La casa boutique es divina y el desayuno muy rico , nos ayudaron con todas las dudas que teníamos sobre Medellín

La maison entière, belle et grande. Chambre confortable, espace partagé bien conçu, quartier très agréable et surtout Luis et Claudia (nos hôtes) d’une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance.

Rien de négatif mais pour tranquilliser les visiteurs, le paiement via Booking serait une bonne chose

Spacious rooms with all the amenities needed. Host was super nice and very helpful. Located near some pretty nice restaurants yet quiet and not in a crowded area.

Claudia, Luis and Gonzalo were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and location is in a quiet street, a short walk to shop and restaurants.

We had the room with the kitchen, nice size room but no windows. Our fault, we could of changed rooms. I suggest choosing the other rooms though. They all have windows and look lovely.

Hele vriendelijke eigenaren! Staan altijd voor je klaar. Mooi rustig plekje. Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Bed en douche goed.

A great place for a stay in Laureles! I rebooked here for the rest of my time in Medellín, because it was comfortable, secure and the hosts were so welcoming, helpful and kind!

We stayed in a suite and everything was really good. The place is really really nice and comfortable.

The shower doesn't have a curtain and the water might spill out it's the only thing. The rest is amazing.

The laundry service is a bit expensive - I gave one bag of clothes and they counted as two bags. It was the price of one night (100 000 pesos).

Excellent value, large apartment with unique interior design. I personally loved the art and furniture in the room. The location was perfect to walk to bars, restaurants and amenities in what felt very safe. Hot water was readily available. The check-in process was swift and easy. Wi-Fi at the property.

I liked everything.

Everything perfect. Beautiful accom. Clean, comfortable, secure. Lovely owners. In a very safe area. Honestly Laureles is such a lovely respite from the rest of the city, even compared to El Poblado. We returned there for lunch and dinner most times because it's so nice in the area. Supermarket and pharmacy close by, alongside heaps of bars restaurants and cafes. Huge washer dryer on site available for 50,000 COP for 1 wash and dry which is exceptionally good value. Honestly loved this spot!

It was very clean and the hosts are very nice. The location is great, in a safe area with restaurants and banks around. The owner can help you book tours at good prices.

If you’re a light sleeper some earplugs are needed because it can sometimes be a bit noisy. Also the shower and the shower drain need some repairs.

Really nice apartment with a big terrace in a nice area.

Some things were not working properly - shower drainage, bathroom tap, ceiling fan remote control, ac - but nothing major.

Location was 11 out of 10. Common area was cosy. Staff were helpful.

Bed was too small. I’m an average height and my feet were outside the bed! The walls are not sound proof, so we could easily hear the neighbour rooms watch TV, talk, and getting in and out (this is an old home turned into a guesthouse).

Very nice room. One staff very friendly. Nice area. Allowed for us to keep luggage there before check in and after check out

The kitchen has very limited equipment (no kettle, no cooking utensils), only plates, bowls and 2 pans. Toilet got blocked. Informed the staff and the response was us being given a plunger to solve it ourselves. Checkout is 12:00 but at 11:00 we had a knock on the door asking us to leave, didn’t apologise even after he realised he was in the wrong, as checkout was 12.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to leave our stuff that we didn't need for a couple of days. We have received good advice where to go and how. There was an inner terrace next to us that we appreciated a lot.

We liked everything, nothing to complain.
