It includes a great breakfast, with complimentary water and tea available all day long. The location is perfect, situated right behind the Blue Mosque, making it incredibly well-located to explore the city. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Most importantly, their honesty is unmatched: I accidentally left two pieces of clothing behind, and when I returned the next day, they handed them over to me immediately. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Istanbul."

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la mezquita azul. Excelente atención del personal, todo muy limpio. Está rodeado de restaurantes abiertos hasta muy tarde.
La habitación es pequeña para 3 personas, como muy encerrado pero llegamos solo a dormir así que no fue problema.

Terrible stay overall. The bed cot was broken and squeaked loudly with every move. The toilet was so badly designed that you had to sit sideways just to use it — extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast staff refused to serve me the full set and gave it to others instead, showing clear bias. The receptionist kept pestering me to give a 10‑star rating even before I had checked in. The next day, I found a hostel that was far cleaner, friendlier, and cheaper than this so‑called hotel. Honestly, the only redeeming factor here is the location — everything else was a disaster.

Just bear in mind that it doesn’t have an elevator so in case of big luggage or mobility issues might impact. The staff was very helpful with my luggage

The entire staff was kind and friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, i appreciate the free drinks at the reception. I highly recommend it, if I could give them a score of 20 , I would do so with great pleasure. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Mr. Omar.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. This place goes the extra mile and even includes different recycling bins! We would happily stay here again!

Wszystko. Właściciel arogancki. Dali nam pokój w piwnicy - śmierdzący i stęchniały. Miał być pokój z tarasem, dwuosobowy, chceili dać 5-osobowy - bez tarasu z maleńkimi okienkami wychodzącymi na nogi przechodniów. W pokoju straszny smród (od mopów i innych przyrządów do czyszczenia w składziku bez drzwi) i stęchlizna z powodu położenia pokoju. Właściciel nie chciał zamienić nam pokoju na inny, bo twierdził, że zamówiliśmy w piwnicy, a w rezerwacji miał być pokój z tarasem a nie w piwnicy (nie wiem jak on to wymyślił, że taras jest w pokoju jak pokój jest w piwnicy). Widziałem jakie oferuje śniadania i nie warto ich brać - taniej i lepiej można zjeść w restauracji tuż obok tego pseudo hotelu. Właściciel nie chciał oddać pieniędzy, straszył policją. Jedno wielkie oszustwo!!! Podsumowując: NIE POLECAM!!!! Sprzedaje pokoje w piwnicy i wciska kit, że taki rezerwowałem, a nie ma o tym informacji.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Great location and a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s within easy reach of many of Istanbul’s famous attractions. There’s also a bus stop about 450 meters from the hotel with a direct 24/7 bus to IST Airport, which can save you a lot of money compared to other transportation options. A special thank you to all the staff, especially Ömer. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and they really made me feel at home. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed so far. Thank you for everything, and see you soon!

Para empezar las habitaciones son pequeñas XXS dos personas dos maletas ya no tenéis por donde caminar, el mal olor que sale del baño(olor a vomito y diarrea) es horrible, el moho que hay por toda la zona de plato de ducha, te hace sentir INCÓMODO desde el primer momento. el desayuno NEFASTO nada que ver con otros alojamientos en Estambul, me quedé 9 días en Estambul los 4 primeros días en gojis apartament lo mejor de Estambul calidad precio, otros 3 días estuve en Capadocia y los últimos dos días en este hotel que literalmente me arruino los últimos días solo me quede una noche y busque otro apartamento xq no podía seguir ahí. La presión del grifo del lavabo para que os hagáis una idea sale más agua por el grifo de una cocinita de juguete, que por la de lavabo del baño, ni los dientes no los podíamos lavar bien. Seguramente se me olvidó alguna cosa más pero no os recomiendo NADA NADA CERO DE CERO BAJO CERO ESTE SITIO.

Toujours prêt à vous faire plaisir et vous donner des explications. Nous avons eu de belles conversations et très intéressantes
Malheureusement, mais probablement j’aurais dû faire plus attention, nous avons logé dans une chambre située au niveau de caves donc pas de fenêtre ni de lumière. Omar nous aurait bien fait changer mais c’était complet. Ceci dit nous y avons passé un agréable séjour

Over all is excellent . Not bad .we like it and if we go again in Istanbul so we will try to get same hotel in future cause location . Every thing is on walking distance .

Рядом магазины, кафе, сувенирные лавки, относительно близко метро, трамвай, до достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Очень приветливый персонал. Отличный вид с террасы отеля. В целом, если отель нужен только, чтобы переночевать, а перед сном принять душ, он стоит того!
Минус только в том, что номер оказался в подвале, соответственно без окон, а в остальном все отлично!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff treated us very rudely and unprofessionally. When we simply asked for a receipt for our payment, they unexpectedly cancelled our reservation and asked us to leave the hotel. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests. We have never experienced such poor customer service before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Na reserva estava que era um quarto com varanda, mal tinha janela, era no subsolo, a fresta de janela dava pra rua. O quarto cheirava cigarro e o recepcionista disse que se a gente não tivesse gostado e quisesse mudar, teria um custo a mais.

El hotel es viejo, en el baño hay humedades lo que hace que se vea sucio y no dan ganas de tocar el suelo. Hay insectos, en el cabezal habían insectos que nos hicieron súper mal dormir Deberían hacerle una remodelación. Leegyeztettem előre az idős szülők miatt egy földszinti szobát. Megérkezéskor majdnem a legfelső szinten lettek elhelyezve. A svédasztalos reggeli abból állt, hogy egy tálcán előre össze volt állítva minden nap ugyanaz a reggeli. Tetőtéren nem tudtunk reggelizni egy alkalommal sem, mert minden tiszta madárürülék volt. Le volt beszélve, hogy érkezéskor a szállást bankkártyával fizetjük, de mivel az ideiglenes recepciós nem tudta kezelni a terminált, ezért nem tudtunk kártyával fizetni.

La camera era confortevole, con un letto comodo e aria condizionata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo fajne, świeże śniadania - z herbatą/kawą do wyboru. Można zjeść na tarasie, w pokoju lub lobby. Taras na bardzo duży plus :). W pokoju dostęp do czajnika, wody butelkowanej, kawy i herbaty. Panowie w recepcji bardzo pomocni i mili. Jedyny minus - przez ściany słychać WSZYSTKO, ale końcowo 8/10 🥇🇹🇷

La chambre était sale et n'a pas été nettoyée de tout le séjour (+5j). Nous n'avons pas eu de changement de serviette ou de draps durant toute la durée de notre séjour non plus... Et nous avons dû aller demander du PQ à la réception. L'hôtel est très très bruyant et aucune insonorisation n'atténue les bruits, ce qui fait que nous sommes réveillés dès que quelqu'un parle dans la rue comme dans l'hôtel. C'est une rue commerçante. Il y a une fenêtre, mais elle est condamnée, donnant sur un mur en extérieur - et c'est comme ça dans toutes les chambres. Il y a eu une coupure de courant de plusieurs dizaines d'heures dans tous le quartier durant notre séjour et, durant ce temps, toute la ventilation des mauvaises odeurs était redirigée dans notre chambre ce qui fait que nous avons dû respirer une odeur de clope concentrée durant toute la nuit 👌

El baño largaba un olor fuerte a veces, como a hongos húmedos. La habitación era chica, pero efectiva para el viaje realizado.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Cet hôtel est vraiment bien placé : on est en 10 min auprès de la plupart des beaux lieux d'Istanbul.. Il y a plein de bons restaurants tout autour et des quartiers vraiment typiques..
Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais, si l'on est en forme, on peut bien monter. Il n'y a pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner : s'il fait beau, on va sur la terrasse au 6e étage et c'est génial, mais s'il pleut, ça manque de place !

Its was on bit height. Breakfast was not open buffet and quantity was not sufficient. Overall good. Room was too bright that was good but all lights controlled by one switch which was problem in night. Please arrange night lamp.
