Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Wände könnten mal etwas gestrichen werden schon teilweise sehr abgenutzt aber am Morgen kamen die Affen auf unserer Terrasse und es war ein schöner Anblick insgesamt eine wunderschöne Anlage und ein sehr nettes Personal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man rausgeht, kann man direkt eine Massage erhalten mit dem Roller natürlich und schlagbar alles zu erreichen

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo! Bem localizado, próximo a uma grande quantidade de restaurante, SPAs, cafés. Com menos de 10 minutos de caminhada, você chega numa das principais ruas de Ubud. Além da limpeza, decoração, piscina… tudo lindo, bem organizado e cheiroso. Fomos muito bem recebidos e a equipe inteira é muito gentil e acolhedora.

Quiet jungle outlook but still close by to restaurants and shops. Villa was spacious and well appointed and felt like home once you closed the door.

Stairs were a bit steep but we spent time mainly downstairs.

Couldn’t fault this accommodation, you felt like you were away from the busy streets in your own peace of paradise. Staff were super attentive and responsive to our requests.

- not the villas fault but the monkeys were difficult to deal with, entering into the outdoor living area was a bit worrying. Difficult to enjoy food/drink comfortably - perhaps could have higher fencing or more closed off? - front door security a little flimsy - easy to move door - property location quite far down the road - bit of a walk from the main road but location still central - was able to get a taxi when needed - basic breakfast could be provided

Clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained

The monkeys are a problem and the neighbouring villa thought we all wanted to hear his Bollywood music. Staff should address music levels without other guests having to complain. It kinda ruined the serenity for us

The villa was exactly as pictured. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was close to the street and made walking around easy.

There was no handrail on the outside of the stairs heading up to the higher levels which felt a little dangerous. We left our suitcases on the bottom level.

Easy walking distance to busy parts of Ubud, but felt quiet & secluded. Loved the villa layout and private pool. Super comfortable bed. Onsite team are fantastic and breakfast served in villa was a welcome surprise, as was a visit from local monkeys.

Very nice quirky villa, tastefully decorated set up with lots of private facilities gym Sauna , hot tub, pool etc . Staff were lovely and accommodating. Lovely place to relax and watch the monkeys . Easy location to walk into town from with some lovely restaurants and bars close by too.

Niesamowite przeżycie, Villa, którą otrzymaliśmy przewyższyła nasze oczekiwania, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, piękne sypialnie z łazienkami, bardzo wygodne łóżka, prywatny basen, sauna, mini siłownia, niesamowicie czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki nawet, jak nie zgłaszaliśmy takiej potrzeby, Przepyszne śniadanie, a największą atrakcją było pływające śniadania serwowane w prywatnym basenie, bardzo dobrze działające WiFi. Obsługa i kontakt z personelem szybki i bezproblemowy, nawet jak ktoś z obsługi pojawiał się w domku to tak dyskretnie, że nie przeszkadzało to w wypoczynku. Super pomocni w organizacji transportu z lotniska i w kolejnych dniach na wycieczki, kierowca który z nami jeździł po wyspie po prostu super. Chętnie byśmy tam jeszcze wrócili i żałujemy, że tylko 5 nocy mogliśmy tam spędzić.

Mały minus to budowa za płotem, która w pierwszy dzień troszkę dała się we znaki ( pewnie dlatego, że byliśmy wymęczeni po długiej podróży), ale w kolejne dni nawet nie zauważaliśmy, że coś się buduje.

Loved how spacious and clean it was. We were provided fruits, snacks, coffee and tea, and anything else we needed the staff were super responsive. The villa was in a good location surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The bathroom could use a hook or two for hanging towels, my sink leaked a bit from the bottom, and we ran out of hot water on our last night because the monkeys turned it on!

The villa was huge and nice. The private pool was also amazing.

Team met me on arrival and helped with bags and gave me a run down of everything. Team had a WhatsApp chat for me with all team members in there so there was always a quick response on anything I needed! They made sure I had anything I needed for my stay. So close to everything. Stock provided to shoo away the monkeys if needed.

Rooster behind the villa is loud but the host can’t help that. They provide earplugs for you.

Placed was amazing. Great location. Close to bars and regulates and great shopping. Plenty of relaxing spas on your door step.

Tout, le logement est magnifique, fonctionnel, confortable, le personnel réactif et aux petits soins. En bonus, la visite des singes ! Que du positif !

Lovely big villas with private pool in quiet location but still close to everything. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast available. Easy to arrange tours. Great communication! Loved the coffee brewing! Lots of nice little touches!

Stairs are a little tricky to upper floors with no handrail.

Slightly challenges with Grab car to pinpoint the exact location of the Villas due to two parellel road. Nothing to do with Sanctuary villas though.

צוות יוצא מן הכלל, נחמדים ותמיד רוצים לעזור. הוילה ברמה גבוהה. היו קצת יתושים בחדר אבל זה הגיוני לבאלי. תמורה אדירה למחיר!

Was a good property for a few nights .

Room and bed were a little small for us although comfortable. Watched monkeys from a distance when they approached Villa .

The villa is perfectly located in the heart of Ubud, yet still offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I even had some unexpected visitors—monkeys! After seeing so many around the villa, it almost felt like a private version of Ubud Monkey Forest - I loved it. :) The villa itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The pool was spacious and inviting, making it a great place to relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The only downside was that my villa did not have a safety box, even though the staff mentioned that other villas in the complex do. As someone who travels frequently, I believe a safety box should be a standard feature in every room. Additionally, the stairs did not have a handrail, which made it quite difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs and felt unsafe, as if you could slip or fall with each step. My again, there were many more positives in this villa. :)

We have a problem with shower but they solved next day.

Pretty to look at

Dirty sheets, mosquitos with no way to keep them out of the room, had to listen to the people next door have sex all night then argue all morning, paid for a facial and my therapist got up and did our dishes half way through then would stop for several minutes or only use one hand. Will not stay again.

Maymundan korkuyorsanız önermem çünkü gündüz bahçe kısmında otururken bir anda bir sürü maymun geldi ve yiyecek arıyorlar. Bir süre sonra gittiler fakat gündüz rahat bir şekilde orada bir şeyler yeme ve havuza girme fikri hiç mantıklı değil. Ertesi sabah 6.30 da kapı zorlama tarzında seslere uyandık ve bahçede birkaç tane maymun vardı çatıda yine dolaşıp gittiler. Bu hissiyat hiç konforlu değildi. Kapılarınızı mutlaka kilitledim eğer tercih ederseniz. Dışarda eşya bırakmayın. Maymunların ilk gün gelmeleri bize de tatlı gelmişti ama sabah gelmeleri çok rahatsız ediciydi. Duş kısmı açık yani bitkilerle dolu ışıklandırma çok kötü akşam kullanamadık karanlık olduğu için. Tabi ki gekolar da var banyo dış kısım tuvalette vs.

Everything was wonderful. I liked the villas and the location, but most of all the friendly staff. I will come back.

너무 예쁜숙소였습니다 통유리창으로 보이는 주변 풍경이 참 마음에 들었어요 프라이빗하게 즐길 수 있는 수영장에 족욕탕이 따로 있었습니다 덥고 습한 날씨에 에어컨이 저흴 살렸어요 직원들도 친절하고 왓츠앱으로 연락하면 바로 답장해주고 필요한걸 챙겨줬어요 가족여행으로 온거라 방도 많이 필요했는데 침실 3개에 욕실2개라 불편한것도 없었습니다 숙소에서 수영만해도 즐거웠어요

발리에 사는 노래기?같은 벌레가 1층 욕실에 매일 나타납니다 위험하거나 무섭진 않았지만 벌레 싫어하는 사람은 참고하세요

Staff and service is great Pool is a good size, great clean place, lots of water pressure in the shower, location was great. Quiet since it’s off the main road but it’s only short walk away. Lots of spas and food right at your door

The Villa is stunningly picturesque in every detail. It’s cosy and clean. I loved the mosquito net over the bed, complimentary natural mosquito repellent, the supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cream. Those little details elevated the experience. The service from staff was exceptional, they setup a WhatsApp group making communication so easy. The wifi is excellent too. I enjoyed many dishes on the menu especially the Balinese Dadar Gulung (pandan pancakes). The location is close to beauty salons, many massage parlours, delicious warungs and restaurants. The walk to yoga studios like Heart Space and Lumeria was around 25 mins. Would stay here again!

Nothing! I would stay here again and book direct. My only tip is for anyone that has not stayed in Ubud - you need to be conscious you’re in the jungle and close to the monkey forest. So there will be cute insects but to avoid the bad insects don’t eat in bed, avoid leaving crumbs in bedroom, throw waste in the kitchen bin. Also the monkeys get hungry in the afternoon one will scout for food then call the family over. So don’t eat by the pool I was bullied to surrender my chicken wings and coconut drink. So I would open the curtains or eat in my room. Don’t eat by the pool unless you want to donate your food ha ha

The size and amount of space aplenty in the villa. It comes equipped with a yoga space, an outdoor gym, a cold plunge pool and even sauna. For pools, there was 2 as well - one at the front of the villa and a smaller one at the back.

One of the bedrooms was situated at the ground floor and was slightly dingy. The staff does provide an abundance of insect repellent and mosquito coil as there is quite a bit of mosquitoes there - it helped.

Eine Oase mitten in den geschäftigen Straßen von Ubud. Die Lage erlaubt es fußläufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Architektonisch ist sie Villa für 6 Personen wirklich etwas besonderes. Das absolute Highlight ist aber das unglaublich zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Personal. Wir haben direkt noch eine Nacht verlängert, dies war unkompliziert möglich, man bekommt Frühstück in die Villa geliefert und wird in sämtlichen Fragen und Anliegen mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft unterstützt.

Amazing villas and amazing location we're deff coming back

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt und gewünscht habe, die Fotos der Unterkunft entsprechen der Realität

Everything was great! The staff were really friendly and helpful, available on whatsapp 24/7. The villa made our Ubud stay really special, with the private pool and the outdoors area. We felt like we didn't need to go visit the Monkey forest as we had cheeky visitors 3 out of 4 days, so don't leave any food out as per instructed by the staff. It was actually one of the reasons we picked this place. The location is good with circle K just around the corner open 24/7 and many restaurants down the street. Would totally recommend this place.

I would have loved to have more cabinet/storage areas in the room to organize my stuff, but maybe it's just me, an overpacker.

The villa was great. Solo traveller. Close enough to walk into the main streets of Ubud, maybe 8mins but far enough away to be quiet. Lots of places to eat close by. Had a few monkey visits but only along the wall. Bedroom a little bit pokey but fine. Lovely indoor outdoor area with lounge and hammock.

There are roosters right next door that start crowing very early but the villa has ear plugs if you like. It’s not a negative. I quite liked it but a good to know.

A true hidden gem. The design is absolutely beautiful, with a seamless indoor-outdoor atmosphere that makes the villa feel both luxurious and relaxed. The private pool is huge, pleasantly deep, and had the perfect temperature – refreshing but not too cold. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The optional à la carte breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. I also loved the professional coffee setup with grinder and scale which made me feel like a real barista in the morning. The location is excellent – restaurants and small supermarkets are right outside, yet the villa remains peaceful and protected from street noise. It’s also within walking distance of the Monkey Forest.

The only downside was construction work next to the villa we originally booked. However, the team handled this very well and moved us to another villa where the noise was barely noticeable and the level of privacy was even better.

Amazing

Fantastic location. Loved how the monkeys visit the Villa daily. Staff were amazing. Would stay again in a deluxe villa. Accidentally left back door open and within 10 seconds monkeys were inside on the bench stealing fruit but that was also a highlight. The pool is great as it’s a decent size.

Big villa with high ceiling and very clean pool! Surrounded by nature.

Shower downstairs doesn’t drain water quickly enough which is a bit inconvenient.

Lovely place with wonderful staff. We stay here every time we come to Ubud and will be staying again in the future.
