Reviewed Mar 5, 2026الطاقم متعاون وكنت حاجز ليلتين وغيرت الى ليله وبعد الاطلاع على الغرفه لم تكن حسب المتوقع فقام الاخ نعيم مشكورا باعطائي جناح اكبر وبنفس السعر والتغيير من ليلتين الى ليله بدون رسوم سهولة وصول الاوبر الى المكان
المكان لايوجد عليه علامه او اسم المنطقه بعيده بالنسبه لي عن الحرم لايوجد خدمة التوصيل الى الحرم

الوصول إلى الموقع سيئ حيث لا يوجد لوحة تشير على اسم المكان مما اضعت كثيرا من الوقت للاستدلال عليه وعند دخولي المكان لم يكن يوجد احد أيضا اضعت كثيرا من الوقت بالانتظار والبحث عن احد حيث انتابني شعور بأنني مخطئ بالعنوان ورقم الهاتف لا يعمل حتى راسلت البوكينك وجاء أحدهم اخيرا.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026The staff were amazing, Yassin and the other guy were so friendly. They were always there to help and to provide. Huge thanks to them. The apartment was great, clean, no complaints. We (a couple) arrived at midnight, and they were waiting for us to check-in, that was a life saver. We needed to change some stuff at the apartment , they helped us quickly.
Mmm I would say the location, it's about 25min walk from Masjid Nabawi , if you are someone who is not used to walking, taking a taxi would be a better option, for 10-15 rial. Another slight issue , maybe the noise of the AC could be a problem for people who have light sleep. Other than that, it was great

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The staff in charge of the property are very responsible people, they were always there when I needed them. My especial thanks to Nain who help me to find my cell when I left it in another city. The location is very quiet allowing me to sleep well. Distances in the city are very big, but still you can walk to the Haram and Quba Mosque. There are a nice Pakistani restaurant and grocery stores close by.
The air conditioning unit is located direct to your face and together with its light fixture make disturb you. Uncomfortable kitchen area for the ones who has the intention to cook a meal with not kitchen utensils.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Really good size and in a quiet area. In the middle between Masjid Nabawi and Masjid Quba. Approx 12-15min walk to Masjid Nabawi or a 5 min Uber ride which is really cheap approx. 10-12 SAR.
The AC condenser was on the wall next to the bed in my room (203) and when it came it on, the sound was quite loud. Didn't bother me too much as I was very tired each time I went to bed but worth considering for light sleepers to take ear plugs.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Alles war sehr schön, die Lage ist nicht so weit von Prophetenmoschee entfernt ungefähr Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Taxi dauert es nur 4 bis 5 Minuten, kostet auch etwa 10 bis 15 Saudi Riyal, man soll nicht viel handeln.

L’emplacement un pas très proche de la mosquée du prophète, 5min en taxi mais 20 min à pieds.

Was a bit difficult to find initially… but once we got our bearings it was fine. A couple of minor things I would change… nothing major…

The location specified on the property is not very clear, Would appreciate it if an exact map location would be provided. As a non Arabic speaker I could not find the hotel, fortunately my cab driver spoke to the owner who then explained the location to him and sent the maps location.

حمام احد الغرف السخان فيه تسريب لا يوجد صابون ولا شامبو ولا أدوات النظافة بالحمام منذ اليوم الاول و وعدونا بتوفيرها و لم يتم توفيرها بحجة ان الطلبية تاخرت في توصيلها مع انه كان بكل بساطة شرائها ما اي بقالة او سوبر ماركت نظافة المفارش و المخدات مقبولة فقط

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Yasin Arafat was brilliant though out my stay, he help me and guided everything whenever I’m struggling to find things and he was in one word for me simply brilliant. And I’m sorry forgot manager name but he was so helpful as well and help me to find taxi and he was friendly and helpful.
This is not my type of apartment I was looking for to stay with my family. I chose this because of I had 4 years boy and wanted to cook for him as he needs different diet but the facility of kitchen was extremely limited or not available. I would request owner please review your property and put at least minimum standards of utensils available . Probably you would give if I asked but in a 21st century you don’t aspect people to ask or request the simple thing they need , should be available on the spot, even no toilet tissues were available, I hope you will seriously think what I meant. It is not complaining but I could have more enjoyed if this was completely matched description on the website. Anyway good luck
