Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Oerhört centralt läge med rymliga rum enligt angiven standard. Vi blev positivt överraskade över storleken på rummet samt dess inredning. Hotellet i sig är litet och receptionen är inte bemannad dygnet runt, vilket blev ett bekymmer. Personalen trevlig och vänlig, men inget extraordinärt. Hotellet är väldigt nära till de stora romerska sevärdheterna, som Colusseum, Spanish Steps och Fontana Di Trevi. En promenad på ca 5-15 minuter för att nå någon dessa destinationer. Detta uppskattade vi. Man får valuta för pengarna, men något överpriset, baserad på servicenivå och säkerhet.
Ett brandlarm utlöstes under natten i närliggande byggnad vilket väckte flera av hotellens gäster. Receptionen var stängd vid tillfället. Jag ringde till hotellet och fick efter ett par samtal svar, och personen jag talade med sade att han skulle ringa upp strax därpå. Ingen ringde upp mig, vilket får mig att undra varför man inte ringer tillbaka till hotellets gäster när ett brandlarm går och gäster är oroade. Detta var enligt mig, dålig service

Liked having carafe to make hot water, but the cord didn't reach the closest outlets. Would have been nice to have some creamer to go with the instant coffee. Could use fluffier pillows.

La cama era retráctil por lo tanto al estar abierta quedaba un espacio (hueco) donde se caían las almohadas al dormir Y por ese motivo había muy poco espacio para pasar entre la parte de los pies de la cama y la pared Como sugerencia deberían colocar algún perchero en el baño para poder colgar las toallas

Pamela at check in was extremely patient and helpful, offering to store my bags before I accessed the room and contacting me when the room was ready as I was out exploring Rome. The room was perfect and as advertised, and the facilities felt luxurious. I decided to have breakfast the next day, turning up earlier than I should have but was accommodated nevertheless. And the breakfast offering was delicious too! The staff member who was serving was also excellent. I’m sad I was only there for one night. I can’t wait to cone back!

O Wi-Fi é inexistente. O quarto em que fiquei era o número 001, do lado da recepção, o que gerava muito barulho quando iam fechar q recepção às 23h, e me acordou umas 2 vezes. Além disso, o banheiro não tinha porta. Em geral, se resolverem o problema do Wi-Fi, creio que seria bem melhor a estadia.

Men især ham der sørgede for morgenmaden var rigtig opmærksom og imødekommende og lavede friskkværnet kaffe hver morgen. Godt nyt bad.

They offered to hold our bags after checkout so we could further explore the city while we waited for our train. When we came back they treated us like guests still, offering us water and the facilities for as long as we needed. They had very helpful tips on places to dine also. Great location also.

Dorucak je dosta jednostavan i stalno je isti. Necete se najesti. U sobi se cuje spoljni deo klime, ume da nervira tokom noci. Ispod prozora na 3,4 metara visine, nalazi se dosta upakovanog djubreta, ne smrdi ali nije lep prizor. Jednostavno, za te pare ne vredi.

Bella la terrazza al 6 piano dove poter fare colazione al nostro arrivo ci hanno anche offerto un caffè..Ci tornerei altre mille volte!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025This hotel is adorable! Its rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and aware of what was around us. They were kind, efficient, and well serving. The rooms were small but very efficient. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower, a heated towel rack, plenty of towels (no washcloths though) and well lit. If we ever go back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again. It was close to the Spanish Steps.

I accidently left my airpods in the room and had already left the city but I called the hotel and they had them in the safe for me. I was able to pick them up the following week when I returned. Can't thank them enough! The hotel is a convenient 5 minute walk or less to the metro. It is close to trevi fountain however that area feels a bit unsafe walking at night. There are beggars in the area. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Łazienka i pokój były codziennie starannie posprzątanie (oprócz podłogi), wszystkie zapasy były uzupełniane (oprócz żelu pod prysznic, który się skończył przedostatniego dnia pobytu). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do najpopularniejszych punktów turystycznych jest kilka/kilkanaście minut pieszo. Na plus obsługa przy śniadaniu, kelner jest bardzo miły i uprzejmy, nie trzeba robić ciepłych napojów samodzielnie.
Jedno z dwóch okien jest nie do użytku i znajduje się za nim bardzo głośny klimatyzator, podłoga w pokoju była brudna, bardzo powtarzalne i nieurozmaicone śniadanie.

Pobyt oceniam pozytywnie, bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji (pani) i przy śniadaniu też bardzo miła obsługa. Chciałam zostawić bagaże bo miałam późno lot A pani na recepcji sama o to zapytała więc to było bardzo miłe. Do hotelu przyjechałam już po 23.00 więc gdy hotel byl zamknięty ale nie było to problemem i super zostało ogarnięte po ich stronie. Śniadania na dachu to rewelacja. Pokój bardzo ładny i było czysto, ręczniki codziennie zmieniane i sprzątanie codziennie. Oceniam pobyt na plus.

Szállással szemben van egy kisbolt. Amint a boltos hölgy meglátta hogy szálló vendégek vagyunk szemben, egyből odakiabált a kasszához a férfinek hogy a palackos víz quatro euro! Szóval jól lerántottak. 2 palack víz 8€! De ez nem a szállás hibája!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025L'emplacement est au top, le personnel très agréable, la chambre est superbe, avec un balcon et la clim. Un petit frigo et de l'eau, thé et café à disposition. Lit très grand et confortable, salle de bain propre.
Petit déjeuné un peu décevant, les produits ne semblaient pas très frais (mais personnel agréable)
