It felt like we were at home, had mostly everything we needed.

The bed in the right bedroom was way too hard. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

It was quite spacious and you weren’t on top of each other

The room is very cozy—perfect!

The house is very comfortable. It's within walking distance to the shopping center and coffee shops, and it's near One Tree Hill. The sunset is really beautiful. Parking is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. The beds are not hard and the carpets are very cozy. I will come again if I have the chance.

Everything was so perfect we loved the security and cooking facilities felt like at home. The kids loved it and it was very warm home. the only thing was can you please change the bed in the room to the right. We didn’t sleep so well it was too hard the bed is literally so hard I felt like we weee sleeping on the floor. If you change this mattress the stay is a 10/10 and we will be back on every trip which is fortnightly please let me know if this is possible

The room on the right side away from the bathroom the mattress was so hard we had to sleep on the couch because our backs were sore from the mattress can you please change this mattress

The light-filled apartment appeared newly renovated, very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment had everything as advertised. The additional separate toilet is a great idea.

The main bed was too firm to sleep on and one of us had to sleep on the lounge.

Easy walk to the supermarket, great parking, exceptionally clean, value for money 👌

It would have been an excellent stay for 6 nights if the beds hadnt been so very hard. The beds are new. Why didnt the owners select a medium firmness bed to meet a range of tastes

Really good place to stay, its big, good quality recent renovation, like new inside, firm but very comfortable beds, easy access with electronic lock. Easy to find. convenient.

Great location, clean and spacious

My daughter and I thought the beds were sooooo hard the floor was actually softer. I was in so much pain after the first night and had no sleep I went and bought a mattress topper for the rest of our stay. Iv been travelling around NZ and they are the worst beds we have come across. The curtains are not blockout so you are awake at day break and there were lots of utensils missing from the kitchen. Its an aesthetically pleasing, clean, large unit but not comfotable. The owners need to stay there for a week so they can see what its like for the paying guests. I wouldnt recommend it if you want a comfortable sleep.

This was a lovely place to stay, very clean and nicely presented. Was a lovely weekend away and very relaxing.

The beds were cosy and everything we could need was provided. Laundry detergent, a dishwasher and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Wifi was slow so we sometimes had to disconnect.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Die Küche ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Wir konnten vor unserer Weiterreise Wäsche waschen und auch im vorhandenen Trockner nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The safe and private location not too far from the city - a couple of minutes walk from the main road is a plus - and a 5 min drive to the shopping mall which has Pack and Save, Wendy’s , McDonalds, few retail stores and a cafe. It was fully furnished, super clean, with very comfortable beds and lounge room sofa. The washer and dryer is a great add- on and we enjoyed strolls in the quaint little garden outside. The place looks much better in real life than in the website photos.

The space in the shower might be a little small for heavy set/ big travellers. The back door doesn’t have a key and is locked all the time which we were slightly nervous about as that meant that there is only one door to enter and exit the house.

An immaculate, newly renovated unit that felt like a home away from home, with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable and effortless.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in praktischer Lage. Man kann auf der einen Seite sehr gut parken, auf der anderen Seite aber auch schnell im Zentrum sein. Die Ausstattung war gehoben und vollständig. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert.

Property was lovely, spacious and comfortable for a 2bed flat, with lots of extras provided. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment! Absolutely loved my stay everything was modern and clean and spacious. Great location too. I had a car rental so to have free parking was awesome.

No complaints however just wanted to point out a few things for the owner for future reference. 1. Having a couple of throw rugs/blanket on the lounge to watch tv in the evenings would be ideal as it got very cold at night during my stay. 2. Having a shower caddy to put bodywash/shampoo/conditioner on rather than picking it up off the floor would be handy. 3. Not many cooking utensils. Wanted to make fried eggs but there was no spatula. 4. Bed was a little uncomfortable (very firm mattress) but managed to sleep fine after settling in.

Great off-street parking, easy instructions for opening the front door using the code supplied prior to arrival. It was very well laid out. All appliances are very clean and have a great supply of bedding, and comfortable beds.

Great location. It was a 5 min walk to Cornwall park entrance. A 7min walk to PakNSave and a 5min walk to a lovely cafe called Little Urban at the end of the street and over the road from the park entrance. It was a quiet neighbourhood with off street parking. The unit looked brand new with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge and 2 well sized bedrooms. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and well set up unit. We were 3 adults and stayed two nights. Location is handy to Mt Eden eateries and handy to the airport. Couple of small things; the bed in the main bedroom was very hard and there were no instructions for the electronics in the unit. Apart from that it was very good. We would book this again.

This is one of the best houses we've stayed in. First of all, the location is very convenient, in central Auckland, with just a 5-minute drive to Eden Park and One Tree Hill. Additionally, the house is brand new, clean, tidy, and full of sunshine. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and both beds are very comfortable as well. Another thing is that it's extremely quiet at night, allowing us to rest very well. Thank you Cindy. We will definitely stay here again next time! Wishing you a happy new year and all the best!

The unit is very nice, everything is new, property was recently renovated, laundry with washing machine, dryer, detergent provided. Enough towels and toilet paper provided, spare blankets , kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed staying there. There is a shopping centre with supermarket very close, Parking on the property.

Beautiful light, modern and clean with a full kitchen and all the necessary things for a comfortable place to stay. So very quiet, and in a great location close to shops and places to eat. The yard was lovely with established fruit trees and lots of happy birds.

We were only supplied two bath towels for 3 guests, but we made do as only staying one night. The beds were extremely firm to sleep on. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

This house really did feel like a home away from home and the host was very helpful! The place was warm, bright, had everything I needed and was close to the shops. I also got a chance to walk to One Tree Hill that was only a street away which was very lovely. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful place Cindy!

Everything was new and clean. Great location, close to all amenities

There was no tv or radio so was very quiet, until the lawns were being mowed at 8am on Saturday morning which was loud and disturbing when I was trying to sleep in after a late night.

The home was beautifully designed and very comfortable. It has a washing machine and dryer which was convenient. Cindy was very accommodating and the location was great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Cindy😊
