L'ostello è bello, fantastica la piscina. La camera era grande, con il balcone. Il letto molto spazioso e comodo.

Non c'era mai la carta igienica in bagno, e il cestino non veniva mai svuotato. Alle 13 viene disattivata l'aria condizionata, prelevano il telecomando dalla stanza dicendo che lo riporteranno alle 19, ma puntualmente bisogna andare in reception a prenderlo. Quando sono arrivata volevo pagare con una banconota grande, e mi hanno detto che non avevano il resto, il giorno dopo torno con una banconota più piccola e mi dicono che non hanno il resto di nuovo (passi per la prima volta, ma la seconda volta si trattava di 3 USD di resto....), il tutto appendendo una fotocopia del mio passaporto in reception come se fossi una ricercata...non è stato molto carino. In generale, non si vede mai il personale in giro per la struttura.

Per il prezzo pagato non penso si possa chiedere di meglio. Ottima location, letto in dormitorio grande e pulito, armadietti grandi in cui mettere i propri bagagli. Piscina disponibile che con il caldo che fa non guasta, area comune spaziosa e carina. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Al momento del mio soggiorno non c’era il servizio ristorazione quindi per mangiare (colazione compresa) bisognava per forza uscire.

The Pool is really nice, the employee are really kind and helpful.

4-bed dorm had a super comfortable queen size bed! AC worked great, good hot water shower. Strong and reliable Wifi. Huge locker. Perfect sound insulation - there'd be music at the bar but in the dorm you couldn't hear anything. Nice bar and pool area, very social vibe in the evenings. Most people were late 20s or 30s. I was able to leave my bycicle in the entryway, it was safe. Overall I would stay again, especially for the super comfy bed.

Only negative: drinking water. You had to ask the bartender to refill your bottle. Plus they ran out two times in my 3 night stay. Rather frustrating, as I was bycicling about 20 miles a day and needed a lot of water. Should be an easy fix.

彼らは予約の概念を理解してないと思いました。私が最初に予約したのは8人部屋だったけど案内されたのは10人部屋でした。なぜ8人部屋じゃないのか聞くと既に違う女性に渡したと言われました。夕方にチェックインしましたが既に違う人に私が予約したベッドを渡していました。途上国ではよくあるのですがおそらくここは先着順なのでしょう。遅い時間にチェックインする人は避けたほうが良いかもしれません。 エアコンがあるのですが昼間は使えないです。スタッフがリモコンを回収してしまいます。なので日中にベッドでリラックスする事はできません。 ベッドが通路に対して垂直にあるので空気が循環しにくいです。そのためエアコンをオンにしても涼しくなるのに時間がかかります。カーテンを使用すればよけいに涼しくなるのに時間はかかります。暑さに耐えれずファンをオンにするとファンの風圧にエアコンの風圧が負けて涼しい空気が押し戻されます。エアコンの真下だけ涼しくなります。冷戦に考えればその事に気付くはずなのですが賢くない人がいると部屋は灼熱地獄になります。なので10人部屋とかは運の要素が大きいと思います。 私が思うに24時間エアコンを使えるようにした方が良いと思います。電気代が気になるなら1ドル位値上げすれば良いと思います。その上で問題を引き起こすファンを取り外すべきでしょう。元々が安いのでそれでも客は来ると思います。それに日中滞在できる方が滞在日数も延びると思いますよ。私はプノンペンを観光してからここに来てベトナムに行く予定でした。しかしここは日中リラックスできないので一度プノンペンに戻って数日休んでからベトナムに行きました。日中リラックスできたなら当然プノンペンに戻らずここの滞在をさらに延ばしていたと思います。

Ótima localização, camas confortáveis e boas áreas comuns pra trabalho e socialização.

Chambre très sympa avec un lit spacieux ! personnel très gentil et un extérieur superbe avec une belle piscine pour se rafraîchir durant les fortes chaleur ! L’emplacement était très bien également très central donc possibilité de tout faire à pieds.

Tout était absolument parfait ! Le personnel au top, Joseph le patron est super cool, les chambres sont propres, la piscine est parfaite, mon seul problème c’est de ne pas avoir pris plus de jours dans cet hôtel tant c’était génial !

Aucun défaut, tout était superbe

Хорошее местоположение, чистый и ухоженный хостел, очень большие спальные места. Мы бронировали кровати в 4х местном номере, каждое спальное место - это полноценный двуспальный матрас.

С 13:00 до 19:00 в номерах не работает кондиционер. Администрация забирает пульты и после 19:00 отдает их обратно (с чем это связано неизвестно) . Так что в это время находиться в комнате невозможно, очень жарко и душно даже с открытым окном .

Très bon emplacement a proximite de Pub street/nigth market/central market, clim dans les dortoirs, espace piscine agréable, personnel très gentil et a l’écoute.

J’ai réservé un ticket en mini-bus de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh par le biais de l’hostel. Le tarif était plus élevé que Larryta Express pour une qualité de service assez médiocre.

The girl dorm is a big room, comfortable, well equiped, the beds allow to have privacy. Very nice staff, cheap beers, great swimming pool and good location !

Nada en particular me disgustó!

Sono stata più di 10 giorni qui, quindi ormai, sono una residente! ;) Ottimo ostello, le stanze sono da pochi letti e per di più, sono letti matrimoniali nei bed bunk. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno con doccia e toilette divise. AC presente ma utilizzabile solo dopo un certo orario per non sprecare energia. Piscina bellissima, ottima zona comune e bar presente all'interno della struttura per fare colazione, merenda, o mangiare qualcosina. La struttura offre inoltre supporto per tour, attività, rental di scooter, bici e tanto altro. Posizione perfetta, davvero vicino al centro :)

It's like spending a few days in your own home. You're by the pool and you don't see windows like in hotels. You see the entrance to the house, the balconies, the poolside bar right in front of you, and at night the pool with the lights. I went for six days and ended up staying 15 just to enjoy the place. The owners live there, so you see them enjoying themselves all day long, just like we did.

fantastic I travel the world this is Def in my top 3 hostels I have ever stayed in ,the staff the owners ,the facility's the pool was awesome truly loved this place ,I was in a 4 dirm ,the beds was the largest I have ever slept in anywhere in the world .

Reserve una habitación compartida de 4 camas, la habitación amplia, cama grande. Con varios enchufes, baño con buena distribución. Excelente.

La cama en la parte de abajo que me tocó , estaban todas las paredes sucias como de sangre( espero que fueran de bichos) con mosquitos muertos . Pero bueno lo de los bichos es entendible por el sitio donde estás . Solo hay un baño y dos duchas para 10 personas Está situado como en un callejón. Relación calidad precio bien! Tampoco se puede pedir mucho más por el precio que tiene.

Le laisser aller. La porte de la douche a eu un problème et 2 jours après, ce n’était pas réglé. Quelqu'un s’y est mis, s’est interrompu, à laissé ses outils et n’est pas revenu. Les hôtes sont sympa mais plus intéressé à faire la fête qu'autre chose.

La beauté de l'hôtel dès l'entrée 😍 Et la piscine sur le toit est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur le palais Royal et le musée national 😍 Le personnel est adorable. L'emplacement est parfait à quelques minutes à pied de Riverside 👍 j'ai trouvé ça grand luxe malgré le prix

Bon emplacement au calme. Très appréciable d’avoir la piscine à disposition.

Les douches sont sales : canalisations bouchées donc eau qui stagne, résidus de saleté importants, amas de cheveux dans les douches, pas d’eau chaude. Manque de propreté au niveau des lits également.

Quasiment tout !! L'emplacement, la propriété des lieux, la piscine et ses transats, la disponibilité de chacun, le confort du lit, les sanitaires... J'avais réservé en dortoir de 6 (femmes) et j'ai eu un dortoir de 4 (seule 3 nuits sur 4) et c'était des lits doubles !! Pour le même prix donc trop contente !!

Petit déjeuner vraiment très standard donc un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé... Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre, me ruinant deux nuitées malgré un massacre avant de dormir ! Murs très sales des deux côtés de mon lit... Traces de coulures, insectes écrasés et autres traces non identifiées. Ça dénote avec l'extrême propreté du reste de la guesthouse Télécommande de la clim prises de 13h a 19h pour un souci écologique je pense. Porte de chambre jamais refermée après leur passage !

The double beds in the dorms are massive and private, shower was hot and the pool of large and refreshing in the heat.

The air-conditioning is turned off between 1pm-7pm and is not super strong but definitely good enough. You just might eant to keep your curtains open to ensure the cool air gets into your cubicle. The curtains for the bed feel down twice for me but the cleaning lady helped me reattach them. The bathroom light was a little low light but otherwise everything was great

The staff and other guests were very welcoming. I felt like part of the family. The swimming pool is fantastic and I used it for daily exercise and socializing with other travellers. The location is close to bars, restaurants, ATM, grocery stores and I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Terrible experience. On the day of checkout, I checked my emergency cash that I kept in a locked locker in a dorm and discovered that it was stolen. When I informed the owner, his reaction was disappointing. While he did call the police for me, he was rude and did not offer any apology or show much concern. Instead, he made me feel as though I was causing an inconvenience by reporting the issue. I understand that theft can happen anywhere, but the lack of empathy and professionalism in handling the situation was very disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hostel also didn’t feel very comfortable. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room.

gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otelin temizliği mükemmeldi; odalar ve ortak alanlar her zaman çok düzenli ve hijyenikti. Özellikle havuzu harikaydı, oldukça temiz ve keyifli vakit geçirmek için ideal bir ortam sunuyordu. Çalışan personel son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları kendimizi çok rahat hissetmemizi sağladı. İşletmeciler de gerçekten çok nazik ve misafirperver insanlar. The location was great, the bed was clean, and the room was well equipped and practical. The pool was nice as well. However, there were only four sunbeds available, which was not enough for all guests. Also, the air conditioning was turned off even though it was 36 degrees outside, and we were sweating in bed.

The vibes of the western staff seemed a bit off and played a lot of psytrance at the pool bar? The locals who worked there were always so kind and welcoming though!

The pool was nice, the hostel was not busy, which I liked. The staff was extemely polite. I also met the best receptionist ever - Danny - super cool girl that really helped me get around Siem Reap. I also liked the room, very spacious and the bed was comfy.

Struttura pessima, molto sporca e disorganizzata, con uno staff che tratta i clienti come bestie! Un rotolo di carta igienica per 8 persone per 4 giorni, cambiato con uno nuovo il quinto giorno; Internet è un disastro in qualsiasi zona; dicono di non portare droghe nelle camere con tanto di cartelli e poi lo staff è praticamente ubriaco tutte le sere, usando anche erba (della quale si sente l’odore ad ogni ora in tutta la struttura); le pulizie fatte una sola volta in 5 giorni, la tazza è da vomito e non parliamo della doccia, con le camere piene di zanzare; nonostante al momento della prenotazione nelle condizioni ci sia l’aria condizionata inclusa, lo staff con tanto di arroganza toglie il telecomando già dalle 10/11 del mattino e lo rimette alle 19 la sera, quindi se avete intenzione di riposare il pomeriggio scordatevelo! Ti costringono a scendere nella zona piscina per consumare al bar, furbi…ovviamente mi sono lamentato e dicono che tolgono il telecomando dalle 13 alle 19, come scritto nel cartello in reception! Peccato che se nelle condizioni prenoto con l’aria condizionata, questa deve essere presente tutto il giorno, anche perchè all’esterno il caldo è tanto e dentro le camere l’aria è totalmente assente, facendo sì che anche altre persone nella camera si sono lamentate; al mio arrivo alla reception nessun asciugamano fornito e visto che dovevo fare una doccia ho dovuto chiederlo, inizialmente mi hanno persino risposto di richiederlo il giorno dopo, ma ero zuppo di sudore da due giorni di voli partendo dalla Corea; la vista piscina non esiste, dovete scendere se volete vederla; infine i letti sono sporchi, ho trovato peli e capelli ovunque sul mio lenzuolo. Una struttura assolutamente da evitare, con lo staff che è la cosa peggiore che si possa trovare, poi se siete degli ubriaconi è sicuramente il posto giusto. Andare ad Angkor Wat la mattina all’alba e poi tornare non potendo dormire, morendo di caldo è una tortura!

La.struttura è molto bella e accogliente, le.stanze grandi e gli spazi comuni ben organizzati.

Es war günstig und zentral gelegen. Der Besitzer ist nett.

Ich hatte ein unteres Bett Wochen davor angefragt. Bekam keine Antwort darauf und leider auch ein Bett oben. Die oberen Betten haben keinerlei Schutz, kann gefährlich werden wenn man sich viel bewegt. Ich war drei Tage hier und hatte das Hostel wegen des Pools gebucht, allerdings ist der komplett in der Sonne und es sind nur vier Liegen da, die ab frühs schon belegt sind. Ansonsten gibt es keine chill Möglichkeiten. In den Zimmern kann man sich auch nicht aufhalten da die Klimaanlage nur Nachts läuft und das auch kam bemerkbar. Es ist unfassbar heiß. Dir Moskitos kommen in die Zimmer rein. Abends ist die Musik am Pool/Bar recht laut und nicht jedermanns Geschmack.

I arrived at the last summer hostel at exactly the 3 month mark since I left home to begin my travels. I had been travelling for 3 days to get to Siem Reap and I was exhausted and beginning to feel the weight of solo travel, missing familiarity and community. I dont know what cosmic force has me book this hostel but I found a small slice of home here. The owner Joe and all the staff were so welcoming, I watched as joe took time to get to know his guests and make them all feel at home. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in 3 months. The location was perfect- walking distance from the hustle and bustle but also tucked away on a side street protected from any noise- and only a 20min drive to the temples. The pool was phenomenal- always clean and the perfect sun trap for sun bathing with loungers and shaded areas for breaks from the sun if needed. I will definitely be returning to the last summer hostel it feels like it's found a home there.

There isnt anything I didnt like

The staff was amazing, the owner went above and beyond for my comfort, let me check out late and helped with the luggage. We had great conversations with the other guys as well over beer. The pool is clean and massive, the vibes are chilled and laid back, I will defo return. :)

Расслабленная домашняя атмосфера. Вилла прекрасно спроектирована для приёма постояльцев. Нет ограничений по времени на чек-аут: мой рейс перенесли более чем на 3 часа, так что я была рада ожидать в отеле, а не в аэропорту. Бассейн - это бомба!

Время заняться мелким бытовым ремонтом: ручка в душевой не работает, двери и потолочный вентилятор скрипит, антимоскитная сетка порвалась и т.д. Негде сушить одежду: постояльцы сушат полотенца на стульях у бассейна. Это странно...

1. Great location in the middle of town, close to stores and restaurants, but away from noise. 2. Newish and well maintained premises, quite clean. Pool area and common area is very big to hangout. I saw many people working as well, so if you're a digital nomad, this place has good common area to do your work. 3. Staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Jo, the owner is always joking around and eager to help. As I was alone and wasn't looking forward to organized tours, he arranged for a private tuk-tuk tour for me at very affordable price. Moreover, for 2nd day, for the big tour, he found another hostel guest to share with me which reduced the cost (and allowed us to explore even further away temples) 4. 4-bed dorms are available which are quite spacious 5. AC is available 24*7 with no downtime, so one can relax in a cool atmosphere whenever needed 6. Towel is provided

Not exactly the hostel's fault but one of the guests in the dorm used to socialize/drink till very late outside in the common are and came in later in the middle of the night every night and made a lot of noise, waking me up. 2. The bathroom and toilet being inside the dorm room, even though being convenient, provided another way to create noise in the middle of the night when other guests used them in the middle of the night. So it has both pros and cons.

Great location. Offered tons of tours and tuk tuks to the temple (if you get a tuk tuk, request Tom to be your driver, he was amazing!) Comfortable rooms.

Some basic things didn’t work (ie. Half of the lights in bathroom didn’t work, door of one shower didn’t close, one shower was really clogged so the water would sit there for a while before slowly draining.)

The dorms have double beds which are really comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. Staff was super friendly and generally there was a great vibe!

水回りがちょっと汚い。例えばバスルームは2つのうち1つが排水溝が詰まったまま。もう1つとトイレは電気が切れてる。あとロッカーが壊れていて使えなかった。フロントの女性は無愛想。

Room smelled like a plantage of weed. Mosquito everywhere , never seen so many as in other places i stayed in Siem reap.
