Es un alojamiento precioso de mucha calidad y un trato exquisito. Nos recibieron con un té, pastas y bizcocho riquísimo. Las vistas muy bonitas a la montaña. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos cogido. Y desayuno sin que entrara en el precio. El personal super amable y encantador, trato de hotel de cinco estrellas, todo detalles.

No tiene ni un pero.

La atención del propietario del hotel y el resto de trabajadores fue increíble una de las mejores que tuvimos en nuestro viaje a Sri Lanka

Best hotel!!! When we arrived they offered us with a cake and tea! The room was so spaciuos, clean and amazing! We had breakfast included in the price that was the best breakfast we ate in Sri Lanka, with a lot of fruits! The manager offered to bring us to the restaurant or wherever we needed. Also they gave nice suggestions on what to see in Nuwara Eliya. I would like to go back and stay more nights there!

Wir waren als Familie für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Sie ist ruhig, sauber und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals, von der Begrüßung bis zu einem reichhaltigen und leckeren Frühstück, bei dem wir speisten wie die Könige.

Ci hanno aiutate per organizzare il trasporto fino alla stazione di Nanu Oya e per l’acquisto dei biglietti del treno. Camera ampia, letti comodi, colazione eccellente. Coperte pesanti per prevenire il freddo.

Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. Ze deden er echt alles aan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken en ons welkom te laten voelen en niets was te veel voor ze! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de locatie is ook top . Het zit dichtbij een supermarkt, een leuk cafeetje/restaurant len het postkantoor en de winkeltje. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

Personal SUPER amable y la habitación era enorme. El desayuno increíble y el hotel muy bien cuidado. Eran muy serviciales y nos ayudaron en todo.

No tiene ascensor pero solo tiene 3 plantas.

El hotel es como una casa. Las habitaciones estan en planta primera y segunda, tienen camas grandes y el baño es similar a lo que estamos encontrando por la relación calidad-precio. El personal fue MUY atento con nosotros y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo: tuk tuk, traernos el coche en Ella. Para una o dos noches suficiente.

Que no tenía un espacio exterior-jardin donde descansar. Pero para nuestra corta estancia tampoco fue un problema porque las habitaciones ersn grandes.

Excellent Location.

We stayed at many hotels during our trip, and I would say the service at this hotel was the best out of all of them. From the moment we arrived, we felt like they genuinely wanted us to have the best stay, and made every effort to welcome us and ensure we had a great visit. The staff went above and beyond. They also helped us plan our day trips, and their recommendations did not disappoint. We ordered breakfast each day, and it was top-notch, the food was excellent, plus all the extras that make it special, like Sri Lankan coffee, smoothies, local fruit. We asked for extra blankets at night and we had a very comfortable night sleep (I get cold easily, but was comfortable and had a great night sleep.) We would like to stay here again the next time we come.

Everything was spacious, clean and well equipped. A big bathroom with a very hot shower. The staff was amazingly available and the food offer was great. Highly recommended

Buena ubicación, a 10 min andando del centro. Las instalaciones son prácticamente nuevas, la habitación y el baño bastante amplio. La atención del personal es exquisita , siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad, en este aspecto dan un servicio de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Desayuno abundante y muy bueno.

No podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor para alojarnos en Nuwara Eliya. El personal es súper simpático, atento y servicial; nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer segundo. ​Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y no solo nos dieron la habitación de inmediato, sino que nos recibieron con té de canela, bananas y galletas de coco. Además, se tomaron el tiempo de explicarnos al detalle todo lo que podíamos ver y hacer por la zona. ​Nos comentaron que ofrecían cenas a muy buen precio y decidimos cenar allí: ¡fue un acierto total! Nos prepararon una velada súper romántica, cuidando cada detalle con velas y música de fondo. ​La habitación es enorme, muy espaciosa y estaba impecable. El desayuno es muy generoso y delicioso, con varias opciones para elegir (continental, francés o sri lankés). ​La ubicación es excelente: Pudimos recorrerlo todo dando agradables paseos, desde The Grand Hotel hasta el Single Tree View, pasando por el lago Gregory. ​Lugar 100% recomendable para visitar la preciosa Nuwara Eliya. Sin lugar a dudas, nos habríamos quedado más días. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Un alojamiento fantástico. una casa con toque colonial, muy limpia y bonita. La habitación era enorme y el baño tb, todo muy nuevo, y la cama comodísima. Con un edredón calentito para la noche, q en Esa zona hace frío por la noche. El dueño del hotel está siempre pendiente de que todo esté bien. El desayuno fantástico y de calidad. Un 10....

Lo staff e il proprietario sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali, hanno coperto qualsiasi richiesta e bisogno in modo rapido ed efficiente. Durante un'escursione mi sono fatto una piccola ferita e lo staff è andato a comprarmi cotone e disinfettante senza chiedermi nulla!! (Grazie ancora). La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città e ha vicino molti servizi e ristoranti. La camera è ampia e confortevole. La colazione era ottima e c'erano molte opzioni tra cui scegliere. Non posso che consigliare di soggiornare qui!

Above and beyond service. We had a wonderful welcome from the staff who gave us tips for our visit and helped us to find ongoing transport. We had a fantastic curry dinner the night we stayed and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Thank you Queensland Hotel!

Il proprietario e tutto lo staff davvero gentili. Il proprietario ci ha anche accompagnato in macchina in un ristorante da lui consigliato, molto buono, e ci è anche venuto a riprendere. Colazione abbondante e buona.

The property has the best place and the staff was very very generous and kind, they provide us a good warm welcoming which we felt like it was like home , the rooms was clean and also the facilities, I would recommend this place for everyone who wants a good Location and Best price.

The shower didn’t have glass which made everywhere wet and they did not baby crib

We kregen een warm welkom met thee en cake, de kamers waren zeer ruim en schoon. Op loop afstand van wat restaurantjes, je kunt ook in het hotel eten. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Boek je ontbijt los bij het hotel, het is echt geweldig lekker met vers fruit, verse sappen, echt een aanrader.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le service est exceptionnel, ils sont vraiment aux petits soins et s’occupent de tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Ils se sont également occupés de nos repas du midi et nous ont même offert le petit déjeuner, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Le repas était d’ailleurs très bon ! La chambre est très grande, propre et confortable, avec une superbe vue. La literie est particulièrement confortable, ce qui fait vraiment plaisir après une journée de visites. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

L'hotel estava molt net, l'habitació era molt àmplia i estava tot molt net. La recepció va ser molt agradable i amable i l'esmorzar tot i ser per emportar va ser molt bo.

Van insistir força en ajudar-nos amb els bitllets per anar amb el tren, tot i explicar que ja teniem guia.

Alojamiento nuevo y decorado con gusto. No está cerca de centro, pero nada que no se solucione con un tuctuc. La atencion de personal inmejorable: se ofrecieron a llevarnos a pueblo y nos llevaron a visitar templo budista en montaña junto a hotel. Desayuno de 10: uno de los mejores de nuestro viaje

We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, making it the highlight of our month-long trip around Sri Lanka. The food was also the best we had during our travels. Everything ! The moment we reached the hotel, the staff made it super special for us. Welcome tea and fresh juice, room.upgrade and scrumptious dinner. Everything was spot on ! The Sri Lankan dinner was out of this world. Mr. Malinga and his team are the nicest people I have met in the hospitality industry. You must book this stay if in Nuwara Eliya. I am quite a critic but I have nothing to point out that did no go well. In the morning, Malinga also dropped us to a view point (his recommendation) and it was arguably the best part of out visit. The Sri Lankan breakfast after the morning walk was spot on. I can go on and on, am so grateful for the team. And I wish them a lot of business and luck in coming years. Mr. Malinga - keep up the good work 👏

I booked this property without knowing much about the location, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my Sri Lanka trip. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. Its location is perfect—close to the market while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional, and the host was incredibly warm, kind, and always willing to help. We especially loved the delicious home-cooked breakfast, which made our stay even more memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sri Lanka!

Heel behulpzaam personeel. Gaven goede service en goede tips om leuke uitstapjes te doen. Het ontbijt was elke dag iets anders en steeds zeer verzorgd en lekker! De locatie is heel goed om snel bij een uitstap of attractie te zijn.

Wifi was beschikbaar maar deze was helaas niet zo snel. Indien je een tourist simkaart hebt kan je hiermee wel deftig verder online blijven

Las sábanas estaban sucias, la almohada olía a usada... El dueño nos pregunto si teníamos tickets para el tren y nos dijo q nos podía ayudar a reservalos por 2000LKR (con asiento), para ir a la estación teníamos que ir con un amigo suyo (había comisión para todos), en la estación nos dimos cuenta de que no había nada reservado y compraron los tickets delante nuestra por 300LKR, fuimos a la policía y finalmente conseguimos que nos devolvieran el dinero.

Heerlijke ruime kamer met balkons en met fijne bedden en douche. Super vriendelijke hosts die echt hun best deden om er een fantastisch verblijf van te maken. Heerlijk ontbijt met omelet, fruit en extra’s voor de kinderen.

Het is best gehorig en de omgeving rond het hotel is niet zo gezellig.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, was wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen würden. Sehr komfortable Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mit das Beste, was wir je in Sri Lanka bekommen haben. Vielen Dank für alles.

We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer. De ligging is perfect en rustig. Het ontbijtpakket was superlekker. Ook het eten ter plaatse is een aanrader.

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam! Stonden bij aankomst ons op te wachten om onze koffers aan te nemen en werden ontvangen met een theetje en wat lekkers. Verder hele leuke tuktuk tour voor ons voor de dag geregeld. Lekker ontbijt en mooie ruime kamer!!

We stayed 2 nights and the service was amazing from our arrival welcome tea to the our departure. One of our family members was quite ill prior to arrival and the staff looked after him with great care while our other family members did sightseeing. The food was very good, early take a way breakfast supplied for a early excursion to the National Park. The hotel is spotless and our room with patio and wonderful view, was extremely spacious and very comfortable. We also had a sitting area outside our room with lovely comfortable sofas for our relaxation, we enjoyed this area very much. There are eating places and a supermarket very close by. All the staff were wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very warm welcome with a cup of cardamom tea and a large comfortable room. We decided to eat at the hotel that evening and it was amazing- tasty, freshly made curries and very generous servings in a wonderful setting. We really recommend eating at the hotel. Breakfast (Sri Lanka style) was equally delicious and generous

We had a very pleasant stay at Queensland Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The room and washroom were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The heater worked well, which made our stay comfortable in the cold weather. The bed was also comfortable and suitable for a good rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Roopan and the team gave us a warm welcome and treated us like family. Roopan was especially supportive, helping us arrange transportation, giving useful travel tips, and even assisting with preparing food for our baby, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent and very convenient, with Gregory Lake, Keells, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s all nearby. Overall, a clean and comfortable place with great hospitality and a very convenient location. Recommended for families and travelers visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Ons verblijf bij Queensland Hotel was geweldig! We werden heerlijk in de watten gelegd. Al direct bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen met lekkers. En 's avonds is er een overheerlijk diner speciaal voor ons gekookt! Dankjewel, we hebben genoten!

The hotel is in a great location for Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was good and one of the best I've had for the price in Sri Lanka. They gave me an upgrade when I arrived as they weren't fully booked which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was great, its definitely worth trying the Sri Lankan breakfast. The hotel offered to arrange a tuk tuk for me to get to Ambewela when this wasn't available they took me themselves, they had arranged this before I knew there was an issue. They really did go above my expectations.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was amazing with tea and biscuits on arrival, and the hosts provided everything that we needed. It was very clean and the rooms were really nice. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far - a lovely traditional Sri Lanka breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful view from the room. Very well behaved staffs, high quality rooms and amenities provided. Good English and local breakfast provided every alternative days with good presentation. We had dinner at their restaurant once, it was nicely cooked and presented.

Hotel is kind of downhill from the main road and that downhill road was steep. Hence walking to the main road to visit supermarket or to get foods is a bit challenging.

Piekny hotel, bardzo czysty, pokoj duzy, lozka wygodne, lazienka bardzo ladna. Na poczatku nie dzialala nam ciepla woda ale naprawili to w 5 minut, od razu po zgloszeniu. Dostalismy grzejnik bo w pokoju bylo zimno, ale koldry byly tak cieple ze wlasciwie nie byl potrzebny. Super sniadanie. Pan z obslugi bardzo zaangazowany, dawal nam mase wskazowek. Only stayed one night, but it was excellent! Spacious, comfortable rooms and quality facilities. The staff was wonderful and genuinely kind. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Alle im Hotel sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sowohl vom Personal, als auch vom Chef selbst tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Nuwara Eliya bekommen. Sogar eine Begleitung wurde angeboten. :) Zudem wurden wir recht königlich bekocht (außerordentlich lecker!). Das Personal hat auch für frische Blumen und Kerzenlicht gesorgt. :D Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, mit einem Balkon. Alles war da (Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee., etc.) Die Dusche war herrlich. Die Aufzählung klingt steif. Also kurz: wir haben uns im Zimmer und großem bequemen Bett wunderbar gefühlt und waren vom Hotel Team verwöhnt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel vom Herzen!

Das verregnete Wetter, das uns zurück nach Süden vetrieben hat. Ansonsten hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet mit sehr bequem Betten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir würde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Das Personal war teilweise etwas aufdringlich, Dinge wurden oft mehrfach gefragt obwohl man schon nein gesagt hatte.

Great location, the property was very beautiful and clean. Words cannot express the amazing experience we had. Rooms are decent size with great views and the bigggg well maintained bathrooms. The host was an amazing person, super nice and helpful, The food was yummy. In short if you are reading this, just book this stay and you will love it.
