Icebox rosak..owner x inform awal.. Lift passenger lmbat..ambil mase lame untuk turun naik..

Cadangan supaya pass access disediakan 2 set. Kerana apabila ada guest nak keluar luar daripada hotel tapi ada guest yang nak g mandi susah bila tiada kad access lain kerana lift Dan rumah memerlukan kad access.

1. Extra mattress & towels provided 2. Cooking utensils, induction provided, if only rice cooker is made available, that’ll be plus 3. Spacious, breezy (unit on top floor)

1. Small cockroaches can be seen 2. Curtain or blinds not regularly clean as well as the ceiling fan. 3. Jumbo shower cant be used. 4. Getting the key/access card quite complicated as the mailbox lock system is a bit faulty, luckily the host is there to help. 5. Queing time (waiting for lift) during check in & checkout. Congested maybe during peak season/ public holiday.

The lift is quite slow, and checkout waiting time can range from 30 to 60 minutes. It's best to avoid checking out during peak hours

There were lots of cockroaches, we booked for 2 night but only stayed 1 night and left.

Overall the homestay clean, comfort for whole family with small kids, big pool, i love it

The house is so clean & smells good! The kitchenware all provided so no need to bring anything. The house can fit for few people- but toilet only have one.

The lobby is quite confusing; not at the entrance but at the backside of the apartment. The lift is quite annoying bcos need to change 2 times, only other lift can go directly to the designated floor which is quite far from parking.

The unit is almost perfect with complete equipment. I like the water pressure the most even though the property located at level 24. The room was spacious & the decoration is very nice & minimalist. Less is more 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The property is a sea view unit.

1. The air conditioner very needs a deep clean service. Both in hall & bedroom. I don’t feel hygiene surrounding, once turn it on especially during our stay at home & sleeping time. 2. Waiting time for lift during check out period was very long. This makes me think twice to repeat the stay for future. Others, all good.

Everything was Great! Near to town and place for food. Got free parking.

House is so tidy, clean, and spacy for a small to medium family. The host is so friendly. Surely, I will come back here again. They even got water filter machine and extra bed. Excellent!

The house is big and very clean. Room is spacious, can fit in 2 queen beds. Sofa is very comfy. There is Netflix for us to continue our fav Korean drama. Toilet is nicely furnished like a hotel. Unit is facing the Straits of Malacca.

Firstly, it's a challenge to open the door as the sensitivity of the digital door lock is giving us a headache. There is a certain position to place the card on the sensor for it to get unlocked. And since there are 2 cards in the holder, you need to remove one of them to prevent card clashing. That took us about 10-15 mins to figure out. Secondly, an unexpected encounter happened on the first night. Thought it was just that one uninvited guest roaming in the house but it seems that the rest chose to appear on our second night. Fortunately, there is a convenience store below. Bought a can of Shieldtox and got rid of 14 creepy crawlers in total. I would definitely give a better rating if not for this encounter.
