The view was breathtaking both inside and out! In June we were able to sit outside on the private deck..magic. Location was perfect for walks and eating. The unit itself was top class. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Excellent apartment with exceptional views! Fantastic location pretty much at the waterfront, close to cafés and restaurants, and waterfront walkway and cycleway pretty much at your doorstep. The sunset views from the room and the deck were superb! Well equipped with good kitchenware and BBQ. Apartment was spotless clean. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Lovely lovely hosts. Beautiful views from the sunny deck and from the bed out of the big window. Easy walk into the city and to local restaurants and the beach.

Parking was a bit hard on the small street.

The smallest things. Would have been good if there was some hot chocolate packets in among all the teas on offer. Would be good if there was a sensor light for the stairs and walkway to the room.

Stylish, well appointed & comfortable accommodation with stunning harbour views. Several good restaurants nearby as recommended by the host. Lovely deck area to enjoy time outside. Compact kitchenette had all the necessary items for self catering. Great communication with host & easy check-in process.

The location with view of the waterfront was amazing! Enjoyed cocktails and sunsets on the very large private patio. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants, the waterfront and local beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This well appointed unit was perfect for our 3 night stay in Nelson. Waking up to the stunning views, being very close to the town center and having some great places to eat and drink just a 2 minute walk away made it ideal. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a lovely room with a gorgeous balcony with a wonderful view. Buses very close by to get you around town. Great communication with hosts who were super helpful.

Busy road out front a little noisy.

Fabulous location overlooking the waterfront in Nelson. An excellent Thai restaurant was within 5 minutes walk . Very spacious and private accommodation.

This was a fabulous place to stay.

An incredible view from the room and the sheltered sun deck. We didn't eat out as the view of the harbour entrance was amazing.

The kitchen area is very small which suited us - we picked up breads and cheeses etc

Incredible deck with fabulous views. We were entertained by the local water sports: sailing, wind foiling, swim club etc. Jacqui was a great host. Nearby restaurants good especially Nahm.

Kitchen very limited but we knew that ahead of time. Fine for breakfasts and lunches.

Das Studio mit Terrasse ist gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Sehr sauber. Gute Lage mit Blick auf die Tasman Bay.

Die Eigentümer nahm vorab mehrmals per Mail Kontakt zu uns auf, um Anfahrt und Zugang zu klären. Während des Aufenthalts nahm sie jedoch nicht einmal persönlich Kontakt zu uns auf, um uns z.B. zu begrüßen, obwohl die im selben Haus wohnte. Das fanden wir doch respektlos und ganz anders als sonst in NZ erlebt.

Our Hostess was wonderful we had a fantastic stay! The view is spectacular, the place was super clean great outdoor space for coffee/tea in the morning could not have really asked for more going with 5 stars

The apartment was really hot but there was a good standing fan.

Sehr gute Lage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Besonders schön war, dass man die Terrasse exklusiv benutzen konnte.

Eine vielbefahrene Straße ist in der Nähe. Wenn man empfindlich ist, kann das störend sein.

Lovely place with a great view. The hosts were extremely kind and Matt was very helpful with recommendations for the rest of the trip.

Great location and position - sunset over Tasman Bay and views to Abel Tasman National Park. Comfortable and innovatively set up. Funky little kitchen nook that was well equipped and functional. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Fantastic views, everything provided, easy instructions and host very willing to offer additional help if needed.

Lovely little airbnb attached to the hosts modern house but still very private. Hosts were just delightful. They gave us fabulous restaurant and cafe recommendations. (Dinner at Hopgpods was a highlight). The views from the room were great. The house is up a very steep street above the main beach road, so the hosts gave us their parking spot to make it easier for us. A big help. Several steps (about 15) to get up to the house. Be aware if you have mobility issues. The outdoor deck is amazing and we loved sitting there with a drink viewing the water.

Tiny kitchenette behind sliding door cupboard but pretty well stocked with basic needs so we managed well. Wouldn’t count on cooking there.

Beautiful studio with stunning views and great location by the sea front. Quite a walk in to town but a couple of nice cafe/bar restaurants nearby.

Stunning location with beautiful views of the yachts coming and going into the marina. Directly over the road from the Boat Shed Restaurant with fantastic meals

Great apartment with a fantastic view of the waterfront, bigger than I thought it was going to be with a nice bathroom. Close to town and great for cycling. Street it is on is quite narrow but we had no problem parking a large van there. Very accommodating hosts, really enjoyed our stay here, we will be back.

To Jacqui and Matt, we really enjoyed our stay in your lovely little appartment in Nelson with an extremely nice view and great hosts, whenever we come back we surely will choose Waterfront Bliss again and we will recommend it to everyone going to Nelson. Thanks a lot Annette and Michael

Location was perfect

The views were amazing. The location was really great. There was nothing to dislike at all.

For a short break or traveling for business this is an ideal location. The room is way larger compared to a hotel room and comfortable. The owner was also very accommodating with parking space.

Outdoor cushions had green mould which was easily cleaned. There were iron chairs which we used instead

-Location - just up from the waterfront on the north side of the hill in town. Amazing view, several restaurants nearby and not too long a walk (35-40min) into town proper. -Access and parking - narrow road but advice on where to park from the hosts before we arrived. Normal key box entry. -WiFi speed - 150 mbps down and 100 mbps up -Amenities / facilities - the kitchen is basically in the wardrobe. Basic but has everything you need and it’s nice to close it off. There’s also a deck for private use which is a similar size to the room, which in itself isn’t small! -Bed - comfy -Noise levels - quite close to the main road so there is some traffic noise in the day, but most of this is gone at night. We heard no noise from any surrounding properties. -Temperature - comfortable. -Shower - consistent temperature and pressure. -Overall comments - a great space with a great view! Would stay again.

The traffic noise

The title says it all - Waterfront Bliss. The unit is self contained away from the main house and has private decking to sit and enjoy the views, sunsets, the ships and yachts coming into the harbour. We went to Nelson for mountain biking and we were able to store our ebikes in their garage. Some very good restaurants within walking distance and a short drive into the CBD. Good communication from the owners who were very helpful.

The unit is a well appointed studio attached to a private home. Bed is comfortable. There’s a lovely private deck facing the water.

I loved everything. The best part of this accommodation is definitely the view and the private deck. However, all the other aspects of the stay were fantastic too. Private, stunning views, comfortable bed and as s solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe. I'll definitely be back.

The view from the unit to really stunning, great way to wake up and be able to sit in bed with cuppa looking out to the water. There are plenty of great places to eat also, all within walking distance. Good walk to beach and just along waterfront. The unit was great and hosts very helpful and accomodating. Would highly recommend.

The million dollar view, absolutely stunning. Accommodation location was close to restaurants walking distances. We tried out a couple of places great food. I actually loved the light hanging next to the bed. Perfect for couples ;)
