The room size was shown bigger but it was soo small than that ....It was clean and beautiful though but the size was not as per expectations..

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The common areas and hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not justify the price we paid.

The hotel fell short of expectations in several important areas. Rooms are exceptionally small, with minimal space around the bed. Food is heavily overpriced. A simple meal can easily cost around ₹2,000. Housekeeping service is limited and unavailable after 5 PM. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned, bedsheets were not changed, and trash and used dishes left outside the room were not removed. A late checkout request, despite our 11 PM check-in, resulted in a half-day room charge. The room lacked a basic night lamp or low-light option.

The property was centrally placed , very clean hygienic . The staff was very cordial, they directed us in best possible manner. The food was hot , good, yummilicious and very scrumptious.

Location is great. However, Vrindavan traffic control rules made it very difficult and unpleasant to get to hotel for check-in and get out for check-out. If you hv luggage it is a real hassle. And if you are coming from outside the town then who doesn’t hv luggage. Hotels are a big part of Vrindavan economy. Hotel leaders and city leaders should find a way to treat traffic in/out of hotels differently.

Cleanliness, too much dust in the property and the furniture was filled with dust and dirt. Curtains were dirty too and mainly the bathroom and towels

Good location, e-rickshaw easily available outside hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Big room size but small bathroom. Taxi operator easily available through hotel desk.

Small bathroom, towels provided have lost their lustre, looks dirty. Definitely not a 4 star. Bathroom door and toilet seat right next to bed. Not worth paying 6400rs/- per night without breakfast. Wifi is patchy. Couldn't do work video call. Menu was kept same due to cylinder shortage but chef could've improvised.

1. Behaviour and attitude of the reception staff are very pathetic, except one lady staff 2. Rooms were not clean 3. The issued room was not the same as shown in the picture 4. The carpet outside the room was full of dust and they didn't clean even though requested 5. The bath towels were dirty and it looked like they didn't wash properly 6. Poor quality of tap water, smelly and itchy ² 7. It seems that there is a discrimination against South people, so people from South India, better avoid booking this hotel 8. And lastly but not the least, it's not worthy and overpriced. we have paid 6,000 rs for one day and based on our experience, the price should be halved...like it is worth around 2000 to 2500 rs only

Номер маленький, ванная очень маленькая, принадлежности для душа на 1 человека, нас было 2. Фена нет, завтрак скудный, вегетарианский, что логично, Персонал неприветливый, в коридоре постоянно кричали русские соседи. Тапок нет, и это за 9000 рупии в сутки. Стены в номере разрисованы карандашом, и меню тоже, Красная цена 3000 рупии.

Location

The property was promised certain amenities such as door-to-door parking. However, this is not available as the site is used for functions and my parents must walk from the main road and park on a different location. Additionally, the food for drivers was excessively expensive and there were no facilities for drivers stay unless you pay crazy amount for their stay. When I raised this with the manager they were uncooperative.

The bed/mattresses were amazing.. Room was clean and specious enough. Bathroom was well equipped too.

The TV didnt have many options... It would be great to be able to watch some TV rather than Youtube.

Radhe Radhe we stayed at Triptam for the second time. It is a perfect location to visit all the local temples. The staff at the hotel were polite, helpful and provided excellent service. This also includes the restaurant staff, espically the chef: Anandji who came and spend time with us when we were in restaurant. My utmost thanks to General Manager Manveerji and Vaibhavji who came out of their way to help us. If you visiting Vrindavan Dham then we would highly recommend this hotel.

I was charged twice for the payment and later was not communicated about the mistake. They had some VIP guests arrived for an event in the hotel where we felt to be sidelined. I room were not ready until 3.15 PM. I room provided was not upto the mark.

Wifi did not connect, no swimming pool, bathroom size small, no bathtub, no door mats. Overall facilities.

Hotel is at good place near to market and some temple ,

rooms are ok not big ,washrooms are very small and water always stays which makes me feel uncomfortable when u r visiting any temple place . Some rooms smells very bad luckily we had one extra room available otherwise staff force was forcing us to stay in that room since all rooms are booked

The hotel property is new and compact. The rooms and beds were clean. Location is a little off the main road, so it was quiet.
