The owner initially asked me my arrival time. And I also confirmed her my status that I have already left my home and will be reaching there within 2hrs. I got 1hr late and she gave the room to someone else and also didn't choose to inform me and didn't even cancel the booking from the app. What kind of service is this. Booking.com should seriously look into these king of properties.

Excellent and very helpful, responsive, and caring host. Pretty location with an easy access to both the beach and main road. We asked for a thali and it was brought over (and excellent). A true homestay experience.

We had only less time so couldn't cover most places.

Thanks to Mr Anil's quality hospitality, he was so attentive and helped us with booking taxis, trickshaws etc. and made sure we could meet the right driver. He also kindly advised us for sightseeing activity. The property is very quiet in the middle of the trees, and the evening on the balcony is very nice. Kitchens and fridges are available for customers too.

location was very convenient, about an 8 minute walk to the beach. owners were very kind and helpful. house was clean, rooms were very comfortable and big. amazing value for money. would definitely recommend for students :)

The homestay is a few minutes walk from Varkala north cliff , the location was very convenient. The food was amazing and good value for money. The people were very friendly and our stay was very pleasant. 10/10 recommended.

Big airy neatly clean rooms with attached toilet. Comfy beds with clean lilen and blanket. Large sized living cum dining area outside the room with a lush green jungle view is most enjoyable. Service was top- notch. Smiling, supportive, very caring host adviced us with proper guidelines for sightseeing. Arranged very tasty customized meals for us from neighbouring food delivery centre run by local ladies. Arranged cars for us for transfer to next destination. Joined my " Go Green " mission by allowing me to plant a tree in their own garden. I convey my heartfelt thanks for this noble gesture. It was my 1004th plant. The locality is the paradise for the bird lovers . Highly recommend for a vacation.

We stayed in the Homestay and we really liked it. It is what it says it is. There’s no air con but we knew that. It is very clean, and very local. It’s not luxurious but it is good value for money. The owners were very kind, paid for our Tuk Tuk in advance, and helped with laundry. The room was big, which helped with the heat we didn’t want to be in a small compact place.

The WI FI Signal did not reached my room. Tried with the owner to improve the situation, but...a too weak signal...

This homestay was truly amazing. First of all the location was great: close to the beach but in a bit of silent area where you can enjoy your sleep. Second of all the room is the best value for money. The shower has hot water and the room is quite big. The fan has some great power and works accurate. The main reason why you have to stay here is because of the welcoming couple. They did literally everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also answered all of our questions. They even gave us a room after checkout to shower with clean towels as our train left in the evening. Felt like a family and we will come back.

It’s a lovely place to stay and a bit away from the crowds, but a 2 min walk will get you to the cliff. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The property always kept cool was mosquito free and very close to the beach and restaurants! The property always had drinking water available and many kitchenwares to use! The family were very welcoming, accomodating and lovely to stay with! Will stay again!

Homestay owner was very kind. He arranges required help and good food. Food is available on request. Good home stay in Varkala with peacefull surrounding and very near from Varkala Cliff - check distance in Google map.

Varkala is Good when in Season time. So that, you will get access to all beaches 🏖️⛱️. Try to Buy anything in Varkala market before asking right price. Happy vacation.

The owner's hospitality, assistance and friendly nature made us easy to adjust to the place. The house is well maintained and very convinient.

There's nothing that I didn't like. I would ask the owner to keep some water bottles before the guest arrive at the place. This saves efforts to buy water every time we need it. It's fine even if he costs for the no. Of bottles used.

Most affordable price home stay in varkala best homestay in varkala.Both interior and exterior was neat and clean very peaceful homestay .we are 6 members stay in this homestay for 3 three days.it is also nearby helipad around 200 metres.the house owner was very nice character.both family and batchelor they have separate home.
