Stress free, fabulous location, beautiful views, clean and great value for money. Lots of hidden gems around the place. Just down the road are the waterfalls and a beautiful place called falls retreat that does delicious pizza. Would stay here again.

Super schöne abgelegene, ruhige Unterkunft mitten auf einer Farm. Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und haben sich schnell gemeldet. Wer allerdings starker Raucher ist, sollte sich den Aufenthalt überlegen, da auch draußen auf dem Gelände (z.b. an der Feuerstelle) rauchen nicht gestattet ist! Für mich als Gelegenheitsraucher war das absolut kein Problem in und außerhalb der Unterkunft nicht zu rauchen, da wir die meiste Zeit sowieso unterwegs waren. Es gibt insgesamt nichts zu beanstanden, Küche war super bestückt, Badezimmer schön groß und die ganze Cabin war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

We stayed here as it was next to the Lily Garden where are friends got married. They kindly mowed a walking strip for us. A great country stay, very quiet.

Franvannah Cabin was exactly what we were looking for during our visit to Waihi. We attended a wedding at the Waterlily Gardens next door which was a very short walk. Very comfy and tidy cabin with some great communication from the owner. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful location with lovely rural view. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and the cabin had everything we needed for a two night stay.

The location was private, peaceful and very scenic. The cottage was really well kept and a lovely decor. We absolutely loved the scenery and the porch where we could watch the sunset and also see the beautiful countryside. Keys were easily accessed in the door. Bed was really comfortable, the cottage had a good set up and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything wonderful stay love every moment of it special made everything for stay special wedding next easy to get too. Magical time very lovely special time. I would love go back send more time on farm and enjoy the lovely owners there so welcoming and very lovely people to give gift share so recommend for couple to stay in beautiful cabin time out relax. An absolute gem of a getaway! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful working farm, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and just a short drive from the Waihi beach. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing their little slice of paradise. We also fell in love with their friendly dog and adorable cats, who added an extra touch of charm to our visit. Waking up to a group of curious cows watching us from a distance was such a unique and delightful experience. The cabin itself was exceptionally comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and made us feel completely at home and safe throughout our stay. If you're looking for the perfect balance of tranquility and nature, this place is a dream come true. We will definitely come back, if we have a chance!

No WiFi. However it gives you the oportunity to be off your socials and work related things that you want to avoid once on holiday.

Not easy to find without GPS but hosts directed us to location on phone.

A microwave would be useful. Wi-Fi also would be an added bonus.

Lovely peaceful rural setting looking out towards the farm and hills in the distance. Great central location to explore the surrounding towns and beaches. The cabin was cute, clean and comfortable- ideal for a couple. Thanks to the hosts for giving us our privacy. We had a wonderful stay - hope to return in the future.

the location is private and peaceful.... breakfast was a lovely bonus for me. Comfortable bed, great heating, exceptional clean. Thoughtful details have gone into setting this cabin up.. right down to solo lighting outside lighting up footpath and parking area.

There was nothing not to like.

Very secure and private accommodation with all you need for a holiday. The cottage is very clean, cozy and warm with a lovely design. It is in the peaceful countryside but only a short drive from town.

I wasn't sure if breakfast was included or not, but I wasn't brave enough to ask. It was good value for money anyway.

No sensor lights at the driveway. Breakfast for 4 for 2 nights was insufficient. Please carry a milk bottle and a loaf of bread as you are far from shops.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin! Lucy and Paddy are the best hosts anyone can ever wish for, they were extremely kind to us, even showed us around their amazing farm. The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, and it's located in a peaceful and beautiful environment. We definitely recommend it, and hope to come back some day. Thank you again Lucy and Paddy for such a great stay!

Loved the quiet country location. The relaxing deck, with umbrella and bbq. The thoughtful breakfast and coffee and tea.

We were very happy with everything. It was spacious, clean, lovely decor and very comfortable. Outside we had a beautiful view with perfect seating for us. Paddy & Lucy were so friendly and easy going.
