Apartment Naavis

Self check-in dle instrukcí naprosto ideální, ubytování prostorné a plně vybavené, absolutně tichá lokalita

Některé vybavení, zejména kuchyně, je již značně opotřebované, ale zatím pořád funkční.

Hintalaatu suhde ok. Noin 10 rappusta portaita asuntoon. Pimennys verhot ovat hyvät olohuoneessa, keittiössä, makuuhuoneeseensa. Hyvä asunto lapsiperheelle. Rauhallinen sijainti. 2 aikuista ja 2 pikkulasta majoittui hyvin.

Oikea kahvinkeitin puuttuu. Juotiin pikakahvia.

Majoitus oli hyvä. Wc:n peilikaappi oli varustettu todella runsaasti👍 Ilmainen pysäköinti plussaa!

Kaipasimme kunnon kahvinkeitintä.

rauhallinen

sotkuinen

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotnisko, maly sklep spozywczy, 30 min pieszo do santa park sciezka przez las. Kuchnia dobrze wyposazona.

Apartment ladny, fajnie by bylo zeby kuchnia i łazienka mialy podobny styl. Twardy materac w sypialni.

Apartments is very good clean. I We like the facilities.

Everything is perfect

Well equipped, close to public transport, compact but fine do a short stay

Appartamento ben arredato molto pulito e molto caldo.

Very convenient to visit Santa Park or Santa Claus Village. Christmas tree in the apartment was wonderful. And created a beautiful atmosphere.Very warm apartment. Chocolate was a lovely touch and grateful that the sofa beds were made up before we arrived. Nice and clean apartment and lots of towels and well stocked. Perfect for a few days away

The door was difficult to open. Kitchen very compact and the drawers were difficult to open and close, probably from wear and tear. Very compact for 6 people but fine if you only sleep there. Fine for us as we are a family of 6

Great location nice quiet area, walkable distance to Santas village and short bus ride to the city centre!

Nice place to crash near the airport.

You hear everything from the neighbors and unfortunately they cooked fish and it smell like hell even on the morning after.

Einfach alles!

Very quiet place outside of town, close to Santa Claus village. Good darkening curtains.

Quiet neighbourhood, cozy and clean apartament. Everything was great. Great curtains. The light couldn't get through so we had a great "night" sleep.

The check-in and check-out using the lockbox was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom/shower/bathroom were good size.

It would help to have detergent for the washing machine.

Flexible host, quite spacious space, and responsive host

the sofa bed sank / the surface wasn't even but overall still okay

good position for excurtion

This property was clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. The host was great with communication and the property was easy to find. I like that there was a parking space for us.

I'm being picky, but the fridge is a little noisy so my son didn't sleep so great in the spare bed.

Great location. Walking distance to Santa Park. Small supermarket near by. Very quiet area.

Heating . Not adjustable.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment, very close to the Rovaniemi airport! Extremely gracious hosts, they sent us all the details in advance and made sure we had a comfortable stay ! Would highly recommend this place !

Nothing to mention here, I liked everything about this property

Nice property. Good location

To hot, no control for heating inside the property. Windows in main area screwed up, no escape in case of fire, only in main bedroom. Drip up hazard going into bathroom. Having to clean apartment before we left it (ie hovering apartment, take out any black bags to outside bins before we left apartment). We paid a lot of money for this apartment I don’t think anyone renting it should have to fully clean it before they leave it.

Very clean and tidy .

The apartment was cosy, big, well equiped and the hosts let some easter eggs from other travelers. They had this scrapbook that other had written telling us about the stay. The cloth washing machine was a plus, and helped us cleanning our clothes that had been wet because of the snow. Also, when needed, the support was good.

It's not the best location, since the apartment is exaclty between santa claus village and city center, but the prices paid off. And they are very close to a bus stop that takes you to any of theese locations very easily. Be aware of the buses times, becasue they end a bit early (around 6pm) If you rent a car, these problems are solved!

I like the that it was nearby a local grocery store! And also not that far from the city centre. Apartment was very homely and spacious as well

Nothing much it was perfect

Not really many Things. Except the near to the airport.

It's declared as a non-smoking Apartment, but the smell of smoke inside was absolute disgusting. Also the cutlery we have first to clean because it was oily and dirty. So it wasn't nice to stay there. Never had something horrible like that.

Really nice location, modern apartment, calm area, well equiped kitchen and very comfy bed.

I do not think the guests should do the maun cleaning. Also drawers in the kitchen would aprwciate a small repairs.

Cozy, comfortable and peaceful location

No smoking area, air exchange wasn’t so good

Best place to stay at Rovaniemi.

Very neat and clean.there was everything which is needed.

Nice clean apartment, very nice stay, you have everything you need. The property even has a sleigh for kids.

nothing

The accommodation was clean and spacious, the kitchen had added extras like salt, pepper, sugar all the little bits you don't really want to buy. Even sandwich bags for lunches! The bus stop is 2 minute walk away for the number 8 bus. The supermarket is also a 2 minute walk with lots of variety of food. The accommodation had netflix which my son loved and two sledges which was amazing for our two children to use on our stay. The apartment was lovely warm and cosy and the balcony was great to spot he northern lights.

Wish I got the key code in a message before calling the owners for it, however I called they answered straight away and gave me the code and all went smoothly really quickly.

Everything was perfect

Clear instructions, spotlessly clean apartment with everything that we needed for an overnight stay. Only a short distance from Rovaniemi centre and parking right outside.

It was easy and property was clean and amazing. Very highly recommended

Nice and modern

Very warm

Good location. Short walk to Santa's village. Wi-Fi

Small kitchen, not enough space where you can leave your groceries No wardrobe for clothes. We had to keep everything in our suitcases. Cleaning instructions. We understand, don't leave mess but the main cleaning should be done by the owner, not by guests. Nearly empty bottles of hand-wash gel and washing up liquid.

Very clean, comfortable and warm feeling.

Location was perfect!. Super comfy

Very nice and spacious quiet and nice short walk to market to grab something. Well worth the stay for the price

The bus station to Santa Claus Village is right on the street, the house is quiet and clean.

Nice and very cozy apartment close to Santa village. There were everything we needed for our stay and even a little bit more. Very comfortable beds, big bathroom. I just simply loved our 1-night stay, would definitely recommend this apartment for everyone.

Be aware of the door threshold when coming in to the bathroom. Quite painful when you forget…

Location for us was perfect, away from the city noise but still only 10 min away by taxi from the center. Clean and nicely decorated. All table wear and cooking pots are available

No information on local shops and/ or food delivery services , the place is a bit remote (no restaurants within walking) and if you arrive late and don’t have any food you need to research where to go and what to do… One thin / cheap-ish quality toilet roll was left, it doesn’t cost much to provide decent toilet paper … We left 4 rolls after we left.. We didn’t understand the need for a very detailed cleaning instructions, hoover all floors, take linens off, wipe all surfaces etc..?! Yes, you need to leave apartment clean- ish but proper cleaning should be included in the price

Everything about the apartment was good. Bedroom, living space, bathroom all excellent. The kitchen is small but it had everything I needed - and it’s not as if I was hosting dinner parties.

Some travellers might want Wi-Fi (was there wifi?) and to be closer the centre of Rovaniemi, but I was happy with the 6km distance (I had a bicycle). If you have a car or bike, it’s great value. If you’re a back packer, there’ll be a bus that will get you closer to it. Campgrounds can cost 25 euro a night (rip-off) so having the apartment for 150 euro for a week was fantastic.
