las habitaciones no eran independientes y hacía mucho calor, no había climatización, solo un ventilador que hacía mucho ruido. Abrir las ventanas no era opción porque al estar en una calle muy principal había mucho ruido

Algemene entree bewoond door dakloze. Slaapzak, etensresten en sterke urine geur. Niet wenselijk. Appartement wel goed schoon. Wat sfeerverlichting is fijner, dan led licht. Maar is persoonlijk. Voor ons voldoende voor 1 nacht. Zoals gezegd locatie is top, midden in het centrum.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Un piso muy limpio, a 15 minutos del centro. A 3 minutos del metro. Tiene candado en la puerta para recoger la llave. Trato agradable de la dueña para coordinar la entrega de llaves. Había de todo lo necesario de limpieza. Tiene ascensor. Un supermercado grande enfrente del piso. A 10 minutos andando de Bruselas Noord. Tenía un aparato para refrigerar el aire. He quedado muy contento.
Las almohadas eran muy malas. No encontré las sábanas del sofá cama. Debajo del sofá cama había colchas para taparse, pero no vi sábanas. Se agradecería que si van 4 personas dejen el sofá cama preparado para los huéspedes.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The bathroom was very modern and the whole place was clean. Elena met us there early and let us drop bags off before check in due to our early train arrival which was brilliant.
The area did not always feel the safest. Traffic outside and other people in the building were not the quietest.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Elena ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung gut. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr war prima. Wir würden immer wieder bei Elena buchen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür und ist in einer Nische zwischen Bad und Wohnküche. War für uns kein Problem, aber wenn man mit jemandem, der schnarcht, auf Reisen ist, vielleicht relevant. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist etwas knifflig mit einem großen Auto, aber wir haben es geschafft.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Jardin Botanique! Alles was perfect geregeld en we voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. De locatie is ideaal: op loopafstand van het centrum en dichtbij alle prachtige historische gebouwen en bezienswaardigheden van Brussel. De host is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en staat altijd klaar om te helpen of vragen te beantwoorden. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. De keuken was brandschoon en van alle benodigde apparatuur voorzien. Ook de badkamer was zeer schoon en netjes. Het bed sliep heerlijk en ook de slaapbank was verrassend comfortabel. Wij raden deze accommodatie zeker aan en komen graag nog eens terug! 🇪🇬 لقد استمتعنا بإقامة رائعة جدًا في Jardin Botanique. كل شيء كان منظمًا بشكل مثالي، وشعرنا بالترحيب منذ اللحظة الأولى. الموقع ممتاز جدًا، فهو يبعد مسافة قصيرة سيرًا على الأقدام عن وسط المدينة، وقريب من جميع المباني التاريخية والمعالم الجميلة في بروكسل. صاحب مكان الإقامة ودود للغاية، ومتعاون دائمًا، ومستعد للإجابة على أي سؤال أو تقديم المساعدة في أي وقت، مما جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة. المطبخ كان نظيفًا جدًا ومجهزًا بجميع الأجهزة التي قد تحتاجها، وكذلك الحمام كان نظيفًا ومرتبًا للغاية. السرير كان مريحًا جدًا، وحتى سرير الأريكة (Slaapbank) كان مريحًا بشكل يفوق التوقعات. أنصح بهذا المكان بكل تأكيد، وسنعود إليه مرة أخرى بكل سرور

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Výborná poloha ubytovania kúsok od stanice metra Rogier a nákupného centra City 2, v pešej dostupnosti historického centra do 10 minút. Priestranný apartmán s dobre vybavenou kuchynkou, s výhľadom na bulvár Jardin Botanique a moderné administratívne budovy. Bonusom bola parkovacia garáž v cene ubytovania pod budovou. Milá majiteľka, dobrý pomer ceny a kvality ubytovania.
V apartmáne v susedstve prebiehala rekonštrukcia, čo malo vplyv na hluk v priebehu dňa, čistotu na chodbách, vo výťahu, ale i v garáži. V apartmáne by som uvítal konferenčný stolík pred sedačkou. V spáľňovej časti nefungovali svietidlá pri posteliach, v obývacej časti nebolo k dispozícii intímne svietidlo, iba veľký stropný luster.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Καλή τοποθεσία. Σουπερ μάρκετ απέναντι, κοντά σε Μετρό, σταθμός τρένου, καφέ, εστιατόρια, flixbus, κεντρικό πεζόδρομο. Καθαρό. Μας υποδέχτηκε η ιδιοκτήτρια να μας δώσει τα κλειδιά και να μας δείξει το διαμέρισμα.
Χωρίς κλιματισμό, αλλά με ανεμιστήρες. Ο δρόμος είχε φασαρία. Κάθε 5 λεπτά άκουγες σειρήνες κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Τη νύχτα ήταν ήσυχα. Ήταν μέρες καύσωνα όταν μείναμε στο κατάλυμα. Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε ένα μπουκάλι με νερό στο ψυγείο. Θα το εκτιμούσαμε.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026El apartamento esta cerca la estacion norte y a un paseo de la zona turistica. Hay supermercados cerca, enfrente hay uno llamado proxy que tiene de todo para una cena o almuerzo. Aunque hay mucho trafico no nos ha molestado porque podiamos dormir con la ventana cerrada. Elena muy amable nos estaba esperando. Es genial para pasar unos dias.
Lo unico malo es el sofa incomodisimo y que el baño es bastante viejo, pero muy contentos con la experiencia.

Se agradece mucho tener parking gratuito en el mismo edificio con la comodidad de llegar y no tener que buscar aparcamiento Calidad/ precio estupenda.Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de Elena. A pesar de que llegamos media hora después de las 12 de la noche ( la llegada del avion era tarde y el aeropuerto a 1 hora del apartamento) nos atendió muy amablemente🥰 Cuando contactábamos con ella por WhatsApp para alguna duda nos contestaba rápido. Fuimos para el puente de Diciembre a los mercados navideños 🌲✨

The apartment is on a main boulevard, pretty noisy during the day, but got quieter at night. It does have great people watching out the windows.

Por estar en una vía principal, hay bastante ruido en la calle, y dependiendo de la época, debes elegir entre cerrar la ventana y pasar calor o escuchar los ruidos
