A spacious bedroom when i book the accommodation next time and the shower curtain must be large to avoid water from bleeding on the bathroom floor when taking a shower

The bathroom of the room we were given does not have a door but a shower curtain. One could not even use the bathroom properly due to this discomfort. One could hear the person in the next room cough and every word of every conversation in the next room was very audible without guests speaking out loud.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Place was amazing, loved my room. From the cleanliness to the comfort. It did not let me down in terms of expectations from the images and reviews, everything was as shown and mentioned. Also loved the wifi and smart TV with Netflix and youtube.
Almost nothing, they just need to get shower curtains.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The bedlinen was clean and good quality. The bedroom was comfortable and it met expected standards. I was not served breakfast, as much as it was included in the stay and nobody mentioned anything about it.
The whole bathrooom flooded with water from the shower and the whole unite including the bedroom became damp with steam from the bathroom. That needs fixing.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026I received a warm welcome from the staff member The room was clean white bedding resembles purity I will recommend Peacefully Haven for my friends and will surely use it frequently pls notify me if you have any specials I might book the room fir the weekend of 7th December.
The parking is too small and it was not easy to reverse our car in or out of parking. Please do something about this .

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025The place is closer to the town and accessible to many attractions. It was clean and tidy, both indoors and outside. I enjoyed watching Netflix movies since it was the only channel I could watch.
The caretaker didn't like us from the first encounter. She was first irritated that we were lost and went to the 9th instead of 9a in President Thabo Mbeki Street. She allocated us a room with faulty air-conditioners. One of the rooms had no storage space for our luggage. We could not access DSTV during our stay. There's no privacy as one could hear the entire conversation in another room. There was no bath soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner in the showers. The showers are a mess, we once bathed in cold water during Rustenburg cold weather. There's no tea sachets like in other guests' houses. We had to request the toilet paper during other days. Every morning, we requested the iron. On the 3rd day she refused and claimed to be using it. We were supposed to spend 4 nights but we decided there and then ukuthi siyagoduka. When we arrived, each room had 2 bath towels but during our stay we moved to none towel in each room. The linen was old and worn out. The pillows were harder than my personal pillows. The caretaker lacked customer care skills and courtesy. She would frown and make irritated faces during conversation.
