Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Location is excellent. Close to walk to Santa Claus village, bus to city centre, ski resort and local store within less than 10minute walk.
Previously there were some ski for children. These are no longer and we re great facility before.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Los sillones, el sofá,la chimenea, los adornos y que estaba muy bien equipada la cocina, el parking cubierto,zona tranquila. A 7' en coche del SCV. Lo recomiendo. Casa bastante cálida.
Los colchones eran demasiado blandos para nuestro gusto.

The thoughtful extras from the host — toys, bubbles, snacks, tea and coffee, toiletries, spare boots, and clothing — were such a nice touch. Our stay was truly a 10 out of 10.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025The apartment was spacious and comfortable and came with Sauna and fire. unfortunately we were not here long enough to fully enjoy the apartment but the host was amazing, about 20 minute walk to Santas Village. Easy to find and access. would highly recommend
Because we were delayed and only spend about 6 hours in apartment it was not great value for money for us but compared with other options it was comparable to everything else.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025The location was perfect for getting to all Santa & Snow activities. The apartment had everything we needed. Toiletries, cooking, cleaning products. Towels, bedding. Even extra pieces of clothing. Sledges, shovels, bubble, toys, colouring books- they really thought of everything. Supermarket was 10 mins walk. Got takeaways delivered no problem. The sauna was great. House was very warm.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024The most perfect place to stay when visiting Rovaniemi, so close to everything important (especially Santa Claus Village and the airport) but great to get a little bit away from the crowds in the evening in a beautiful area. We went for lots of walks around and played in the snow. Fantastic facilities with really thoughtful additions for families like sleds, teddies, books etc. So thrilled we got such an absolute bargain!
