Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Perfekt für eine Übernachtung in Brüssel! Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – stadtnah und direkt am Bahnhof. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das großartige Personal: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Alle haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, obwohl es durch die derzeitigen Umbauarbeiten im Hotel nicht ganz einfach ist. Ich habe mich trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

La stanza non veniva pulita. Abbiamo richiesto la pulizia della stanza con il cambio delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani ma non è stato fatto. In pratica abbiamo dovuto utilizzare sempre gli stessi asciugamani.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El hotel estaba en remodelaciones pero eso no impidió que nuestra estadía fuera muy buena. Nos recibieron muy amablemente en recepción, había agua y café de cortesía, la habitación estaba en perfecto estado (remodelada, moderna y limpia) y el desayuno, que por cierto era espectacular, lo teníamos en el hotel de la vuelta de la esquina, a pocos pasos. - Está ubicado a solo unas cuadras de la estación norte de Bruselas, lo cual hizo que sea muy sencillo llegar. Además, está a distancia caminable del centro, a pocos metros de una avenida principal y una calle peatonal con negocios. - No nos resultó una zona insegura como leíamos en algunos comentarios. - Lo recomendamos para parejas o personas que viajan solas.
Lo único que hubiera mejorado es el ascensor. Era muy lento y, al ser pequeño, si estaba en uso debíamos esperar el siguiente o bajar por las escaleras.

The room was ready for check in upon arrival, we didn’t have to wait at all! Got a room with wonderful view over Place Rogier!

The room is very small, bathroom very small. Found a lot of tiny flies inside the room that is very uncomfortable. The TV was not working, I complained at the reception but nothing was done. The room has only 1 window & no access to fresh air, the bathroom has no window & the air vent/ fan not working.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La ubicación está muy bien situado con respecto al centro y los sitios de interés por visitar, se puede hacer andando, fue muy conveniente. El personal bastante atento y amable. Tenían café gratis a lo largo de todo el día.
La habitación nos ha parecido muy pequeña para dos personas, quizá como individual está bien, incluía el baño el cual punto positivo pero el tamaño era también bastante reducido e incómodo :( Solicitamos servicio a la habitación para la limpieza en una ocasión a lo largo de toda la estancia con el fin de que nos cambien las toallas pero quedaron en el suelo y las sábanas seguían siendo las mismas, tomando en cuenta que no se alojamos cuatro noches y solo pedimos un día de limpieza ya que nos parece bien el ahorro y tomar conciencia sobre estos aspectos.. queremos pensar que fue un error y no suelen dejar las toallas en el suelo después de una limpieza Cada mañana overbooking del ascensor, tuvimos que subir y bajar por las escaleras, promovieron que hagamos ejercicio por la mañana jaja

Mi única recomendación es considerar a personas que van con carrito de bebé o que requieran asistencia, pues no tiene rampa de acceso. Por todo lo demás, fue una muy buena estancia.

Una lámpara de la habitación no funcionaba. No había mesilla de noche en un lado de la cama (donde está la escalera para la litera). Sería bueno poner algo para por lo menos poder dejar unas gafas, un libro o el móvil y tener que poner todo en el suelo.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Comodo per andare in centro in 10 minuti a piedi e proprio di fronte alla fermata di bus e metro. Colazione abbondante e varia anche se condivisa con gli ospiti dell'attiguo Mercure. Una mattina c'era talmente tanta gente che non si trovava posto seduti, i tavoli non erano sparecchiati e il buffet era terminato e l'esiguo personale della sala non riusciva a venirne a capo.
Albergo al di sotto dello standard Ibis Style, in particolare la camera non veniva rifatta se non espressamente richiesto ogni mattina entro le 11. La camera era molto buia perché aveva l'affaccio sulla scala d'emergenza che era proprio davanti alla finestra.

No me gustaron las habitaciones, para 4 personas muy pequeñas. Teníamos humedad dentro de ellas y el aire acondicionado de calor no funcionaba. Nos mandaron a la última planta en la última habitación, mala iluminación, algo claustrofobico, descontento total. Las moquetas de los pasillos socias o mal aspiradas.
