Unser Zimmer wurde kein einziges mal gereinigt, wir waren 5 nächte dort es wurde nur 1x das Bett gemacht und die Tücher gewechselt, die Klimaanlage konnte das Zimmer nie richtig runter kühlen obwohl sie auf max. Leistung eingestellt war, ebenfalls der Kühlschrank. Frühstück wurde dazu gebucht - war mangelhaft, leider..

- Ο καναπές-κρεβάτι ήταν εντελώς άβολος με τον ξύλινο σκελετό του να χτυπάει το σώμα όταν ξαπλώνεις σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσες ούτε να ξαπλώσεις (αγοράσαμε φουσκωτό στρώμα για τον ύπνο) - Το ψυγείο πολύ μικρό (δεν χωράει μπουκάλι 1,5 λίτρου) και δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά - Ο χώρος δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρισμένος (σκουριασμένη μπαταρία κουζίνας, σκόνες στις γωνίες στο πάτωμα, λεκιασμένα σεντόνια) - Καθαριότητα γίνεται ανά 3 μέρες (ούτε για τα σκουπίδια στο ενδιάμεσο) κάτι που ενημερώνουν με email μετά την κράτηση

The location was excellent as it was close to Ammoudara Beach, cafe’s and transport. The city was a 25 minute bus ride.

Nagyon vékonyak a falak, áthallatszott a szomszédok hangja, éjjel nem lehetett pihenni. A fürdőnek ami a szobából volt leválasztva semmilyen szellőztetése nem volt, a szoba ablakokat nem lehetett kinyitni. A kanapé ágy borzalmasan kényelmetlen, kihúzva nem lehetett aludni benne, nem kellene 4 személyre kiadni ilyen kondíciók mellet! Kár, mert szép szállás, de nem praktikus és nem kényelmes! Nem tudtuk élvezni, mégegyszer nem foglalnánk le!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Alles war komfortabel, gut organisiert. Das Apartment war sauber, hatte ein großes Badezimmer, Meerblick und war insgesamt sehr geräumig. Das Beste war aber die Lage: Das Studio befindet sich direkt am Ammoudara Beach! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren und haben immer innerhalb weniger Minuten eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Auch das Housekeeping war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! 😊

Pas tres adapté aux handicapés pour les chambres Il y a bien un ascenseur mais il faut quand même monter 1/2 étage par l’escalier, sauf pour les studios avec mezzanine qui sont au rez de chaussée Il fait trop chaud malgré la climatisation qui n’est pas réglable.

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber - Haare im Bett und in der Dusche, Staub. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Tage da und das Zimmer wurde nur einmal gereinigt und die Handtücher nur einmal gewechselt. Das Frühstück war im Lokal gegenüber. Dort war es sehr dreckig. Es gab kaum Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Obst und Müsli. Es gab nur Toast, weder anderes Brot noch Brötchen oder ähnliches. Es waren teilweise Haare auf dem Essen. Der Aufschnitt wurde mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt, worunter es total geschwitzt hat

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever we needed any assistance, they were always quick to help and very approachable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as we found the selection a little limited. There is definitely some room for improvement in terms of variety. Apart from that, everything was great and we would happily recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at EcoHeaven Suites. The studio looked exactly like the photos: modern, clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We asked if it would be possible to accommodate two additional guests, and they kindly arranged everything for us. Although our guests eventually decided not to come, the sofa bed had already been prepared, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping was excellent, and having a microwave, kettle and baby cot (available for an extra charge) made our stay with a baby much more comfortable. The location is quiet, and it is easy to reach Heraklion and other places by bus.

Only a few small things. The sofa bed is not very comfortable, so we would mainly recommend the studio for two adults (plus a baby if needed). The mini fridge is inside a closed cabinet, so it doesn’t cool very efficiently, and there was a noticeable food smell when we arrived that took a few days to disappear. The building is also a little noisy, as the walls are quite thin and footsteps on the stairs can be heard easily.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans un appartement avec mezzanine. Bien situé pour aller faire du kite surf, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Très propre, le ménage est fait très régulièrement, les serviettes, linge de lit sont remplacés tous les 2, 3 jours Petite kitchenette avec l'essentiel. Très moderne et bonne literie. Terrasse avec plantes. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Not sure if there was one originally but had to buy a cork screw also didn’t receive code details for room access luckily a Greek lady staying there phoned and explained our problem and it was sorted bit hairy for half an hour though but this minor issue didn’t make any difference to our experience and would recommend these apartments for a comfortable stay with high standard accommodation

Locația este aproape de plaja. Camerele curate, întreținute, spațioase, mobilier nou, chicineta utilata. Frigiderul puțin cam mic, dar ne-am descurcat. Lângă locație este o tavernă unde se mănâncă foarte bine, la preturi bune.

Am ajuns vineri și începând cu ziua de luni a început să se lucreze la clădirea de lângă locație: bormașini, schele, gălăgie. A fost doar ghinionul nostru.

Плохо работал кондиционер, хотелось бы чтобы можно было регулировать температуру в комнате. Протекал холодильник и уборка номера недостаточно хорошая, ощущение что пол не моют или очень редко.

总的来讲，这家性价比超高！背后就是海滩，可以随时去玩，房间还可以看见海。在夏天、在这个位置能以这个价格，真的很棒。虽然没有前台，但在网上和店家沟通回复迅速、高效。比如因为亚麻的衣服太皱了必须要熨，跟店家咨询了后很快就拿来了，很高效！楼下就是公交车、超市、药店、餐馆，一切都很方便！谢谢，在这里的时光很美好。

Aucun ménage durant 4 nuits, studio déjà poussiereux à notre arrivé (sable sur le sol, poussières etc...). Très dommage car le studio mis à part cela était vraiment pratique et super bien situé, mais ce manque de ménage nous a déçu.

Close to the beach, shops. The view from the bedroom was amazing.

It was a house/room directly on the ground floor. The door opened to a busy street. The house didn't have any windows that would open. I was feeling a bit claustrophobic. When I arrived, then the room had a strong cleaning smell, and I had to ventilate with the inbuilt air conditioner/ fan. The motor of the fan was directly ourside behind my window. It was a but loud. The stairs to the bedroom were very narrow.

Brand new room close to the beach, 5 minutes walking.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited and appeared to consist of low-quality, processed products. It would be better to improve the quality of the breakfast or not offer it at all. The apartment can be noisy because the building is located close to the street. There were not enough clothes hangers available. The coffee machine was not functioning properly.

Très belle localisation, à deux pas de la mer et entouré de restaurants et magasins. Nous n'avons pas eu de contact humain direct avec du personnel, mais il répondait très vite aux messages. Salle de bain agréable avec douche très grande.

Aucune insonorisation dans l'appartement, que ce soit par rapport à la rue ou par rapport aux autres chambres. Nettoyage assez faible, avec des portes d'armoires qui collent.

C'est spacieux et confortable

L'hotel è molto bello e moderno, pulito e confortevole. La camera era molto spaziosa per 3 persone, con un mini-cucinino piuttosto completo. I letti sono comodi e l'illuminazione è molto bella. Dista pochi minuti da Heraklion e credo ci sia anche un bus di collegamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La porta del bagno in vetro, pur se smerigliato, proprio no: non c'è privacy e non sempre si soggiorna in famiglia. Abbiamo dovuto rifarci i letti: ci hanno fatto trovare lenzuolo di sotto e federe a posto, ma il lenzuolo di sopra e la coperta abbiamo dovuto sistemarli noi. Manca un parcheggio. Abbiamo parcheggiato facilmente in strada, ma siamo a maggio; non oso pensare al caos di agosto. Inoltre intorno alla struttura sono in corso parecchi lavori e ci sono edifici in cattivo stato, non proprio un bello spettacolo. La comunicazione con i gestori ok, ma abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il messaggio con le istruzioni per l'accesso.

Die Lage ist ganz nett, wenn man nicht so viel Trubel möchte. Es liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zum Strand sind es von hier aus zu Fuß vielleicht maximal 5 min. Das Zimmer war sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde alle 2-3 Tage unaufgefordert gewechselt. Die ebenerdige Dusche ist ein Traum und der Blick vom Balkon zur Straße raus lässt einen das Stadion, die Berge oder die startenden und ankommenden Flugzeuge bestaunen (man HÖRT sie aber nicht). Es gibt auch noch einen kleineren Balkon zur Seite hin, wo von aus man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer hat. Der ist aber leider zu klein, um hier länger zu verweilen, da dort keine Stühle hin passen. Direkt nebenan liegt das Restaurant Mitato, was auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist! Ansonsten befindet sich gegenüber noch ein kleines Geschäft, wo man die nötigsten Dinge für den Alltag bekommt und für einen Großeinkauf ist man auch recht flott bei einem Lidl. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung lässt sich individuell einstellen, inkl. Temperaturvorgabe. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Wer mit einem Mietwagen anreist, der findet eigentlich zu fast jeder Uhrzeit einen freien Platz am Straßenrand.

Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt hätten perfekt machen können: - Der "Kühlschrank" ist wirklich ein Witz. Es passen vielleicht 4-5 Packungen Milch oder 6 Dosen Bier rein, dann ist das Ding voll. Auch die Kühlleistung war nicht berauschend bzw. brauchte ewig. - Es ist eine Mikrowelle vorhanden, aber noch eine Kochplatte hätte einiges erleichtert. Gut, man weiß Bescheid... - Kein Besen / Handfeger. Gerade, wenn man vom Strand kommt und evtl. mal etwas Sand beseitigen möchte, dann wäre das hilfreich. - Keine Müllbeutel. Im kleinen Mülleimer unter der Spüle war ein Müllbeutel drin, aber der wurde auch nur alle 2-3 Tage gewechselt. Es wäre schön gewesen, würden hier noch direkt ein paar neue liegen um sie selber zu wechseln. Klar, man kann sich welche kaufen gehen... - beim Besteck fehlte meiner Meinung nach ein Flaschenöffner und ein Korkenzieher. Alles kein Beinbruch, aber eben auch leicht zu beheben.

Абсолютно новый, модный отель, недалеко от пляжа. Стильно и по современному. Отдельно отмечу освещение и управление им в целом. Заселение бесконтактное. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Персонал отвечает оперативно и внимательно.

Excellent location, just 10 minutes away from Heraklion center and right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The price is great, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. Also, the host is highly responsive and quick to communicate. Keep in mind that there is no daily housekeeping, and towels are changed every three nights. As for the layout, the larger independent rooms are on the ground floor, while the smaller ones are on the upper floors. There are also a few stairs before reaching the elevator. Parking is on the street side, but we had absolutely no trouble finding a spot.
