"We had a great time at Vaya Suites. The rooms are highly aesthetic and not your ordinary hotel rooms. Being able to use the sister hotels' amenities was a big plus, giving it a large resort feel. The location is perfect—steps away from the sea, a supermarket, and a bus stop. The staff is wonderful. Vaya's receptionist was super friendly and eager to help. We also loved the blonde receptionist at Georgia's Garden. A huge thank you to Eleni, who was extremely polite and supportive, ensuring our food requests were met immediately and nothing was ever missing. Speaking of food, everything was delicious. We also loved the local cats and enjoyed feeding them daily! We are very happy with our stay and will return. Thanks again to Eleni and the two amazing receptionists!"

For improvements: Vaya really needs its own full-day reception, as walking to Georgia's Garden might be hard for elderly guests. Also, the vegetable portions (tomatoes/cucumbers) are too small; serving them in large salad bowls would be much better.

The breakfast didn't have much variety and the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. In the room, both the bed sheets and the bath towels had a faint smell. They should take more care with this.

L'ambiente esterno, i terrazzini e le camere sono molto carini, forse un po' più piccoli rispetto alle foto, ma alla fine c'è tutto il necessario.

The Room was nice and clean, also the Whirlpool

Unfortunately, the humidity was so high that some things would not dry properly, and the floor remained constantly wet. The so-called “gym” was absolutely terrible. The equipment was rusty, broken, and extremely unclean. Also the mirror light in my room was broken. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel. It was okay, but absolutely did not live up to the standards of a four-star hotel. The entire facility consisted essentially only of the rooms and the so-called gym. Therefore, the price was absolutely not justified.

Aucun point positif à cet hôtel,une grosse arnaque

J’ai réservé une chambre pour 15 jours et rien n’était comme sur les photos. Pour commencer j’ai payé un supplément pour avoir un lit double ( ce qui n’est même pas normal de payer ) nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 lits simples donc déjà la,ça commence mal ; on rajoute à cela une odeur terrible des draps ainsi que des serviettes, ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable quand on sort de la douche en étant propre et de se sécher dans du linges puant. Pour continuer, la propreté est vraiment quelque chose à revoir,nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit,la salle de bain pas propre ( le sol, ainsi que des cheveux et des poils sur les murs…). J’ai également payé la chambre pour avoir un jacuzzi et un hamac,il n’y avait bien évidemment pas de hamac et le jacuzzi n’était pas propre ( du sable,des cheveux…) ça donne vachement envie d’y aller !! Dans la description de l’hôtel il est écrit que le petit-déjeuner est « superbe » alors qu’à aucun moment il n’est écrit et personne ne prévient qu’il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour le petit-déjeuner où il n’y a rien ( les œufs ne sont pas bons,seulement de la pastèque en fruit,pas de légumes, pas de choix,tous les jours la même chose ) très décevant pour quelque chose de « superbe ». Pour finir en ce qui concerne du ménage,on peut demander soit de ne pas être déranger soit on est ok pour le ménage, donc je met ne pas déranger ( en sachant qu’il était 17h30 et que le ménage n’était pas fait ) et quelqu’un frappe à la porte et ouvre directement sans que j’ai eu le temps de dire un mot pour venir faire le ménage alors que je n’avais pas demandé… Ayant jamais personne à la réception( qui est censé être ouverte de 9h-16h30 on ne peux donc pas dire tout cas ) même lors du checkout : personne… Enfin bon tous cas pour dire de ne pas y aller !!

Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque d’isolation nous entendions tout les animaux aux alentours les chiens qui aboient de 22h à 3h et le coque de 5h à 12h

Die Zimmer waren schön neu und sehen schön aus. Auch der aussenbereich war schön und sehr einladend. Auch positiv war dass es Zwei Kissen gab ( ein weiches und ein etwas häteres). Wir wurden auch mit einer Flasche Wein begrüsst was ich sehr nett fand.

Die Reinigungskräfte können sich etwas mehr mühe geben. Der Boden wurde bei underem 7 tägigen Unterhalt nur 1 mal geputzt auch war der Jaccuzi bri Amkunft schon dreckig (mit sand vom vorherigen Gast). Und was etwas nervig ist das Hunde in den Zimmern erlaubt sind. An sich habe ich nichts gegen Tierr jedoch bellte dieser die ganze nacht.

Personnel sympathique

L’hotel en lui même est assez confortable, mais cela ne vaut absolument pas son prix. C’est un hotel sommaire, le petit déjeuner ne peut pas etre pris sur place, il ne dispose pas de piscine, hormis le jacuzzi sur le balcon, rien ne justifie ce prix exhorbitant. Le jacuzzi n’était d’ailleurs plus utilisable après 5 jours car l’eau stagne et cela devient dangereux. L’hotel est en bord de route fréquenté avec beaucoup de passage. Attention aux photos qui ne refletent pas vraiment l’hotel. Très décevant, et meme si c’était confortable, rien ne justifie que cet hotel ne dispose de 4 étoiles.

Anreise erfolgte viel zu früh, sofort wurde uns das Parterhotel in unmittelbarer Nähe empfohlen, in welchem wir unsere Gepäckstücke ablegen konnten und den Pool sowie Außenbereich nutzen durften. Grandioses Personal, top Zimmer. Im Außenbereich noch ein Fitnesbereich der ebenfalls top gewesen ist!

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to Christine in reception her attention to customer service was fantastic.

The property was new & clean

We had issues with a leak in our room that soaked my suitcase n clothes after being out all day n coming back to that was annoying! The staff didn’t offer an upgrade which I think would have been an appropriate solution in a situation like that! as well as booking a double bed room where there was 2 single beds in it!

Loved the whole place. We stayed at the satellite apartments with a kitchen and walked the 3 minutes the the hotel with the pool. The room was well equipped and the hotel staff were amazing. The pool itself was clean and comfortbale. The beach was a 1 minute walk from the pool or 5 minutes from the apartment. There were lots of resturants near by. We also had a nice meal at the other sister hotel about 12 mins walk away, which was exceptional. Overall highly recommend this place for a relaxed, beach/pool holiday

Καινούργια δωμάτια, μοντέρνα! Παρέχουν πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και καθαρισμός δωματίου την δεύτερη μέρα! Πολύ καλύτερα τοποθεσία καθώς είναι κοντά σε θάλασσα με πολλές επιλογές για beach bar, υπεραγορές και καταστήματα σουβενίρ. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τ προσωπικό!

Δεν είναι πολύ καλός ο φωτισμός μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

La gentillesse du personnel - La propreté de la chambre Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse

La clé de la porte de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait personne à l'accueil. Heureusement la dame de ménage a pu nous ouvrir la porte. Nous avons été obligé d'aller dans l'hôtel à côté afin d'obtenir une autre clé avec un code différent.

Die Terrasse mit dem Wirlpool war direkt am Gang neben der Rezeption Jeder konnte auf die Terrasse und ins Zimmer schauen. Außerdem war der Gang zu den anderen Apartments direkt angeschlossen.

O quarto é bem bonitinho, gostei da cama e do chuveiro, arrumaram a cama especial pra nossa lua de mel, o que foi bem legal.

Cheguei por volta de 18h na acomodação e não tinha nenhum funcionário. A pessoa me manda um WhatsApp dizendo que eu posso contatar para qualquer coisa, já que não teria ninguém na recepção, eu mandei mensagens e simplesmente nunca recebi a resposta! No dia seguinte eu mandei mais mensagens e até hoje nada. Se eu tivesse tido problema pra entrar no quarto teria dormido na rua, já que ninguém falou comigo

Staff were helpful whenever needed. We especially appreciated the possibility to use facilities and breakfast at the sister hotels, which gave some nice variety during the stay. Georgia felt calmer and more relaxed, while Malena had a slightly larger pool. Georgia also has a table tennis table, which was a nice bonus. The room was comfortable and clean, and room service was always timely. We were also happy to find bathrobes in the room, which was a nice touch. The beach is within walking distance, and changing rooms and showers are available nearby. We also appreciated that after an unfortunate encounter with a sea urchin, staff immediately provided us with a small kit to help remove the spines.

The kitchen lacked some basic essentials such as oil, salt, kitchen towels and starter coffee capsules, which would make short stays more convenient. The duvet was tucked very deeply into the bed each time, so we constantly had to pull it out together with the linen. The jacuzzi became cold during the last two days of our stay. It would also be convenient to have an additional mirror in the room itself, not only in the bathroom. Nearby beach facilities were relatively expensive (EUR 14 for loungers and umbrella). Parking was usually very full at night — we always managed to find a spot, but during peak season it could possibly become more difficult. Also, bring water shoes/coral shoes. The beach looks very clean and harmless, but sea urchins are apparently around.

Es war nicht so sauber wie erwünscht. Es waren Haare in den Betten und in der Dusche, die nicht von uns waren. Einer der Liegestühle war komplett kaputt. Frühstück war ein wenig mau aber in Ordnung

Appartement très fonctionnel, au calme et très proche de la plage (100 m) avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse supérieure. Buffet très varié et à volonté à l'hôtel partenaire.

Pagalvės. Taip pat lovos čiužinys turėtų patikti mėgstantiems miegoti ant kieto čiužinio. Labiausiai nuvylė prirūkytas kambarys, turėtumėte neleisti rūkyti kambariuose.

The location, modern room

Dirty outside areas due to Saharan sand/rain. Unfortunately no attempts were made to clean this up during our stay. In fairness it was the Greek Orthodox Easter so staff levels may have been limited Gym equipment uncleaned and rusty. Hot tub side panel hanging off with cut off wires just taped up. Switch/control knob missing Hanging decorative light by bed was a hazard and in the way when getting out of bed. Bed described as double was 2 singles pushed together.

Camera comoda, bagno con doccia spaziosa ed arredi moderni. Possibilità di immergersi nella vasca jacuzzi al di fuori della camera.

Non sono solita fare le pulci a tutto ma ci sono stati due episodi spiacevoli che per me riguardano proprio il cuore dell’hospitality. 1) ci sono tre hotel della stessa catena ed in questo periodo cena e colazione erano serviti in uno di questi (Georgia’s garden). Arriviamo verso le 19, chiediamo di cenare, in cucina non c’era nessuno, il receptionist fa una telefonata e capiamo che non erano ancora organizzati. Il problema è che mio figlio di quasi due anni aveva fame, ha mangiato un po di pane e pomodoro ma a 10 minuti non avevamo ancora ricevuto il menù per cui ci alziamo e dico loro che avremmo cercato un altro posto per far mangiare prima il bambino; la risposta “voi due (adulti) tornate dopo?” … 2) dopo il check out segnalo che un auto ci impediva di uscire dal parcheggio del vaya hotels Anche lì abbiamo aspettato invano che ci aiutassero (bisogna risalire agli appartamenti occupati ed andare anche a bussare porta a porta per capire il proprietario del mezzo). Alla fine grazie agli altri ospiti e a manovre fortunate siamo riusciti ad uscire ed andare via. Questi episodi per me dicono e contano di più di una jacuzzi

Besonders schön fanden wir den Eigenen Jacuzzi um nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit und die Lage war super das man schnell mit dem Bus fahren konnte.

Es haben ein paar Küchenutensilien gefehlt (Salz,Pfeffer, Öl) und vom Geschirr war auch nicht alles vollständig da. Ebenfalls wäre es schön ein Geschirrtuch zu haben um sein Geschirr nach dem Spülen abtrocknen zu können. Beim jacuzzi hat man entweder Glück oder nicht, weil man je nach Appartement entweder für alle ersichtlich ist oder etwas versteckt.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer etwas Schimmel.
