המלון מצטלם הרבה יותר טוב מהמציאות, קטן מאוד, הזמנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית שהיתה קפואה ולא מזמינה למרות שבבוקינג רשום שהיא מחוממת, בפועל היא לא.

העיצוב של המלון מאוד מיוחד וגם הצוות מדהים, נחמדים ביותר ועזרו בכל דבר שרצינו. הארוחת בוקר הייתה מעולה וגם האזור של הבריכה והבר שבכיף אפשר לשבת שם כל היום עם הקוקטיילים הטעימים שהם מכינים. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בסגנון בוהו מיוחד וגם המרפסת הגדולה שיש בהם עם הג׳קוזי שמוסיף אווירה למקום.

חוץ מזה שהוא במרחק של 15 דק נסיעה מהמרכז של האזור ואם לא שוכרים רכב אז צריך להזמין מוניות כל פעם הכל היה מעולה ובאמת מעבר למה שציפינו.

Der Aufenthalt im Zimmer mit Jacuzzi war fantastisch. Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Ruhige Lage und dennoch nahe Strandlage sind perfekt um zu entspannen. Die Anlage ist sehr Sauber und schön gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

L’hotel est parfait pour des vacances reposante. Le personnel était super aimable et super sympa ! Le petit chien 😍 notre coup de coeur 🫶🏼 L’hotel est propre avec un parking. L’emplacement est parfait !

Le petit déjeuner tous les jours la même et pas trop de choix. Le chantier juste à coté gachait un peu la vue (même s’ils ne peuvent rien faire pour ça)

During our stay at Alsus we encountered plenty of great and friendly staff. The Breakfast buffet offered plenty of food and different types, if you like sweet breakfasts or more traditional with eggs, omelettes bacon etc The lunch menu was perfect and very delicious. The room was absolutely perfect everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks to Nicolas for the amazing check-in hospitality made us feel at home with lovely ice tea and a pastry special thanks to the bartender for the amazing drinks (Mojito's) and drink suggestions for the duration of the stay. The hotel is a lovely experience and very aesthetically appealing for those who are chasing aesthetic photography.

Everything was perfect

Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt! Der Service war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und vor allem extrem freundlich und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und persönlich umsorgt. Die Anlage ist sehr persönlich und familiär gestaltet, was eine wunderbar angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Überall findet man liebevoll ausgewählte Pflanzen, die die gesamte Anlage in eine echte Wohlfühloase verwandeln. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir nicht enttäuscht: Das Essen war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Und ein ganz wichtiger Punkt für Kaffeeliebhaber: Der Kaffee war wirklich hervorragend! ☕️ Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – mit viel Herzlichkeit, einer tollen Atmosphäre und einer liebevoll gestalteten Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein kleiner Punkt, den man aus unserer Sicht noch verbessern könnte, ist die Geräuschisolierung der Zimmer. Geräusche von außen waren teilweise recht deutlich zu hören, sodass es je nach Tageszeit etwas unruhiger sein konnte. Eine bessere Schallisolierung würde den ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und erholsamer machen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern, sauber, gutes Restaurant und tolle Atmosphäre

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Besonders die Fani war super nett, hilfreich und süß! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker aber es gab zum Beispiel wenige Käsesorten ( Feta und eine Sorte Käsescheiben)! Irgendwann nach einer Woche kann man das Frühstück nicht mehr sehen😂 deshalb würden wir nächstes Mal 2 verschiedene Aufenthalte in verschiedenen Hotels buchen, wenn wir länger als eine Woche bleiben wollen! Ansonsten war der Strand direkt zu erreichen und sehr schön, nur Sand keine Steine und das Wasser war herrlich! Insgesamt war es für und ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Exceptional service, especially Dimitrious (the young guy): he is the friendliest nicest person I have met in my life, went out of his way to make sure everyone is feeling great and has a very joyful presence. Also, Leo the mascot is the cutest aspect possible. The decor looked exactly like the pictures.

The only bad side was that the A/C temperature was not really accurate( setting it on 17-25 gave the same very cold room temperature) and the pillows were not very comfy, but otherwise the room was really nice.

Lio der kleine Hund, die Palmen im Garten/Pool und der Pool + Jacuzzi. Die Gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels/Zimmer/Pool/Garten war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Das Personal und die Reinigungsdamen waren sehr nett und höflich. Snacks am Pool.

Für mich persönlich hätte das Abendmenü vielseitiger sein können (Auswahl an Fleisch), da ich persönlich kein Sushi und Meeresfrüchte mag.

My stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything I tried was delicious. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome.

Best Hotel in iraklio, very friendly personal and clean rooms

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l'Alsus Boutique Hôtel et, dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les points forts sont nombreux : le personnel est vraiment parfait, toujours accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre, soigné et bien entretenu. La piscine est superbe et la plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Le seul point négatif concerne le bruit. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, mais la musique diffusée autour de la piscine est forte et s'entend parfaitement depuis la chambre , un des soirs, la musique est restée à un volume élevé jusqu'à plus d'1h du matin. Nous n'en avons pas parlé à la réception, car nous comprenons que les autres clients sont aussi là pour profiter de leurs vacances et de l'ambiance de l'hôtel. En revanche, nous pensons qu'il devrait y avoir un juste milieu afin que chacun puisse en profiter, tout en permettant à ceux qui souhaitent se reposer de passer une bonne nuit. Nous avions un vol très tôt le lendemain et, pour un séjour à plus de 500 € les 3 nuits, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de calme. C'est vraiment dommage, car sans ce problème de bruit, notre séjour aurait été parfait.

Een volwaardige 10…mooi hotel, prima kamer, gratis parking, fijn uitgebreid ontbijt, prima restaurant, relaxe sfeer, maar vooral zeer fijne en behulpzame mensen.

Hübsches Hotel an ruhiger Lage

Zweiten Cappuccino beim Frühstück muss man bezahlen - das fanden wir sehr kleinlich.

Just wow. What an amazing place! Gorgeous room, incredible staff, tropical heaven. Don’t think twice - just book it. Try out the sushi & beautiful cocktails brought right to your cabana. Utterly decadent. And don’t worry about the “derelict” building - it has its own charm nestled amongst the palms, bananas & bougainvillea. Such a beautiful hotel!!!!

Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. everything about it was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. the main hotel area was beautiful and really felt like a sanctuary, there is a building site next door but it did not bother us one bit! However what made our stay the best was the staff. Specifically a lovely gentlemen named lucas/luca! He provided us with the highest standard of customer service and really made our stay special! Because it’s a smaller family run hotel is has a very cosy vibe and you always feel like a priority with the staff. Myself and my partner are a queer couple and stayed at Alsus for our anniversary and we could not have felt more comfortable.

There is not a lot nearby but we had a car so it was not an issue for us☺️

L’isolation de la chambre, nous avions une chambre côté piscine/bar et on entendait tout, de plus le bar d’à côté mettais la musique très forte.. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais manque de variété, dommage qu’il y a seulement du café filtré au petit déjeuné pour Cappuccino ou autre il faut payer un surplus.

The hotel’s garden area was beautiful, lush, and filled with plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times of the day. No matter the request or issue, they were always ready to assist with a smile. The cocktails were exceptional, especially the signature creations. We highly recommend the Signature Piña Colada and the Sicario—both were absolutely delicious and among the best cocktails we had during our stay. Don’t miss them! 😀

The pool area was beautiful and surrounded by plenty of plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, the tiles around the pool were damaged in several places, with sharp edges that actually caused me to cut myself. They were also quite slippery, which was a minor downside. Additionally, the main pool in the common area was not heated. Given that we visited in June, the water felt colder than expected and made the swimming experience less enjoyable.

המקום נראה חדש והכל כל כך יפה ומעוצב בטוב טעם! לקחנו את החדר עם הג׳קוזי הפרטי ונהנינו מכל מרגע. הצוות נהדר !!! המנות במסעדה של המלון ממש טובות! יש חוף ים ממש מאחורי המלון 2 דקות הליכה עם חוף מעולה ומסעדות אחלה. ובין 10-15 דקות נסיעה לכל מקום מרכזי. נהננו ממש!

הבריכה הייתה קרה מדי בשביל להנות גם ממנה (בחודש יוני).

Le petit déjeuner est top très varié, le personnel très gentil et compréhensif. Mention spéciale au serveur Lucas.

La piscine principale n’est pas chauffée, nous sommes partis à une période où la température max était de 26 degrés et la piscine restait un peu froide pour nous.

La décoration, le confort, le personnel très aimable

Le fait que les piscines privées dans les suites soient exposées Est (soleil que le matin, à l’ombre tout le reste de la journée) et le restaurant qui malgré les bonnes notes était moyen

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön. Tolles Frühstück. Super freundlicher Empfang und Service. Auch am Tag des Auscheckens durften wir noch bis abends Pool und Duschen nutzen. Das Zimmer ist gut durchdacht mit vielen verschiedenen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, vielen Steckdosen, einer großen Ablage, beleuchteter Schminkspiegel, großer ausziehbarer Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon etc. Es mangelt an nichts. Täglich 2 Glasflaschen Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Karaffe mit Raki und 2 Gläschen auf dem Zimmer, neben Tee und Kaffee. Toilette und Dusche sind 2 getrennte Räume. Die begehbare schwarze Dusche ist toll beleuchtet. Das Restaurant hat eine sehr große Karte und neben traditionellen Gerichten auch eine große Sushi- Auswahl. Die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig 2 Minuten und man kommt für 1,30 € in die Stadt und zum Flughafen. Autovermietungen sind ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, genauso wie nette Restaurants und Tavernen.

In den Feuchträumen hat es aus den Abflüssen stark nach Kloake gestunken. Wenn ich ins Zimmer kam roch es, als hätte jemand eine Stinkbombe hineingeworfen. Die Balkontür musste immer komplett geöffnet sein, um gegen den Gestank zu lüften. Bis 0 Uhr- 0:30 Uhr wird aber ziemlich laute Musik im Pool-/ Restaurantbereich gespielt. Da alle Balkone zum Pool/ Restaurant gerichtet sind, war an Schlaf vor Mitternacht nicht zu denken. Meistens schlief ich erst gegen 0:30Uhr - 1:00 Uhr, wenn Musik und Gäste ruhig wurden. Die Balkontür zu schließen war wegen des Gestanks nicht möglich. Auch beim Essen im Restaurant ist Unterhaltung durch die laute Musik schwierig und man versteht das Personal kaum. Die Bettdecke hat keinen Bezug, sondern nur ein Unterlaken. Das fand ich etwas eklig, weil auch Flecken auf der Bettdecke waren. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig attraktiv. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft steht eine große Bauruine. Man schaut von allen Balkonen darauf, was aber durch Palmen abgemildert wird. Der Strand des Ortes ist enttäuschend. Betonmauern, ziemlich zugebaut, Blick auf ein Industriegebiet

Un petit paradis en CRETE.

Hotel heeft een hele leuke sfeer met veel palmbomen, riet en hout. De kamer is heel efficiënt ingericht met veel opbergruimte en heeft een luxe uitstraling. Hele goede bedden en echt een heeeeerlijke douche! De kamers waren heel schoon. Personeel is erg vriendelijk! Locatie is fijn: je bent binnen de kortste tijd op de hoofdwegen voor de rest van het eiland. Restaurants, strand, supermarkten op loopafstand. Ondanks de minpuntjes zouden we de volgende keer zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Ontbijt daarentegen had geen uitstraling: voldoende assortiment maar met koffie uit een 10l-percolator en sap uit een pak, sla je de plank mis. Vooral als je jezelf een boutique hotel noemt en luxe wilt uitstralen. Ook werd er tijdens ontbijttijden in de ontbijtruimte gewerkt of werkbesprekingen gehouden door personeel, wat behoorlijk stoorde. Een keer werd er zelfs geverfd en kwam er een terpetinelucht de ontbijtzaal in. Onze kamer had een hele smalle doorloop tussen het bed en de wand naar het balkon, dit was echt behelpen (en de naam suite niet waardig).

Ho soggiornato presso Alsus Boutique Hotel e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, a circa 5-7 minuti di auto dal centro di Heraklion. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera era bella, curata e il letto molto comodo. Presente aria condizionata funzionante, bollitore per acqua calda e anche un tocco tipico molto apprezzato come raki con uvette. La colazione era equilibrata, sia dolce che salata, senza eccessi ma più che sufficiente.

I prodotti per la doccia non venivano riforniti regolarmente: balsamo e crema corpo non sono stati sostituiti e il bagnoschiuma era quasi finito. Inoltre, dalla stanza del bagno (toilette separata) a volte si sentiva odore di scarico, abbastanza sgradevole, motivo per cui tenevamo spesso la porta chiusa.

I had a great stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel. The entire place was spotless, and you can really tell the staff put in the effort to keep everything clean and up to a high standard. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay as much as possible. I even spent time chatting with some of the staff, and they were incredibly helpful when it came to giving directions and recommending places around the area. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out.

Schickes relativ neu renoviertes Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Hotel Team war freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre.

Das Grundstück nebenan ist eine Bau-Ruine, an der zeitweise mit Geräusch herumgewerkelt wurde. Rein optisch nicht so toll, aber durch den wunderschönen Hotelgarten und die geschickte Bepflanzung wurde es relativ gut kaschiert. Kann ja keiner was für seine Nachbarn ;-)

Location, food was cold at breakfast and dinner, and room service was a bit hit and miss.
