Esta lejos del centro , nosotros nos movimos con uber. Hay una calle cerca con muchos restaurantes y un super cerca.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sam apartament jest ładny i ogólnie pobyt był udany. Niestety w pokoju cały czas było czuć dym papierosowy, mimo że sami nie palimy, i było to trochę uciążliwe. Wieczorami do późna było też dość głośno – zarówno na korytarzu, jak i na zewnątrz. Słychać było rozmowy i inne hałasy, przez co nie zawsze można było spokojnie otworzyć okno. Dla nas było to szczególnie uciążliwe, ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem, które budziło się w nocy. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku.

Strong humidity smell from the AC, few must haves were missing (iron, washing machine). It's a big apartment meant for families or a group of people, you must have a washing machine and iron at least.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Jó fekvés, könnyű közlekedés, hatalmas, makulátlan tiszta apartman, hatalmas zuhanyzóval, szuper kényelmes ágyakkal, minden szobában légkondicionálóval, és tv-vel, jól felszerelt konyhával. Könnyű volt a szálláshelyre való bejutás, és ellentétben korábbi kommentekkel, mi parkolóhelyet is könnyen találtunk. Athénon belül úgyis érdemes a tömegközlekedés használata, ami bankkártyával/automatikus maximum napi díjjal igazán baráti árú.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Atitudinea proprietarului la check in a fost groaznica, apartamentul nu a fost curatat si igenizat, a trebuit sa mai asteptam inca o ora si jumatate pana sa fie curatat in viteza. Balconul mizer cu vedere la terasa care nici ea nu a mai fost curatata de o perioada f lunga de timp. Invazie de furnici. Clanta de la unul.dintre dormitoare era picata, daca nu erai atent ramaneai blocat pe interior. TV fara canale si nici nu puteai sa le instalezi.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Apartament ampli i modern. Vam estar a la planta baixa, dues habitacions amb aire acondicionat i llits molt còmodes. Malgrat no estar al centre, està molt ben comunicat amb bus.
Ens ha faltat algun estri de cuina i de neteja i es podria millorar la neteja del jardí.

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Il vicinato non è particolarmente curato e non trasmette una grande sensazione di sicurezza. Le camere, inoltre, erano sporche e con un odore poco gradevole. La mancanza di tende adeguate comprometteva anche la privacy, lasciando la sensazione di poter essere osservati dall’esterno. Sono aspetti che, a mio avviso, andrebbero sicuramente migliorati.

Le quartier est sale et mal famé ( junky, migrant, clochards). L adresse est loin du centre. Évitez si vous êtes n couche tard et que vous ne voulez pas marcher. La cuisine est uniquement décorative, insuffisamment équipée pour cuire quoi que ce soit.

Усе було чудово. Єдине, чого не вистачало, — це чаю в апартаментах, щоб гості могли заварити собі чашку чаю після приїзду.

Air condition seems to be new- we liked it a lot. 20min on foot to Archeological museum where you can enter hop on-hop off turist bus. We loved it!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Que dire… Nous étions un groupe en voyage scolaire Eramsus, donc les jeunes étaient en autonomie dans les apparts. Déjà pas assez de vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes annoncées. Nous avec mon collègue, on a été relogés, en revanche si on avait pris cet établissement c’est parce qu’il y avait une cuisine. On a été relogés dans deux « chambres » d’hôtel qui n’avaient pas de cuisine, et quand on a demandé si on pouvait changer, clairement ils nous ont répondu d’aller nous faire à manger dans les autres appartements 👍 3eme jour du séjour, nous nous sommes fait cambrioler. ne laissez JAMAIS vos clés dans les boites à clés, car ils ne changent jamais les codes (on y était également au mois de mai pour un voyage professionnel, et les codes étaient les mêmes). Résultats ; les cambrioleurs nous ont volé 1300€ en liquide, 4 passeports, des bijoux, du parfum, et 4 de nos appartements sur 6 se sont fait visiter. Quand on a prévenu le gérant de l’hôtel avec notre interlocuteur grec, il nous a clairement dit « ce n’est pas mon problème, allez à la police ». Et booking ? Booking me propose un remboursement de 75€… quelle insulte ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement, À FUIR !

S'il y a quelque chose à redire, ce serait peut-être un peu le manque d'équipement de la cuisine.

Aufzug, bequeme Betten, modernes Badezimmer, gut eingerichtet. Sehr sichere Wohnungstür. Balkon mit Bäumen davor.
Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig, es fehlten Schüsseln, Suppenteller und Kochbesteck. Eine Klimaanlage nicht benutzbar, weil sie tropfte. Smart-TV ohne freie Sender. Nur teilweise Fliegenschutzgitter.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien isolé du bruit avec climatisation et tout le nécessaire (serviette, séche cheveux, frigo, plaque, tv etc ...). De plus le personnel est arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THE HOST IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE PERSON in the world. It was SUPER DURTY- pesticides invasion all over the apartment even in the bathroom, chunks of hair in the towels and on the bed sheets- full of hair from the previous guests. So the towels and the sheets were not even changed from the previous guest. When contacted he basically said that we are on our own and to contact Booking.com which we did and they compensated us 10 euros on credit in the app for our loss of 254 euros. Which we received nothing in return because we couldn't sleep there even for one night. Absolutely horrible place. It says luxurious but has nothing luxurious in it. The worst place we had ever seen. What a nightmare..don't stay there! Oh and there's absolutely no parking provided either ..

L’emplacement n’est pas pratique. On a eu du à mal pour garer la voiture dans la rue. Il faut prévoir une demi-heure de plus pour arriver et sortir du quartier vu les embouteillages. Difficile d’aller à pied au centre.

L’extérieur ne prévoit aucun ombrage, bétonné sous un soleil de plomb. Pour cuisiner espace très petit et surtout quasiment pas d’ustensiles de cuisine. Le bac congélation non fonctionnel. Très peu de rangement.

I didnt like that there was no hairdryer , or a small pot to boil an egg for breakfast. The kitchen tap was moving , the shower doors didnt close properly. The balcony was there - and I was looking forward to enjoy it, but it faced the opposite building, there was no direct sun reaching our windows, and it was dirty. The apartment was dark. The nearest subway was approx. 15min walk.

Sehr hellhörig. Balkon nicht hergerichtet. Küchenausstattung nur das Nötigste. Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden.

Δεν μας άρεσε ότι ενώ έγραφε ότι είχε χώρο σταθμευσης, δεν υπήρχε και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε σε δημόσιο που ήταν 12 λεπτά μακρυα με τα πόδια και ταλαιπορηθήκαμε αφάνταστα να κουβαλήσουμε τις βαλίτσες. Καλό θα ήταν να είχε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων ή εστω μια τοστιέρα. καλό θα ήταν επίσης να διέθετε τα δωρεάν τηλεοπτικά κανάλια στις τηλεοράσεις Το μπάνιο μύριζε όταν δεν το χρησιμοποιούσαμε για αρκετές ώρες

Daire giriş bilgileri önceden gönderilecek denildi ancak gönderilmedi. Daireye varana kadar, belki orada çalışan biri vardır diye bekledim. Ancak Apartmanda çalışan kimse olmadığını oraya varınca anladım. Apartmanın dış kapısı ve her bir dairenin iç kapıları, şifre girilerek açılıyor. Bu şifreler önceden gönderilmediği için, bilgilerin edinme ancak sizin tekrar iletişim kurmanızı gerektiriyor. Bu yapılabilir tabi sorun yok ancak, uluslararası bir yolculuğun ardından, binanın kapısının önünde bu bilgilerin gerektiğini öğrenmek, sizi karşılayan kimsenin bulunmadığını anlamak oldukça can sıkıcı. Apartmanın kapısını önünde, valizler ve ailem beklerken yapmak zorunda kaldığım bu işlem, hem zaman aldı, hem de stres dolu dakikalar yaşattı. Öte yandan, dairede, temel malzemeler bulunuyor olsa da, bir "filtre kahve makinesinin eksikliğini" hep hissettim. Son olarak, son gün uçuşumuz geç saate olduğu için, check-out sonrası valizleri geçici olarak bırakacak bir yerin olmadığın bilinmesini isterim. Keşke olsaydı, hayat kolaylaştırıcı bir hizmet olurdu.

It states that there is free parking, but in reality there is no available parking at all. The streets around the property are extremely narrow and a car can barely pass through. There is a paid parking lot relatively close to the accommodation, but it is permanently full. After spending a long time searching for a place to park, I was forced to leave my car quite far from the property, and the next day I found it damaged. Please remove the phrase “free parking” from the description, as it is misleading and does not reflect the actual situation.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Le logement était grand, très joli et confortable. Il est bien entretenu. Il est facile de contacter l’établissement lorsque nous avions des questions. Ils sont assez réactifs et aimables.
Nous avons eu des soucis avec l’eau chaude. Nous avons contacté les propriétaires, après plusieurs messages ils ont été réactifs et ont envoyé quelqu’un pour réparer cela à 21h45… Heureusement nous n’avons plus eu de soucis en suivant ! Quelques petits conseils d’amélioration : il serait préférable d’ajouter des éléments de vaisselle (verres, couverts, saladiers, poêles…) qui ne sont pas en quantité suffisante voire manquante totalement. Un micro-onde serait un bon élément à rajouter également. Nous étions au rez de chaussé et nous entendions également beaucoup les allées et venues des autres résidents, ainsi que leurs conversations dans le couloir.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I am going to be honest about it. We knew where we were going to stay.Kypseli it’s not a central location but the apartment it’s very near public transportation. If you have a car as we did, you have a good chance to find a free parking spot outside the premises or nearby. The apartment is newly renovate in a very safe building and with very comfortable beds and new equipment. It was 8/10 clean. The Wi-Fi works very well.
We didn’t have hot water for our whole stay and after the second day, the host gave us the key to an apartment in the upper floor so we could have a shower. The problem was that we had to call him around 5-6 times in order to find a solution and the resolution came from us as a proposal not from him. There is no iron for clothes (we asked )in case you are going for a business trip or you want to dress formal and you have shirts with you. The cleaning could have been better some hairs here and there and the situation under the beds is a disaster probably because the beds are heavy, and the cleaner cannot move them. I know that those are not really major issues, but is my sincere opinion about the premises as a person traveling at least four times per month.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Es muy cómodo y todo está nuevo. Estuvimos 2 familias de 5 miembros cada una en 2 apartamentos en la misma planta. El personal responde rápido y fue muy reactivo a nuestras peticiones. Una terraza muy tranquila. El barrio de Kypseli nos encantó con sus bares, tavernas y pastelerías locales, lástima que la calle del hotel y la principal están mal mantenidas y muy sucias. En el barrio no percibimos ningún peligro, al revés nos gustó mucho la zona, muy poco turística y con alguna joya escondida.
El apartamento lo entregan limpio pero la terraza estaba sucia, faltan algunos colgadores en la entrada para dejar bolsos y abrigos y al menos una de las dos camas estaría bien que fuera queen size porque para adultos altos o corpulentos son justas.

Η τοποθεσία , δεν είχε παντζουρια, δεν έβρισκες να παρκάρεις με τίποτα , φασαρία, στην τηλεόραση δεν είχε κανάλια και δεν έβαλε ποτέ κούνια μωρού που ζητήσαμε.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Φτάσαμε το απόγευμα και βρήκαμε άλλους μέσα στο διαμέρισμα σας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας πρότεινε να μας βάλει σ ένα άλλο που είχε ελεύθερο που ήταν ο μισός χώρος από αυτόν που κλείσαμε και με ένα κρεβάτι αντί για δύο που είχαμε κλείσει. Θα κοιμόμασταν δηλαδή δύο άντρες στο ίδιο κρεβάτι
