La moqueta de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Las toallas son muy pequeñas. El aire soltaba agua y es verdad que nos atendieron muy bien y vinieron enseguida a solucionarlo. La habitación no era nada del otro mundo. El check in era a las 3 y llegamos a las 2 y la persona que nos atendió nos dejó entrar porque la habitación ya estaba lista, y luego vino la encargada y nos echó.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. It is great value for money. I would also like to add that there are many good halal food options nearby, which was a big plus for me. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Szerintem a szőnyegpadló megérett a cserére, mert így a szobában kicsit rossz volt az illat amikor megérkeztem. Valószínűleg az eső általi beázás miatt történt ez.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Stayed at Space Guesthouse for 6 days and 5 nights for my first Seoul trip and I do not regret choosing this place. The staffs were so lovely, spoke English and helped out when needed. The floor was heated, we had laundry to help ourselves and the location was just right for public transportation. 5 minute walk to Myeongdong station and bus stops. A lot of cafes and convenience stores nearby, best of all, the shopping street was extremely close. Beds were comfortable and you get hot water all the time. All necessary amenities were available. Loved our time there!

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Casa de huéspedes con excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos de las paradas 6001 y 6015 (autobuses limusina que van y vienen del aeropuerto Incheon), a 5 minutos de Myeongdong. Tiene cocina para uso compartido con lavarropas y secadora gratuitos. Mi habitación tenía ventilación y baño privado, tv, secador de cabello y wifi. Me gustó la azotea con vista a la Torre N.
Hubiera preferido recibir los códigos de ingreso a la propiedad y a la habitación con mayor anticipación, me los enviaron ya estando en Seúl, considerando que mi vuelo era de 36 horas, llegué al aeropuerto y no tenía esa información hasta que instale internet y pude acceder a los códigos, mejoren la organización por favor!. Faltó limpieza en la habitación, no limpiaron ninguno de los 9 días que estuve alojada. El colchón individual de la habitación 203 no era cómodo. El baño tiene dificultades de drenaje del agua por el resumidero (no huele mal).

共用部分が綺麗に片付けられていない印象。部屋は狭いけれど居心地は悪くない。他の部屋の声が気になる。隣の建物や周囲が汚れている。24時間チムジルバンに行って泊まったのでベッドの寝心地のコメントが出来ない。

Close walk to Myeongdong night market and shopping street, and subway station. Getting to and from airport is convenient, there is hill you need to go up to get to the accommodation. Laundry and drying machine is convenient. Kitchen facilities and outdoor and roof top area is lovely. Clean and basic accommodation. Host is easily contactable through WhatsApp. Filtered water available in the kitchen. Would’ve been excellent if there was housekeeping.

The room was dirty, it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The shower curtain was moldy, the AC didn’t work and was full of dust, the walls had weird stains on them. Everything was dusty (from the TV remote controller, to the actual TV, as well as outlets. I will unfortunately not be staying in this accommodation again in the future…

Alakerran huone oli aika meluisa, koska oven lukon piippaus ja keittiön äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen pitkälle aamuyölle.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025コスパが良かったです。明洞も近くて、夜に屋台回ったりいろんなお店回ったりできるので場所もいい感じに繁華街に近くて便利でした。 ただ、壁が薄めなので場合によっては他の人の声や音が聞こえます。 僕は入り口近くのキッチンの隣の部屋だったので、入ってきたときやキッチンで誰か作業してるときは聞こえました。 ただ、価格と個室であることを考えるとかなり良かったと思います。
壁が薄くて音が結構入ってきたところ あと、バスルームがシャワーとトイレが完全に一緒になっていて、それはちょっと微妙でした

The photos on booking.com looks nice & clean. So I choose it. Unfortunately the door lock is so bad and not safe , besides , no additional lock inside to lock the door. Entry the room used with 4 digit passcode ( easy for other person to recognize it as without hidden. Especially, unsure whether the door was locked or not while stay in the room ). Plus the window without lock , easy to open from outside. stay on first floor, next is the path of street ! I only stay in the room for checking the safty and left within 10 mins. I don’t feel safe to stay in this room. Very bad experience for me on this trip. At the end, I’ve no choice and have to book much higher cost hotel for stay because limited options !

Le matelas vraiment pas confortable, on sent tous les ressorts, la salle de bain a du moisi au plafond, sur le rideau de douche et peu fonctionnelle. Pas de rideaux occultants ou de volets dans la chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas en mode chauffage et ne soufflait que du froid. L’insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout. On a passé 3 semaines en Corée du Sud et ce logement a été le moins confortable et pourtant le plus cher.

匂いとカビがひどい。 カビ臭さをどうにかしたいと思って対策されているのかなぁ。。。 とにかく消臭剤をぶっかけたような科学的な匂いがひどく。頭痛がした。 滞在は一泊だけ、5.6時間寝に帰るだけだったがつらかった。

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025The appartment was amazing. The room was spacious and we had our own bathroom. We spent a week there and it felt like home at one point. The location was amazing as well where you are 5 min walking away from the famous myeongdong street! Besides this the host, Jimmy is the best host we have ever had. He is the owner and he waited for us when we arrived and he was so helpful and kind. We talked for an hour about everything and he gave us all these amazing tips of Seoul. He really made the guesthouse feel like a home for our trip. Thank you Jimmy and we will definitely see you next time we are in Seoul!! You made the best out of this experience.

The owner is the shame of Korean people, when we landed in Seoul and came to Space Guesthouse there was no one to be found to let us in or even give us any pin for the door. When we called the owner's number he didn't take our calls and neither answered our knockings over the door. He led us down in the middle of the night. After the mess he's made he insulted us and didn't even tried to compensate his mistakes. He threatened us to pay for a place that we couldn't even stay in because of his actions. We were let down and he's the worst and the most unfavorable house keeper ever, please don't contact or stay at his place for your sake.

Ottimo le stanze al piano terra sono un pò piccole, ma vai solo per dormire giustamente!Il problema è che devi appoggiare le valigie a terra perché non c'è posto dove metterle quindi ancora meno spazio per camminare. Jang molto simpatico! Torneremo!
