L’emplacement du logement est fort appréciable proche du centre commercial à moins de 5min à pied. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir que le logement contient une baignoire en plus de la douche. Pour finir, les facilities (piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, salle de sport…) font clairement la différence

The pool wasn't clean nor the hot tub. The hot tub was disgusting actually. The steam room was off for most of the time. The instructions say to contact the security but no number is provided.

Reviewed May 13, 2026It was clean and location good . My 5th time staying at Knightsbridge , and second time staying in this apartment because I love Knightsbridge and how close to canal walk it is .
The bed is so noisy The tv is old and remote controls are very unresponsive Also the toilet keeps having this very bad smell you can’t even last in the toilet for a while .

Why dont you state on booking.com that there is a R1500 deposit required whne booking this venue, .only found out afterwards when I paid for the booking, and didnt even budget for the deposit. I had to make an immediate payment and now have to wait for my deposited.
The only good thing about the place is the location but ita not worth the money and too many rules. No aircon either and bed is uncomfortable

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym etc was quite convenient and easily accessible, and all the facilities in this regard was sparkly clean.
The apartment wasn't really ideal for a small family as we found it to be a bit claustrophobic for ourselves and our 9 year old son. Definitely suitable for a single person or couple only. The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy, it was quite difficult to get a good night's rest. The sleeper couch that our son had slept on, was quite uncomfortable as well and could do with a cleaning. The toilet pot was quite squeaky as well.

We didn't like the fact that the balcony was so small and that there was no braai facility. Check out time was also too early seeing as we were only able to book in at 15h00.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025The place is very neat and comfortable – absolutely no complaints! The surroundings are beautiful and clean, and just a 5-minute walk from Century City. Awesome view! Access to the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym is a nice bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Trish went out of her way and even came to assist us when we wanted to extend our stay and had to move to another apartment.

I could not sleep at all on the sleeper couch. I booked for 3 adults and a child. I had to sleep on the couch it was very bad. I feel like i was riped off. I wanted another apartment with 2 rooms because of privacy,the lady that helped us said everything was booked. I was unhappy because i didnt have a good rest.

But the initial message from the host was barely polite and borderline threatening about breaking rules, and insisted on the payment of a deposit larger than the total of our stay which was promised to be paid back within 7 days. Nine days after checkout I emailed them to enquire about the deposit refund. Someone named Mark asked me for banking details, which I provided, and after several more phone calls and emails I have not received my refund. 19 days later. We stayed one night and used two water glasses. Never, never again.
