Atta the representative at the property was a great support. From the time we arrived, until we left 4 days later, he ensured that we were comfortable and was always available for us. Saleem during the night time was also good and was attentive to our needs.

The check in was very smooth, the staff is cooperative and the location is perfect and as indicated in the name of the hotel it is one minute walk from Taksim Square. The balcony gives 180 degrees view on the mosque and the square.

So centric , clean, very nice room , amazing view , professional non intrusive staff, all in all a great stay .

The location is very convenient. I came for just one night to stay between two flights so it was very easy for me to take buses from both airports. The view from the terrace over the Taksim square and mosque is fascinating. The room is huge and has all necessary amenities and facilities. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a small coffee shop at the reception and I've seen people come from other hotels specifically to take coffee because it's so good.

It's a shame they're not using the rooftop terrace for a little bar or something. That space and view can be well taken advantage of. The little fridge in the room was making a lot of noise at night so I had to disconnect it.

The location is perfect, very close to metro station, taksim square, and istiklal street. Ata is very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

Great location convenient to bus station and iconic Istikal street.Great view from the 6th floor. Ati met us on arrival and was very helpful. The hotel's security was very good with a staff member at the front desk at all times. The room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows comfortable, water hot with good pressure.. Air con quiet and effective which was essential given the heat. It is a small hotel but has a cafe on the ground floor serving hot and cold drinks at very reasonable prices. There is a lift to access all the rooms plus a roof terrace to view the city from

The room had a nespresso machine but did not provide any coffee pots or milk Whilst there was a fridge and sink there was only one plate and set of cutlery .

La ubicación es excelente, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia, y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy buena.

La habitación no tenía ventilación natural, lo que hacía que resultara algo agobiante. Además, parte de las instalaciones, especialmente el baño, necesitaban una puesta a punto. También se escuchaban con bastante facilidad los ruidos del exterior y del pasillo, lo que restaba tranquilidad al descanso.

Το δωμάτιο είναι στη πλατεία Ταξίμ σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο,οπότε όλα τα μαγαζιά είναι στα πόδια σου,. Τα γνωστά τουρκικά μαγειρεία, εμπορικά καταστήματα, μπαράκια, ψιλικατζίδικα όλα τριγύρω και φυσικά ένα λεπτό από το μετρό! Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και προσπάθησαν να επικοινωνήσουν για κάθε πληροφορία που χρειαστήκαμε!Το δωμάτιο,καθαρό ,μεγάλο,με μπαλκονάκι.

Εχει αυτοκινητόδρομο ακριβώς μπροστά ,που σημαίνει πολύς θόρυβος και ενώ έχουν αρκετά καλά τζάμια,δεν φτάνει. Επίσης έχεις θέα απο το μπαλκονάκι ένα υπέροχο τζαμί αλλά μην ξεχνάμε ότι οι προσευχές είναι πέντε φορές την ημέρα, οπότε αν ψάχνετε για κάτι ήσυχο, σίγουρα δεν είναι αυτό το μέρος!

Находится рядом с метро и внизу мы можете доехать до трамвая и передвигаться спокойно . Но возвращаться в отель желательно вовремя. Так как на улицах таксима бывает опасно и ночью люди слишком разные .

Благодаря мечети по утрам шумно , и вообще если окно и дверь открыта улица не спит . Но это прикольно , а мечеть только делает лучше . Для людей которые не любят шум ,от слово совсем тогда лучше искать место потише .

الغرفه واسعه ونظيفة جدا والمكان عباره عن 6 غرف كل غرفه في طابق لحالها . الرسبشن صغير جدا والموظفين جيدين بالاستقبال المكان قريب جدا من ميدان تقسيم تقريبا 2 دقيقه مشي النت ممتاز والامان عالي جدا بحيث لايستطيع شخص غريب دخول المكان . الاقامه في هذا المكان كانت ممتازه

Exceptional location, right on Taksim Square, making it easy to get to public transport and the pick up location for the tour I had booked. Staff were lovely and helpful. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

I felt the room was more dated than the photos showed. The shower head in that room needs fixing, the water comes down unevenly at each end of the plate instead of a nice shower.

The staffs Jamshed, Ata’a, and Saleim were amazing hosts. They were very hospitable and make the stay super amazing.

Nothing to say here, the property is well maintained, serviced and staff are always ready to assist.

Everything was absolutely amazing. It wasn't my first time staying at this hotel, but this time I was lucky enough to be on the first floor. It was comfortable, but quite low. Honestly, I didn't hear any noise at all, but I didn't feel free to go out onto the balcony because there was a bridge in front of me, so I felt like I was right in front of passersby. Overall, though, the experience was excellent, the hotel's location is fantastic, and the place is truly beautiful.

タクシム広場の前で近くには店が沢山あり最高の立地です。HOTELは清潔で何より広い！次回も是非泊まりたいと思います。フロントスタッフは温かい。

掃除は要求しないとやってもらえないことを、チェックイン時に教えてもらいたかった。セーフティBOXに鍵がかかったままで使用できず、直しをたのんだが4泊の間には叶わなかった。

The location was right at Taksim Square and very centrally located to a lot of destinations. Easy to get a taxi right outside. The bathroom seemed to be clean and the bed was comfortable and smelled clean. No bed bugs, I checked. Incredible view of a mosque, directly across the road.

The room was very dirty. Every surface had a layer of grime in the room. The floors were dirty, the chair had several visible stains, there were stains on the blanket in the bed, towels had stains.

The location was very good and the host very friendly. I absolutely recommend it.

Établissement idéalement situé pour visiter Istanbul, à proximité du métro et de l’avenue İstiklal, où l’on trouve de nombreux restaurants et magasins. L’équipe est chaleureuse et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. La chambre offre une vue incroyable sur la mosquée de Taksim. Un 10/10 pour cet hôtel, aussi bien pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix que pour la qualité de ses services. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Shower was uncleaned and had brown dirt floating around. Shower was also blocked and water would not drain.

Все отлично! Персонал очень заботливый, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, на перовом этаже готовят очень вкусный кофе, рекомендую! Местоположение удобное, рядом остановка автобуса до аэропорта Сабихи Гёкчен. В номере были тапочки, средства для душа, вода, чайник и мини кухня. Прекрасный вид на мечеть, не могу сказать что сильно мешала спасть, накрылся подушкой и спи дальше! ) В целом в номере тихо и спокойно, хотя рядом оживленная улица!

Быстрое заселение. Чисто. Лифт. Особенно важно, что на этаже нет соседей. Тихо. Особая благодарность персоналу. Решают все вопросы быстро. Организуют трансфер в аэропорт. И готовят очень вкусный кофе. Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Красивый вид из окна. Рядом улица Истикляль. Рекомендую остановиться в этом отеле.

STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR ISTANBUL TRIP. I usually don’t leave a review (especially, a negative one). But the experience here was horrible so I had to: -Poor ventilation & hygiene: room smells causing nausea -Extreme noise level, forget about your sleep (not clearly mentioned in the ad of this property) - Highly unprofessional staff (incapable communication, lied about offering a different room the next day, then tried to charge us for “no-show” fee to fill the room we booked by accepting new guests. Just there to grabbing money from customers and no care for their experience. We had to find another accommodation. For more details: From the first night, the room had extremely high levels of street noise. The sound insulation was not sufficient, which made it impossible to sleep. This level of noise was not disclosed anywhere in the booking information, which made the listing misleading compared to the actual conditions. In addition, the room had a strong Musty smell and a cigarette-like odor from the air ventilation system, which caused discomfort and breathing difficulty, raising health and hygiene concerns during the stay. We reported these issues immediately to the property. However, there was no real effort to resolve the problem. The staff repeatedly stated that there was "nothing they could do" regarding the situation. The only action "offered" was spraying the room with a chemical air freshener, which did not address the underlying ventilation issue and did not improve the condition of the room. As a guest, it was very disappointing to experience a lack of effective support or proper resolution from the property. I would advise future guests to consider the high level of street and market noise, which continues throughout the night and significantly affects sleep quality.

Плюсы: Останавливались в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! Главный «вау» — это вид из окна на мечеть. Особенно красиво вечером — открыточные кадры обеспечены. Расположение — сказка для туриста: • До площади Таксим — рукой подать. • Легендарная улица Истикляль вообще в шаговой доступности (10 минут не спеша — и ты в эпицентре жизни с магазинами и уличной едой). • Отдельное спасибо за близость к транспорту: 15 минут пешком до автобуса в аэропорт. Номер и сервис: Номер очень удобный, всё работает, и главное — безупречная чистота . Персонал действительно любезный: всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Но больше всего меня тронул их человеческий подход. Я случайно забыла куртку в такси после переезда. Администратор оказал услугу по хранению моей забытой вещи и сохранил куртку в целости до нашего возвращения. За такие поступки хочется возвращаться снова!

Excellent accueil. Le personnel est avenant. Une mention spéciale pour Ata, qui nous a aidé pendant notre séjour et nous a gentiment prêté une carte de transport à charger. Belle grandeur de chambre; lit confortable. Bonne situation pour le transport (arrivée en bus pour l’aéroport à 8min à pied); service à pied de bus et de taxis pour plusieurs destinations. Belle terrasse sur le toit.

Le bruit extérieur de la circulation automobile et de la centrale de taxi Dolmus fait en sorte qu’il est difficile de dormir sans bouchons.

great location near taksim square- you can be anywhere you want pretty fast friendly stuff easy check-in and check-out

the hotel is in a busy area (which is good for sightseeing), but: lots of traffic, mosque next door, that might wake you in the morning and it is loud (there is a gap between windows and wall) -> if you have a good sleep, no problem :)

I likes the spacious room, the location is perfect, and the staff are really so helpful specially Ata and Selim both were trying to make our stay better and stored the luggage for us after check out.

Just a minimal room cleaning in the edges is needed and the bath is a bit old.

Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern und ist ganz toll eingerichtet. 24/7 ist Jemand an der Rezeption und ansprechbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind ganz freundlich und aufmerksam!

La stanza è ampia e molto pulita, con una vista spettacolare sulla moschea che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è davvero eccellente, ideale per visitare la zona. Il caffè è delizioso e rappresenta un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata. Il personale si distingue per la sua grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!
