Location in Radium Hot Springs. Loved the city park next door.

Walls are thin, we could hear snoring, laughing, and crying from other rooms. No coffee/tea maker in room. TV and cable were difficult to navigate. Too much clutter in the room that wasn't needed. Didn't stay for breakfast since it was a sit down service and we didn't have time to wait around.

De kamer was netjes.

Het ontbijt was heel erg karrig. We konden max 2 boterhammetjes krijgen. Op de kamer zijn geen koffie of thee faciliteiten.

Super bed, ruime kamer, goede ligging, goede frigo. Comfortabel.

Ondanks het netjes was...vonden we het zeepje van de voorgaander in de douche. Maar overigens nette kamer. Onbijt wat aan de late kant, pas vanaf 8u en tafel per tafel.

Reasonable accommodation but given a smallish room for our 6 night stay. Good location away from the busy road.

Booking breakfast on a slip of paper was not very personal, with a lot of new guests wondering what they were expected to do. Room was not made up each day and towels were not changed, although we were told we could ask for thing's I would have expected this to have been done as a matter of course.

The room I got faced a horrible looking backyard. I wish I had a better room . The blackout made me leave without a shower.

The staff were not very engaging. Not very good at explaining any requirements etc. Breakfast time was a bit of a farce. There was a board supposedly telling you what to do. We weren't told this during check in and thd board was placed where you wouldn't see it. There was very little food out on display. Coffee pot was empty. Empty juice cartons. You couldn't help yourself to anything as there was nothing on display. There was slips of paper on a table that you were supposed to fill in to say what you wanted. Restricted to 5 items. Most people were only staying 1 or 2 nights but no staff member explained this procedure. The staff were generally quite miserable.No interpersonal skills. No 'good morning ' Not very welcoming really.

Siamo scesi per la colazione alle ore 8, abbiamo compilato un foglietto con le scelte per avere una delle due opzioni disponibili, la colazione ci è stata portata al tavolo alle 9, quindi dopo un'ora di attesa. Per noi che avevamo un programma di attività e spostamenti non è assolutamente accettabile perdere un'ora , e ciò ha comportato che nei gg seguenti ci siamo dovuti arrangiare esternamente sostenendo un costo aggiuntivo. Al netto dei tempi, abbiamo sostanzialmente atteso un'ora per due fette tostate, uova strapazzate tiepide e marmellata. È evidente che non sia accettabile.

Quaint property with B&B vibes! Great location. Nice staff. Liked being able to use the dining room in the evening to hang out with friends. We enjoyed watching the mountain goats that came close to the property!

The AC units in both rooms we stayed in were VERY noisy. Your choice was to sleep in a hot room or not sleep in a cool room! Their breakfast menu offered hashbrowns but they were out both mornings. The chairs in the dining room could use chair pads for comfort. Could spruce up the outside with flower pots, etc.

I was expecting to have a beautiful view from the window, as this was mentioned in the description of the room and was one of the main reasons I chose this particular room. Unfortunately, the actual view is mostly of bushes, with only a small part of a children’s playground visible. This is quite different from what I expected based on the room description and photos.

A nice building, but it is getting somewhat rundown and could use a bit of TLC and sprucing up. The main entrance door was dirty, with stains and old tape. There were several stains on the carpet in our room.

The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Good bike trails and roads.

Terrible communication, owner refuses to refund a discount based on shower not working properly even after promising the money back( was hiding at checkout) locked out repeatedly from the property with keys that didn’t work, breakfast was terrible with no idea if you would get a cup or glass or utensils, way too high price for the experience. 2/10

The average rating figure is propped up by older reviews; the place is now scruffy, dated, and understaffed. One night stopover on the way to Banff, king room. For: large comfortable bed Threadbare carpets, curtains with multiple holes in, no coffee in room, noisy basic aircon, non-communicative staff, 40 minute wait for a breakfast you could have helped yourself to (an instant oatmeal sachet and a yoghurt)

The breakfast was disappointing, we had to wait a long time to be served and it seemed very impersonal as I was expecting friendly more engaged staff

Location was good. The room we ended up with was quite nice. The breakfast is great.

I had messaged the day before asking if we could get early check in, we were told yes 2 pm. Great. We cancel our plans to drive up a couple hours earlier to check in, but when we get there, there’s no one around. Ringing the doorbell for a few minutes before a man answered and I explain the situation and he says “the boy will be there at 4” and hung up the ring camera. Very frustrating and disappointing to have that the start of our stay. Our original bed in our room was broken, we noticed it immediately. They switched us to a different room very quickly which was nice but the next morning they told us we needed to move to a different room again because someone was booked for this room. Again, awful communication because we were not told this the night before when they moved us to this room. We were 5 minutes from heading out the door for the day and explained that it wouldn’t be possible for us to move rooms when they needed us to because we would be out for the day. It took a lot of back and forth before they allowed us to stay put in this room. What would have been a really nice stay ended up quite frustrating at times

We had an issue with people outside being loud and using some kind of outside cooking device. The fumes came in our room and gave me a migraine. It was pretty bad. I tried to find staff around to help but because it was 9:30pm there was no one to help. And the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

The person who assisted me was great. She was able to find T off time for me at the Panorama course. Some choice for the breakfast menu.

There were Big gaps in someone being at the front desk for checkins an outs. There is staff lacking to complete tasks of cleaning the rooms services and garbage that was in our room for 3 days. I should not have to ask for supplies; toilet paper hand towels etc. Breakfast was a slip of paper which you took to the kitchen, however no one really knew that, I passed on information to whoever was new.

Quiet and relaxing place to stay. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Dining room was very clean , comfortable and allowed an opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests.

Kitchen could have been better stocked at breakfast. Staff could of been more available during the breakfast time.

Location was good, close enough to restaurants and other conveniences but not on a busy street. Breakfast was freshly prepared but simple and limited in options.

Doesn’t have the typical B&B vibe with the owners interacting with the guests. Breakfast was a bit awkward with how you ordered what you wanted.

Buitenkant is een pareltje om te zien, binnen zie je echt wel dat het gedateerd is, sommige kamers zijn wel wat gemoderniseerd maar sommige zijn en zien wat vies uit, de ventilator in de badkamer ( kamer 3) bijvoorbeeld leek wel een startend brommertje, wat bleek er zat minstens een halve centimeter stof aangezogen op het roostertje. Het ontbijt daarintegen en de ontbijt ruimte maakte ook wel weer veel goed

Het leek wel schoon maar in detail was het dat niet en het bed ( matras) was echt wel oud

The rooms in the b&b was clean with comfy beds fridge and cable tv.

When checking we was told there was coffee making facilities in the dining room but there was no cups available. Towels was provided to use in the hot springs but only 1 was available and no staff around to ask if there was anymore. Breakfast was a shambles with no organisation and staff only came out to take a piece of paper with your order on. Fresh orange juice in cartons was put out which was warm. Asked for oatmeal for breakfast and was given a microwave packet of oatmeal to make yourself and a bowl which was not big enough for it. There was no choice of flavours of oatmeal the only cereal was granola which you didnt know until you received it.

We loved the location of the Inn and also the breakfast in the morning! We had a late check in so had little interaction with the staff, but check in was easy for us! Our room was cute and very clean!

Nothing we didn’t like! Just letting people know to bring their own shower products as we were only provided with bar soap and a small 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. We were here for one night, so we had everything we needed!

Our room was clean and well equipped. The inn is in a nice, central location. We liked that there were supplies to make tea, chocolate, or instant coffee available in dining area for our use.

Location. And the ambience when we stayed there a few years ago. Now, however, it looks neglected, with tall weeds growing.

The breakfast was very mediocre. Lukewarm coffee ( that we microwaved), cold bacon, cold toast. The exterior doors were locked when we returned after dinner at a restaurant, and our keys would not work. We are in our 80’s, were given a room up steep stairs and were not offered assistance with our luggage.

Het personeel bedoelt het ongetwijfeld goed, maar de service lijkt nergens naar. Ze hebben geen idee van gastvrijheid en denken niet met je mee. Als dit verbetert is het een grote aanrader.

Cute inside. But the entire place needs a deep cleaning. Especially the bedrooms. The carpet is very dirty with many stains. The toilet has urine stains dripping along the bowl.

Very odd place. Didn't really like anything about it. Poor bed/shower. Breakfast confusing, avoid the sausage. Lady served breakfast in a coat with no interaction.

It’s become rundown

Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was charming and adorable. I was really looking forward to my return, and what a disappointment. The place has become shabby and rundown. It’s adequate, the beds are comfortable, it’s in a quiet location across from the park and includes a decent breakfast. It’s fine but no longer something special. There are better places to stay in town. I’m sad to write this but please know that the older reviews no longer apply to what once was such a lovely place.

Flickering light inbathroom of first room. Upgraded to a larger king room which was nicer. However discovered washbasin was very slow to drain. Could see the problem as washbasin had no plug and previous guest may have tried to block it with something white. No one at checkout available to let them know. Cutlery for breakfast left out exposed on tray 24/7. Bathroom floor dusty on floor sides of toilet.

Breakfast was very odd and definitely not what you would expect at a bed and breakfast style property….very impersonal. We had expected a b&b vibe and it certainly didn’t deliver. Overall, it felt like the owner had outsourced staffing to a couple locals who seemed to be going through the motions.

The bed and breakfast was very centrally located and comfortable. Our room was on the second floor, but that was okay cuz we're at that stage in life that we can climb up to the second floor. The breakfasts were the same everyday but the food was always hot. The bed was also comfortable and we had a great time.

The only negative that is that they were terribly understaffed.
