Tudo funcionou certinho. Vale muito a pena.

Amazing location, the best you could have in Osaka. Very nice and well-equipped apartment (toiletries, washing machine, kitchen), comfy double bed. Perfect for one or two people.

The apartment was too small for a family of four. We were provided with futons for our two children, but there was very little floor space available—barely enough room for even one futon. As a result, our children ended up sharing a single futon. It wasn’t ideal, but we were able to manage. Another thing to note is that the window faces a wall, so there is no view and very little natural light. This wasn’t a problem for us personally, but it may be important to other guests. That said, our main priorities were the location and the price, and both were excellent. Since we spent most of our time exploring the area, the limited space and lack of a view didn’t significantly affect our stay.

The place is so strategic

A little bit narrow

Great location, self check in and check out.

Nothing

Clean, well equipped kitchen cor a couple and perfect location. Near subway and lotsnof entertainment

Some furniture are big

The location

Cleanliness of the apartment. We arrived and a used socks was left inside the shoe cabinet. There are also make up marks by the wall inside the bathroom area. A splashed drink mark has been seen by the wall inside the room. Dust is also present.

The comfortablity of the room Location of the place Easy access to nearby stores

complete facilities there are no shortcomings, thank you

all good, no complaint

It gave me the experience of living in a Japanese apartment. The property admin was very helpful. The lift was ample.

1. There was no clothes dryer and no instructions included in the Home Manual and property introduction in booking.com. 2. Osaka is by and large a quiet city but the noise from vehicles could be heard even though the windows were shut and not in a main road. 3. The Pillows were too flat. 4. The room was too cold even though the AC’s temperature was set to 30 degrees Celsius. 5. The instructions to enter the building and the room could be improved. 6. There was a bad smell in the outside hallway in my floor. 7. The battery in the building’s lock and room’s lock run out and it was disturbing.

Lots of convenience stores around

Able to hear upstairs walking sounds

Localização excelente. Cama boa. Apartamento bem equipado.

Nothing

The property was dirty, it was advertised as a non smoking room. When we arrived we could instantly smell cigarette smoke, after being there for a few minutes we began to feel sick from the smell, we had to book another hotel, and this place isn’t issuing a refund.

The location and facilities

Nothing

Location was nice. Room was comfortable.

Cleaning. There is no dust in the streets but room was dusty, we were shocked a little. There was an extra blanket and pillows on the floor in a covering, we thouhgt it's for us but when i looked inside it was dirty. Most probably the ones from previous guests but why was them in the room beside our bed we did not figure out. So it was a little confusing stay. And the keys. It was on the floor, not in the fence like they say and it took an hour in freezing cold to find it in the dark.

Its a good apartment very near to namba and shinsaibashi street within walking distance. Train station is super near. Convenience store and cafe along the street. Host is very nice and helpful!

We feel that the house a bit too cold, not as warm despite the heater was on. we travelling during winter season.

Room was nice.

The shower clogged. And there was wifi but u couldn't connect to normally because the qr code sticker wasn't there. The way I connected was sharing it through the tablet.

Big room and the facility is good. But for the room heater is not really working. So it must be always turn on

I still find hair in the toilet

The location of the accomodation was perfect. Easily able to go to Dotonbori area for meals, and can easily access different train stations to get around Osaka.

The place doesn't include Wi-Fi we could connect to (though we should've looked for this when booking). Also, mobile connection in the room can be spotty at times.

Good value

No KDDI network in the area so both my eSim cannot work but thankfully there is the free wifi in the unit.

Very close to mrt station, the room is clean and tidy.

-

Clean and large space for 2 person. The bed is very comfortably and soft. Tv android have netflix prime video, etc.👍

Nop.

The environment is dirty (there are leftover French fries) and dusty, there is no network signal, and the bedding and towels are very dusty.

It has all the amenities i needed

There was no curtain in the kitchen side, the kitchen was seen by neighbors outside

good location, was clean , have most you need.

everything's is good and clean place is convenience to go， have 1 line train is very near

nothing

The location.

Location and amenities - nice bathroom, kitchen and laundry and main bed very comfortable. Instructions to use the appliances were great!

Checking in - I would have been better if the email to clarify the instructions were received sooner than the same day. Had to call the hotline to get the wifi instructions which were needed to get access to send our photos to use the tv. This was an inconvenience and extra cost to us. Need somewhere to hang the drying rack.
