Great value for money

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Habitaciones limpias, hay agua caliente, sale con presión y cerca del centro de Ubud.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y de las atracciones de Ubud, pero sin llegar a estar en la calle principal, lo que hace la estancia más tranquila y silenciosa. El cuarto era espacioso, y el baño bastante grande. Había agua caliente, salía con presión, y las vistas de la habitación nos encantaron. Al entrar puede que te de impresión ver tantos animales, pero es una casa familiar, y en cuanto pases a la zona de las habitaciones, el ambiente cambia y es mucho más tranquilo. La habitación tiene ventilador, y es más que suficiente, ya que la habitación se conserva fresca. También les pedimos desayuno un día y nos lo hicieron. Muy buena banana pancake, y a un precio más que razonable. Aviso: mejor avisarles un día antes si vas a querer desayuno.

Quizás llegues a oír al gallo por la mañana, pero es normal en cualquier homestay de Indonesia, y aquí se le escucha solo de lejos.

The listing said AC in each room, but it was only in 1 room. False advertising.

Centrally located

Not all rooms have AC, mine had a fan only and even on the highest setting it remained very warm. The accommodation was not ready at the official check-in time. The walls are very thin which makes sleep difficult if the guests next door go to bed later.

Quite clean very center

הצוות אדיב ונעים, המיקום מושלם ויש שקט באזור של החדרים בלי ששומעים את הרחוב הראשי החדר והמיטה גדולים, יש מים חמים, יש מים למלא בקבוקים ומקרר גדול לכולם.

החיסרון היחיד זה שאין מזגן אבל אפשר להסתדר עם זה

amazing staff, always available to help and you are able to book additional tours or trips through them. Also every night activity in case you want to join. The location is 5min walking from the beach and port and the swimming pool and shared areas are amazing with also a nice view from the top.

Das Zimmer ist einem Hinterhof. Deswegen sehr ruhig. Überdachte Terrasse mit Stühlen, Wasserkocher und kostenloses Wasser.

Modrig und schimmeliger Geruch und Stellen im Bad und Zimmer. 5 künstliche Duftpäckchen im Zimmer. Bettwäsche hat stark nach künstlichem Waschmittel gerochen.

This is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic! You are in the centre of Ubud but cant hear any noise from street. The room was basic but clean. Shower has hot and cold water. Honestly this place is a really great value

I was leaving late at night and had my hands full, so I couldn’t use the torch on my phone. There were no lights, and there are a few stairs on the pathway in different places, so it was tricky.

Nice large rooms in a quiet, beautiful jungle oasis location within the city but away from all the noise and traffic. Close to restaurants, street market, etc. Water, coffee and tea supplied which terrific. Staff helped us arrange a ride and were helpful. Thank you!

Because of heavy rain, it was very slippery walking on property to reach our rooms.

It is located 1 block from the ubud palace and markets, however it is tucked away from the noice. The room is clean, the shower is hot and a nice outside sitting area with water and coffee and tea included.

The bed is showing wear as the springs as you can feel the springs. There is no a/c but there is a fan, however the bed feels clammy due to the humidity at night.

The guesthouse is in the centre of ubud. The room is clean and it has everything you need. The family owing the guesthouse is really friendly.

It was a bit noisy. If you are staying here then I’d advise ear plugs as I understand that the staff can’t do anything about the noise

Couple of bugs got through into the room, but not much you can do about that. Maybe not the best location if you're not a fan of birds, but I enjoyed my stay. Maybe add an additional mirror in the main room

Like a real Balinese home full of birds and little dogs with a couple of modern motel rooms out the back! Great location near my favourite Gotama Laneway

Entry is not for the faint of heart

New construction, very clean, large front porch, cold AC. Provided toiletries, tea, coffee, cups & kettle. Storage for clothes was good too.

Great place to stay in Ubud Centre, simple and comfortable rooms

Cama boa e grande. Banheiro espaçoso. Tem um boiler para aquecer água e tomar seu café/chá. Localização incrível, do lado do Ubud Palace e perto de muitos comercios e restaurantes. Tem sim barulho das galinhas, mas não é algo que me incomoda ou que prejudicou meu sono. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

窓からの景観が少し寂しい気がしました。 もっとも、他の有り余るほどのメリットを考慮すれば、それほど大きい問題ではありません。

L'estada a Jempeng Homestay ha estat molt bona. L'habitació té tot el que esperes pel preu que pagues. Vam estar 6 nits i ens van canviar els llençols i netejar l'habitació. El personal que hi treballa és meravellós i t'ajuda amb tot el que poden, tot i que són molt prudents. La ubicació és excel·lent, ets al centre d'Ubud i ets a prop de tot, tant supermercats com de cafeteries i restaurants. S'agraeix la petita terrassa amb taula que tens fora. Així com l'aigua embotellada que t'ofereixen sempre totalment gratuïta.

Malauradament, com a quasi tots els llocs de Bali, hi ha sorolls d'animals, concretament de galls, que et poden despertar tant al matí com durant la nit, i es pot fer bastant pesat. Així que recomanem que porteu taps. Les instal·lacions són bàsiques, però justes pel preu que pagues.

The accommodation is located in the centre of Ubud, just a few minutes walking distance from the main street. However, it is quiet and peaceful as it is surrounded by a beautiful little garden. The owners are very friendly and have a lovely dog. The room is quite simple but amazing for this price as it has everything you need, including tea or coffee in the morning. We felt very comfortable and welcome here :)

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient moisies, tout ceci était caché par de la peinture.

Absolutely the best value for money, in fact it was the cheapest place we could find for a night in Ubud city centre. Location is great, on a quiet road right in the centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Jempeng Homestay! The staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was spotless—extremely clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better...everything I needed was just a short walk away. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality in a prime location, I highly recommend Jempeng Homestay. I’ll definitely be back!

Le personnel est gentil, et l’emplacement est bon.

Il y a beaucoup d’insectes sur les murs qui se baladent, pas de clim juste un très vieux ventilateur, pour accéder à la chambre il faut passer par une allée où il y a des coqs et des oiseaux en cage dont très bruyant. Chambre sombre. Je vous déconseille cet établissement mais prix très bas donc qualité à hauteur du prix de l’hébergement.

Localisation vraiment super. Malgré la proximité du centre et des rues animées, les chambre sont dans un petit jardin très calme avec des volières et des petits chiens adorables. Le personnel est très serviable et respectueux. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
