Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Location is definitely 10/10, less than 100m from Tasch train station and only a 15-min train rode from Zermatt. It’s also close to Coop. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a junior suite room which was immaculate. Breakfast is also included which kicks off a day full of touring and sightseeing to a good start. The staff are also amazing. May not be in the town of Zermatt but good alternative for a short stay in the area.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Very conveniently located next to the train station. Very easy travel by train to Zermatt. A few restaurants close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view out of our window. The breakfast was a good sized buffet with lots of variety.
The convenience of being close to the train station also meant train noise until about 10 pm and starting up again at 6 am. It really didn’t disrupt us too much. The trains run maybe every 20 minutes. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. We just put towels underneath and that seemed to help.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Viel günstiger als in Zermatt.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad etwas klein aber ok. Leider waren die Außenrollos nicht zu benutzen, an heißen Tagen aber sehr förderlich. Die Lage direkt neben den Bahngleisen zum schlafen leider nicht ganz entspannend. Das Frühstück war ok, hätte etwas liebevoller angerichtet sein können (Käse/ Aufschnitt) aber Brötchen und Brot von heimischen Anbietern waren sehr lecker. Auswahl war ok . Personal nett.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel is located right next to Täsch train station, which makes traveling to Zermatt extremely convenient. Since we had a Swiss Travel Pass (STP), we could travel to Zermatt for free, and the shuttle train ride takes only about 15 minutes. The hotel was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also offered luggage storage, which was very convenient when we arrived early or checked out late. Migros and many restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to find everything we needed. Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Günstige Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit großem Balkon. Trotz Nähe zur Straße und zum Bahnhof auch nicht sehr laut. Frühstück nicht luxuriös, aber ausreichend.
Die Tiefgarage ist ein bisschen grenzwertig. Wenn sie gut belegt ist, hat man mit einem größeren Auto schon etwas Mühe beim Rangieren und Parken. Da würde ich beim nächsten Mal lieber 3 Euro drauflegen und in ein anderes Parkhaus fahren. Dass am Frühstücksbuffet schlecht gespülte Teller standen, ist wohl dem Stress durch Busgruppen geschuldet. Es gab zwar Wasserkocher und Tassen auf dem Zimmer, aber keinen Tee oder Kaffee. Könnte man bei diesem Preis schon erwarten.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof, Zug nach Zermatt in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Dazu die Nähe zum Matterhorn. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse absolut okay. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Tiefgarage(öffentlich) vorhanden und genutzt.

Очень большой, чистый, с современной обстановкой, комфортный номер с большим балконом. В номере есть чайник. Бесплатное улучшения категории номера, что было очень приятно, спасибо отелю.
Небыло кофе и чая в номере.

Vi fik et budgetværelse i den gamle bygning. Det var langt under standard for selv et budgetværelse. Meget lille og meget varmt værelse. Radiatoren kunne ikke lukkes helt. Usselt badeværelse. Vi kunne knapt vende os derinde og toiletsædet sad helt løst. For få stik til opladning af f.eks telefoner.

A l'accueil l'hôtesse au demeurant charmante est seule pour 2 hôtels et doit reprendre de renseignements, pièce d'identité, taxes de séjour qui pourraient être gérés en amont. Donc une attente très longue. Le restaurant attenant ne sert pas après 21h sans prévenir donc ..pas de dessert...

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Das superior Zimmer im Nachbargebäude - durch einen verglasten Korridor verbunden - ist wirklich sehr gross, modern und sauber, mit schönem Balkon und Aussicht, dazu ruhig. Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, daher ist es sehr leicht, mit dem Shuttle Zug nach Zermatt zu kommen. Trotzdem ist die Umgebung des Hotels schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten bereits um die Mittagszeit einchecken.
Nur Kleinigkeiten: Ich dusche generell nicht gerne in der Badewanne, das Aussteigen ist rutschig und es gibt nichts, wo man sich festhalten kann. Die Bettdecken waren sehr dick für den Sommer.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Het hotel is bijzonder goed gelegen, vlak bij het treinstation naar Zermatt. Het heeft een eigen ondergrondse parking. De kamer was ruim en wat gedateerd, maar de badkamer was recent vernieuwd. Er is ook een lift ter beschikking die vrij snel werkt. Het ontbijt en avondeten waren prima. Op de avonden dat het restaurant gesloten is kan je bij andere restaurants in de buurt terecht.
