we didn't get a refund for it. - Dishes, cups etc all mismatched and some chipped. Get proper dishes in sets. - Two fridges were not working upon arrival, we tried various settings. They had to send someone to fix on the Saturday who came in mid morning and we had to wait. Took quite some time and our entire morning and early afternoon plans were ruined as we could not leave while.he was there. Various food items also melted and spoiled. We had warm drinks all night. Was awful. They told us to use the bar fridge in the mean time which also was not cold enough. We had to unpack amd pack these fridges multiple times. - Two of the showers had no hot water in the morning. - No hand towels at all although a cupboard full of bath towels. - Pool was dirty - Back door was extremely difficult to lock once opened and made us feel unsafe the first night as could not be locked. - Conflicting information on damage deposit and have ignored my last email. They did agree to give us a late check out for the trouble we had but this did not make up for a disappointing house. Alsp gave me a story about the place being booked the same day but when i went and checked online, it was available for bookings.

The place was beautiful excatly as the pictures. The views were perfect.

Property was in a shocking state. No gas, no electricity, no back up lighting. No back up gas so couldn't cook. Pool filthy. Broken curtains, peeling paint, broken mirror. Broken toilet seat, broken toilet roll holder. Gaping holes in the wall. Many blinds not in working order so couldn't open them. Mouldy smell in one room. Outdated property, needs a good amount of repair and maintenance. Owner and Co host both don't live anywhere near the property leaving us stranded on a Sunday night without food, or lights, and having to return home. Owner has promised a full refund but full of excuses. Still waiting...

The place was dirty, sticky,smelly,flies.beer cans in the pool, fridges,stove and oven did not work.The grill was not clean, no lighter/matches.Due to a power outage, no back up light, candle, or solar. The dishes were dirty, we ended up washing it before use,the appliances were dirty,the kettle ,was dirty. We had to wash our hands every 5 secs, because everything was sticky. Worst experience in our lives

No candles or gas when electricity went off for 3 hours. Beautiful home, just needs a little maintenance. Would recommend.

Treatment by security guards at the entrance to the Golf Estate The host was not responsive. Said she was sleeping and we struggled for more than an hour with the security people to gain entrance There was no electricity at the place for the whole day on Friday afternoon and night and no action was taken to remedy the situation The staff was generally not very helpful

Location on the water pond was beautiful. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds

The house is run down with lots of paint peeling from the walls due to water damage. The TV did not have DSTV as advertised. There are plenty remotes, difficult to figure out which ones to use. The outside furniture is all broken. The outside umbrella doesnt even have any canvas on anymore. Surely you can at least remove the broken things, even if you dont replace them. There is also no soap/bodywash in the house, which is something you would expect from a place where you pay almost R5 000 per night.

The master bedroom and bathroom is AMAZING! Enjoyed the heated floors and the views The house has everything one can need

When all the heated floors are on the electricity main switch falls. The tumble dryer wasn’t working properly and there is no line

I loved everything about the place and the convenience of so many things e.g board games. The place is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The host was helpful and kind. I’d definitely go back.

We loved the stay! Really beautiful modern house with bathrooms in every room. Under floor heating, kitchen with scullery, bar area, and a nice peaceful view. Really large lounge perfect for a large group. Extra blankets, towels. Lots of pillows! Stunning pool! Parking for at least 4 cars. Many fridges and entertainment areas. Lots of mugs, glasses, and plates.

Overall, we had an awesome time, and it was a great place. But there were a few things ... It's supposed to be for 10 people. We weren't making a lot of noise, but having 9 people talking is not going to be exactly quite either.. And to have the security walk into, what i thought was our private space, and tell us to move inside at 21h00 at night was not ok. Advertised as having bed space for 10 people, but it was bed space for 8. So one of my friends had to sleep on the floor. As the couches are really nice but an awkward shape for sleeping on. Luckily, the floors have super thick carpets. The kitchen lacked certain basic cooking essentials such as a cutting board, baking trays and obvious drying clothes. No dustbin in the master bathroom.(didnt check all of the bathrooms) Braai light was broken. Gas Braai knobs are broken.

Everything was amazing...everything, swimming in the pool whilest it was rainining over looking the lake was amazing, the house is beautiful, next will book for the whole week.

The place was clean, the rooms smelled fresh, and there was plenty of cutlery available. It felt safe for me and my friends. The owner was always reachable by phone, and we were able to contact her at any time. I will definitely return and also recommend it to others.

The location and scenery was beautiful

-The lack of communication and difficulty in contacting host at the times we needed left us frustrated having had to spend a lot of time running back and forth between the main gate and the home as well as endless issues with the guards to get in and out of the estate -The upkeep of the home was not up to par for the price we paid -The outdoor furniture was broken -The pool (which was the selling point for us) had not been cleaned and so we were unable to make use of it due to the infestation of bugs in and around the water -There was still rubbish outside by the pool area including a beer can, beer caps and other mess from the previous guests -The bathrooms were not clean with the main bathroom having mold and other toilets having gross brown marks under the toilet seat and on the toilet basin -The DSTV was not working -Room TV's were not working -Fridge and freezer doors did not close properly -Guest bathroom had two almost empty toilet rolls sitting on the same holder Upon advising the host about our disappointment, we were met with excuses justifying each issue separately and there was no feel of care or concern for our unhappiness

Beautiful house in a fantastic location, load of space and each bedroom being en-suite was perfect for our group. The area was secure and plenty of places to go for a walk. Really close to the shops and tourist areas.

I loved everything about the property, it was so breathtaking and worth the value of the money. I see why it’s always booked. I must say Nonhlanhla has been one of the best hosts ever and I have booked tons of Airbnb and out of them all she has been far the best out of them all. So thank you Nonhlanhla for your exceeding expectation service. I have left this place as a satisfied guest.

The shower in the main bathroom the drain is either clogged or designed poorly. The water spills everywhere and it’s difficult to clean.

The experience I have with my group of friends was amazing. The place beautiful was soo amazing in person (pictures don't it justice). The place is easy to find. The house is super specious and Nonhlanhla has paid attention to a lot of what guests could need and provided that. We also appreciate that she is very much available to assist even with the smallest things and very welcoming. We would definitely recommend and come back

We loved everything about the place. It was amaze-balls. Easy check in and check out. Easy communication with the host, always readily available via WhatsApp or phone call. The house is BEAUTIFUL. 10 out of 10, minus nothing.

The space was beautiful, decorated, stylish, and homely. It was perfect for a group as there were different lounge areas where we could relax. The main bedroom was exceptional, and the view was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow, what an incredible stay! Lulanipho exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, . But what really made our stay stand out was Nhlanhla's exceptional hospitality. She was quick to respond to messages, offered fantastic recommendations, and even left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We felt right at home and can't wait to return. 10/10 would recommend!

The house and views are absolutely gorgeous. The house is well equipped with all the amenities one would require. A Very well kept house that feels like a home. I would definitely book again

When booking, the bedroom set up specified a bedroom with 2 double beds, but we found 1 double bed in the room. So the house accommodated 8 people, not 10 people, at the time of our stay.

This is a hidden gem. Exceptional property with all amenities you can ask for. Pictures do not do it justice as it simply is top class. The host was incredible and easily accessible at all times. Not a single complaint. All queries were attended to very promptly. I would recommend this place any day and I will definitely be a repeat customer. !
