Arctic Penthouse

Espectacular apartamento muy cerca del centro de Rovaniemi, a 10 minutos andando. Muy amplio, luminoso, cocina amplia y equipada totalmente, habitaciones muy amplias y camas cómodas. Ideal para grupos. Está en la última planta, tiene ascensor, es silencioso y con una terraza amplia con vistas excelentes. Totalmente recomendable.

Asunnossa on tilaa, avaruutta ja mukavasti kaikkea tarpeellista. Rauhallinen sijainti ja lähellä kaikkea. Pienelle ryhmällemme löytyi myös mahdollisuus omaan rauhaan.

Hieman kulunut, muttei häirinnyt. Miehiä häiritsi yläkerran WC-istuimen kansi, jota piti kannatella virtsatessa. Leivänpaahdin olisi ollut kiva löytää. Isoin vika oli, ettei asunnon ulko-ovesta päässyt ulos ilman avainta. Mietittiin mitä tapahtuu jos tulipalo syttyy ja joku henkilö unohtuu sisään ja avaimet ovat toisten taskussa. Aika edesvastuutonta, lainvastaista jopa ettei ole tällainen asia kunnossa. Toivottavasti vuokranantaja korjaa tilanteen.

Iso tilava asunto, paljon nukkumapaikkoja. Hyvä sijainti. Majoittuminen sujui näppärästi.

Sänkyjä ois aika vaihtaa uudempiin ja parempiin. Käytävässä haisi home, herkimmille ja homeelle altistuneille en suosittele. Itse asunnossa ei haissut.

Huoneisto sopi loistavasti kahdeksan naisen illanviettoon.

Salaattiottimia emme löytäneet, ja isoja tarjoiluastioita olisi voinut olla enemmän. Muutoin astioita oli oikein mukavasti.

Avara, loistosijainti, hieno näköala. Todella mukava ja ystävällinen omistaja.

Huoneisto oli todella tilava ja viihtyisä. Viihdyttiin hyvin. Sijainti oli erinomainen, kun keskustaan pystyi helposti kävelemään.

Patalaput puuttuivat. Ne voisi lisätä huoneistoon, niin uunin käyttö olisi helpompaa.

La situation, pas loin de la gare des bus, le logement était propre et spacieux ; nous avons récupéré la clef facilement.

La porte d'entrée était difficile à ouvrir ; on a un peu galéré. Il n'y avait qu'une seule douche et pour la capacité du logement, c'est un peu peu.

L'emplacement et la propreté du lieu, la cuisine et le salon étaient agréables. Séjour trop rapide pour en profiter pleinement.

Une seule douche dans l'appartement, pas de rideau dans certaines chambres, une habitude locale je crois, pas de poubelle ou de lampe de chevet dans les chambres.

Apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the shopping centre, town centre and public transport links. Apartment had everything needed. It was a home away from home. The host Joonas was very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble when asked and he always replied promptly. I travelled here with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and the facilities were top notch…our group really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Asunto siisti ja majoitti oikein mukavasti isommankin porukan. Erityistä plussaa saunasta ja suurista ruokailutiloista.

The apartment was just lovely. So much space and close to the center and train station. The host was very nice and helpful at all times. Perfect place to stay when in Rovaniemi!!

nice in-house sauna, a lot of space in the apartment, easy to park, relatively silent neighborhood (although cars from the nearby main street could be heard at night and in the morning)

you need better curtains in some of the rooms on the second level of the apartment (to blackout the room during summer)

Lite trångt att sitta i köket, och lite för varmt inne (vi hade värmerekord så svårt att göra nåt åt) det stod att AC fanns men vi hittade ingen sådan.

It was hot in rooms and the sauna didn’t feel sturdy. There was no AC

Need to change all towels and beddings, quite wore out. Need curtains for bathroom windows, can see through from the corridor.

The location and having a free parking spot were good. Many things you might need were available in the apartment. Check-in was easy.

Except for one room, the beds were narrow. Two upstair rooms had windows facing the inside of the penthouse, allowing anyone passing by to easily see inside, which compromised privacy. A solution should be provided to cover these windows. There were a couple of items left from previous guests. There was no mirror in the bathroom.

The house is big and clean. It is a perfect place for 9 people The host was nice and gave us all the details

A beautiful apartment within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Clean and modern and we loved the Christmas tree. The host was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier and hold our luggage there on the last day. My nephew left his cuddly toy behind and the host found it and is organising to post it back to the UK for us - so kind and we really appreciate it. Thank you!

The only small helpful feedback I would give is to have some softer towels and maybe a blind or something in the shower room window for privacy

Beautiful and spacious place. Was able to check in earlier as was tired from early flight.

No instructions on how to turn on the sauna. Was advised it would take 45 mins but for someone who don't have sauna at home, we had to figure out how to turn it on. But it wasn't a massive issue. We got told to contact the owner if we had any issue but didn't want to disturb them. Managed to figure it out in the end.

The location was conveniently located within walkable distance to/ from city center. A short taxi ride from train station (actually you could walk but it was raining). The house is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We can contact the host easily via chat/WhatsApp, and he responded really quick.

It's a perfect place to stay in Rovaniemi when traveling with a group of friends or family since the common area is very large and comfortable, with all sorts of appliances available. We even use the grilling stand on the balcony. It is also close to the supermarket where you can get all sorts of Finnish food and drink.

It's a bit confusing getting there; remember to check the address provided by the personnel instead of Google Maps. One also needs to be in good contact with the personnel to get the key as there is no reception. The location is between the train station and the city center, so one must take a bus or walk for 15 minutes to other places. The good news is that the bus stop is nearby if one checks the schedule. The curtain does not block the sun fully, making it bright during summer.

Easy communication, excellent location, design of apartment and comfortable living. The apartment is large and looks great and has great views. The place is well equipped and we really loved it. Would love to stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious and clean with modern facilities. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and came back quickly with any questions we had. The apartment is conveniently located in Rovaniemi City Centre and a taxi to SCV was around €27 each way or its not far to a bus stop. Would definitely recommend and use again for another trip

We were 4 couples and three children. The house was really warm and comfortable It's very close to the city center with easy and walking distance from the train station and other facilities like a shopping mall. The host was really helpful. I do recommend this property. Coming back for another family trip soon. Thank you for everything.

The lack of curtains in the shower room facing the window to the building corridor. It made me feel. A bit exposed, but we're in Finland. And we didn't have any lights in our room as the standing lamp missed a lamp. But the outdoor lights were enough to light up the room
