Only thing was access to property. Couldn't figure out how to open the gate. Finally realised it was a sliding gate.

Proximity to Ngamotu beach and yacht club made it very convenient for sailing regatta. Very well set up with cooking and laundry facilities.

It was lovely to stay at Beachside Studio rather than a hotel. It was comfortable and cosy and had everything I needed. I arrived a bit earlier than planned due to change in travel plans and lovley host unlocked the door and had everything ready. Thank you.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. Location was great close to the beach and easy access to/from town. Also walking distance to shops. Contact with the hosts were friendly.

Everything! Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, perfect location for our stay. We arrived later than we had expected. So we appreciated the light on and the door unlocked for our arrival, thank you. Perfect hosts!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation more than met with my expectations and was very comfortable. The property is only a few minutes from central New Plymouth and it was very easy to get around to all locations. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

With windows open there is a bit of traffic noise from large trucks but it didn't bother me really, and I just closed the windows at night.

Position, close enough to city but not right in it.

Not a biggy but having to park car on street right by intersection had us a bit worried at first.

So well appointed, beautifully laid out and spacious. Absolutely spotless. Hosts kept distance but were very approachable and helpful.

The only factor slightly spoiling the perfection was the road noise which was inevitable given the proximity to the marine port facility and the trucks used for carrying the goods

Best location, only 5 mins walk to the beach. The property is very clean and decorated as home. Facilities are new.

Great accommodation, clean, comfortable and well supplied. Handy also to NP central city and beach. Well done for providing feminine hygiene products. Hard to fault overall and we'll try to stay here again.

Nothing really. Possibly a mini bottle of bubbles would be nice to compliment the bottle of beer that was provided.

This is a spacious, clean and modern little studio apartment, just a short walk from a sandy beach, what more could you want? It has everything you need and the lovely owners are friendly, helpful and made me feel completely at home. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this place. Book with confidence.

It is a very classy setup. Private, comfortable, clean in a gorgeous garden setting. The location is ideal, close to the beach, port and walkways. A delightful studio. 😊

Having to park on the road, but unavoidable.

The hosts were excellent and the location was great. The smoke alarm was excellent too. The alarm went off while cooking chicken. It was comforting to know the smoke alarm was in fine working order. The

Once I was shown the correct gate etc for entry I was fine - I was lucky cleaners were at top house to show me. Room v tidy with good amenities

TV in weird space to couch, couch should be further along the wall with table by window, so couch is in front of t I found bed and couch too soft, hurt my back Heat pump remote should be on top of table, couldn't find it for ages Shower door was weird, could not step onto bathmat cause door dragged it away when opened

Wifi does not work. Beds are to soft.

It was very nice best experience we have had ever the very nice spot close to the water very nice and relaxing outlook too definitely recommending to everyone we know wanting to go that way!

We found the parking a little difficult as one person had a knee issue which made it difficult for them to get in and out of the car on the slope

Traffic in the early hours was not great

Everything was great except the tv/sofa layout. Had to move the sofa. Left my phone charger behind and host was kind enough to post it home for me.

The apartment was lovely. It was sunny, with a lovely garden, a sweet outdoor area. It was the nicest apartment we've stayed in and will be our New Plymouth go to in future.

Such a beautiful property and right by the beach! Studio with everything you need, and can literally see the beach from the road so perfect location 🏖️

I travel a lot and this was one of the nicest private apartments that I have seen. The facilities are really comprehensive and it is clear that the hosts have thought carefully about all of the inclusions. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a good size, and the shower is excellent. The curtains block light well and the place is very quiet, so I slept really well on all four nights.

The TV is small and positioned on a wall which makes it awkward to watch from either the bed or the sofa. When I first arrived, I had difficulty accessing the property. This was probably my fault because, once you realise that you need a slide the gate to enter, it's easy.

I arrived late and the lights were on, key in the door and heatpump on!

Nice prompt communication in the morning for the code of the lockbox. No issues when getting the key, and the instructions were on par for where I could find the location of the Lockbox.

The location wasn't as central as I had hoped, however there was a nearby beach, takeaway shop and easy parking. The road was also quite busy - resulting in a bit of traffic noise in the room. But can't fault the property for that - just a matter of it being a busy road.

Loved everything about this place. -close to the beach -cosy -very clean -very tidy -very upmarket -very well layed out -first place I ever visited with a full laundry in the room! Excellent. -the finishings are upmarket and stylish -cottage, homely feel to it. -very private Everything was excellent here. I had a hard day's work and had blisters on my feet. I thought to myself there is probably no chance of finding plasters....well they had a box of plasters in the bathroom... Brilliant. These small gestures is what makes a stay worth while. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. I will definitely be back!

It was exceptionally clean, had everything you needed. Was a great overnight stay. Staff are lovely. Will be using this accommodation again.

A very well appointed apartment. We arrived by motorbike and the owners were wonderful in letting us park securely in their garage. We found them easy to talk to and very helpful. The apartment is close to all the amenities we needed. Very close to the seaside.

The style and quality of furniture & equipment is above standard. There was milk and a bottle of beer in the fridge. Clean and tidy place. Parking right infront of the property.

Great Location, 2min walk to Ngamotu beach/ breakwater bay. We biked from the property to Paritutu rock very easily as well. Bed was comfortable and studio was modern and clean. Owners were very accommodating as well.

We enjoyed a night in this lovely clean, modern and well decorated studio apartment. Well equipped for self catering. Slept well in the comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly.

WiFi was intermittent

Close proximity to the stadium for events. Shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Kitchen has an induction hob, coffee, tea, and some milk and a beer! Lovely.

The kindness, the helpfulness, the care and understanding of our hosts when our flight to New Plymouth was cancelled, spoke volumes. This continued during our very comfortable stay in the modern accommodation. Beautifully appointed.
