113 Apartment - Upper Floor - Flic-en-Flac

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The apartment offers excellent value for money. It is cozy, compact, and well equipped, including a washing machine, which was very convenient during our stay. A highlight is the terrace with its sun loungers. The view towards the mountains, framed by palm trees, is beautiful. In the mornings, you wake up to the sounds of exotic birds, and in the evenings, you can watch fruit bats peacefully flying overhead. We also appreciated staying in a normal local neighborhood instead of an isolated resort area. The beach is only about a five-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. We would especially like to thank Nailah for her exceptional hospitality. She was always quick to respond, very helpful, and made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. 🙏 The self check-in process was easy and straightforward. We would definitely book this apartment again and highly recommend it to others. 😊

Such a comfortable, beautifully decorated apartment. Has all amenities, modern kitchen, cooking essentials, washing machine and very good WiFi and AC. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. It’s in an apartment building but on the highest floor with no neighbours next to it so you get your own privacy. On a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Communication with Nailah was smooth and easy. There’s also a very cute cat that sometimes comes by. I wish I stayed longer!

Kühlschrank mit angebrochenen oder verderblichen Waren der Vorbewohner. Beladener Wäschetrockenständer im Wohnbereich. Staubig, ungepflegter Zustand des Badezimmers.

Просторно, отличный интерьер, удобная мебель. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, начиная с различных полотенец, ванных принадлежностей и заканчивая большим количеством вешалок, полочек, кресел и т.д. Близкое расположение к океану. Nailah 🔥, без проблем позволила остаться до 16 часов, за отдельное спасибо!

Высоко подниматься, примерно на 3-4 этаж, по узкой лестнице. Большой перепад для проезда на парковочное место. Я на Perodua Axia не смог заехать. Пора бы обновить сковородки.

The whole apartment is amazing and very stylish, well furbished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We fell immediately at home, and enjoyed our stay! It's been our home for 10days, and eventually we decided to stay 5 more nights to finish our trip in Mauritius. Nailah, the host is exceptional and very helpful, assisting and we could not be happy meeting her. Thank you so much for making our stay special. And the bonus: apartment has very big terrace with specular views to the mountains. We did morning yogas, had our meals there and it was our special place everyday.

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed there. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (dishes, spices, oils). There’s a beach and a great bakery just a short walk from the house, where we enjoyed fresh baguettes and croissants (about a 5-minute walk). The terrace is amazing with a beautiful view. And of course, I can’t forget to mention our communication with Nailah, she was super nice and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much!

Ощущение будто живешь на домике на дереве с террасой с потрясающим видом на горы, пальму и манговое дерево. Просыпались под пение птиц. Квартира хорошо обустроена, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Есть индукционная плита, духовка, холодильник, кондиционер, микроволновка, посуды много разной. Хозяйка Нейла очень отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь и посоветовать места, аренду машины и оперативно починить что-то в апартаментах. Отличное местоположение. В пешей доступности есть пиццерия, желатерия, большой супермаркет и рынок с фруктами. До пляжа идти 10 минут пешком.

Лейку в душе можно было бы заменить, подтекала немного. Сковородки нужно было бы обновить, они поцарапанные были и непригодны для готовки. Клеенчатая скатерть поверх красивого деревянного стола немного портила впечатление от квартиры.

Appartement propre, une décoration accueillante, une bonne localisation

От момента прилета на Маврикий и до вылета самолета, милая хозяйка - Найла интересовалась нами и комфортом нашего пребывания- это очень важно, когда ты находишься в чужой стране. Место проживания вполне соответствует фото, было очень приятно там находиться, очень много дополнительного оснащения… помимо порошка для стирки и средства от насекомых, порадовало огромное количество полотенец и комплектов постельного белья, кухня- просто прелесть и масло и чай и приправы с кухонной утварью - все есть,готовили с удовольствием и все вечера проводили там, до пляжа 5 минут пешком, мы жили на самом высоком этаже (4), окруженном деревом манго…вид был лучше, чем у соседей и машин тоже не слышно. Бронируя жилье не задумывались о наличии магазина рядом, здесь он оказался в пешей доступности … что редкость…однозначно советую… вернусь сюда обязательно!

pulitissima e molto bella. ci siamo sentiti molto bene gia appena abbiamo aperto la porta. devo dire che è il migliore appartamento che ho mai affittato, era tutto perfetto. anche la proprietaria una ragazza giovane, simpatica e pronta ad aiutare e dare buoni consigli sia per svago che anche in caso di emergenza, lei ti dà tutte le informazioni utili gia prima di arrivare. il parcheggio si trova direttamente davanti l entrata,, la lavatrice è anche molto pratica e veloce,, il climatizzatore silenziosissimo. la vista è bellissima. qualità prezzo come detto top, il miglior soggiorno che ho mai avuto. lo consiglio a occhi chiusi 💯

The accommodation was very nice. Significantly larger than expected and furnished with attention to detail. All the things that previous reviews had mentioned were now present. Communication with Nailah was flawless. We especially liked the large terrace. A lovely stay that we can now recommend.
