Proche de la gare et du centre historique. De nombreux resto et café à proximité. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Bouteilles d’eau à dispo dans la partie commune et petites attentions pour les enfants.

Meeega mili właściciele, pomocni, zawsze dostępni, jeśli czegoś brakowało to można było poprosić i dostarczyli czego było trzeba. Dobrze zlokalizowany nocleg, do metra 6 minut pieszo.

W obiekcie nic, ale okolica rzeczywiście nie jest przyjemna, nie działo się nic niebezpiecznego, ale mega odbiega od dalszej części miasta

Just right! Nice size, firm bed, friendly host and very conveniently located to the terminal for both train and underground.

Perhaps provide clearer directions to the building, (building photo) as I found it hard to pinpoint the actual building when walking with Google maps. Calling if you are outside the building was much needed and did help.

Região muito ruim e perigosa . Achei que fosse um hotel E um prédio muito Velho que tem os quartos reformados. Se vc apenas vai dormir na região e partir a seguir , ok. Do contrário para passear , jamais .

Tesis gayet temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Duşta sıcak su her zaman vardı. İkram olarak ilk girişte 4-5 su falan koymuslardı. Mini barda girişte doluydu ve hepsinin hediye olduğunu söylediler. Bize magnet hediye etmeleri çok inceydi. Oda temizligi istedigimizde hemen yapildi. Klima kumandasinin pili bitmisti hemen degistirdiler. Cok ilgili ve naziklerdi. Konum olarak tren istasyonuna ve metroya yakındı. Tarihi yerlere Metro A hattı ile 4 dk yürüyerek vittorio emanuel durağından kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otogara da yine aynı şekilde metro a oradan terminiden metro b yaparak kolayca erişim vardı. Ayrıca odada kahve makinesi ve kettle vardı. Ilk başta odaya koydukları kapsül kahveler çok lezzetliydi. Bir de ortak alanda espresso makinesi ve kahveler var orda da bir şeyler içebilirsiniz. Ortak mutfağı kullanabilirsiniz. Genel olarak bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı. 6 gün konakladık. Bizim için sorunsuz bir deneyimdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Konum olarak metro ve ana tren istasyonu terminiye yakındı fakat akşam saat 9 dan sonra sokaklar çok tenha ve sessiz oluyor. Çevrede evsizler var bence otele girişi çok geç yapmamak gerekiyor. Asansör çok eskiydi kullanımını anlamamız biraz zaman aldı. Tam durma sesi gelmeden asansörü açınca ana kapı açılmıyor ve ara katlarda duruyor. Biz bi gün kaldık. Bi kaç kez farklı katlara basarak inmeyi basarabildik 😅

Good location. Very accommodating and flexible staff

The staff that greeted me, Salvador, was excellent. He really made me feel comfortable and more aware of my surroundings which streets to avoid and which ones were safe to walk at night. The rooms were clean, the offered complimentary juices which was cool and all together inside the apartment is quite comfortable with modern amenities.

To preface these statements I want it to be known I arrived at night and left early morning so my experience doesn’t encompass the day time as well however all that being considered for me the location was a little questionable. I walked a friend home in Rome who was staying at a hotel prob 15 min away and how well lit the place was, how many tourist were passing through and the overall safety of the place completely contrasted this apartment. Maybe it’s because I’m not from a metropolitan area, I live in the Caribbean so it could be that I’m not used to cities like this but the closer to the apartment I got, the less safe I felt. The streets were dark, places were closed down, a lot of graffiti just a little bit intimidating an eerie. When I got to the location, the actual building was a bit old, the elevator a lot older it wasn’t exactly what was anticipated. I expressed my concerns with Salvador and once we spoke I felt more comfortable navigating. Went for a walk to get food at the train station and back. As well as I walked to the train station early morning to get to the airport. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay, I’d recommend the place but if you’re very foreign to places like this I would want you to be conscious especially when arriving at night and I also think it’s important for the host to make his clients aware especially when arriving at night. Most people I assume would walk because of how close it is to the train station. My experience is probably a little unique to my circumstances where I’m coming from, maybe other people wouldn’t experience these issues but there are lots of other streets in Rome that didn’t feel as intimidating completely parallel to where I was staying. If you don’t mind a bit more of an authentic experience at a decent cost then I’m sure this would be a top choice for you.

O quarto é bem equipado.

O cheiro fora do quarto é de comida e gordura. O prédio é velho e assim como a maioria dos lugares no Termini não parecem seguros.

Al edificio le falta mantenimiento y dentro del departamento hay olor a comida china muy desagradable.

Tesis çok temiz ve işletmeci kişi müthiş anlayışlı yardımsever ve diyaloğu çok iyiydi .terminiye çok yakın ve bu ulaşımı kolaylaştırıyor . Ayrıca minibardaki herşeyi ikram etmiş olmaları çok iyiydi

Tesisi çok sevmemize rağmen malasef Tren garı yakınlarında olduğundan dolayı biraz tedirgin edici bir sokaktaydı . Ve biraz fazla kokuyordu sokağı

10 minutes walking from Termini, very convenient location: easy check in & great attention from staff who were awaiting for us. Room is comfortable and very clean and some snacks/beverages were included for free.

Struttura pulitissima e personale super gentile. Ottima disponibilità per qualsiasi informazione.. davvero dei bravi ragazzi. Posizione non ottimale per passeggiare ma la struttura è dietro l’angolo della stazione termini e a pochissimi metri da qualsiasi servizio metro e parcheggiare in strada risulta meno impossibile del previsto. Camera king deluxe da prediligere per la vista.

The room was comfortable and had excellent facilities. A stocked fridge was provided and use of a separate kitchen area.

The hotel was a little difficult to find as there is no obvious signage. You go through a large door into a lobby then take an old lift to a higher floor of a large building. The area is not great but handy for the station.

Overall, good experiemce. But the elevator in the building is scrary.

Um prédio de moradia muito estranho , dentro do quarto era moderno e parecia limpo , mas a localização foi um susto pra nós .

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Belltower Elegans. Je suis arrivée plus tôt que prévu à Rome fin matinée), j'ai contacté Andrea, il m'a répondu tout de suite que ma chambre était prête et que je pouvais la récupérer. La chambre est grande, bien équipée avec le frigo rempli et gratuit (eau, coca, bière , proseco)! Une machine à café et un bouilloire sont disponibles dans la chambre. Il faisait très chaud, mais la chambre est climatisée (climatiseur très agréable, pas très bruyant). La salle de bain est grande, les produits de toilette sont à disposition. Nous pouvons utiliser le salon et la cuisine, très agréables également. C'est TRÈS propre ! L'appartement est très bien localisé, dans le centre de Rome près de Santa Maria Maggiore. La gare Termini (train et navette directe aéroport) est à deux pas, mais l'appartement est très calme. Nous conseillons Belltower Elegans et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Booked this hotel for proximity to Termini station, because we were travelling from there the next day. It's very well located for that. Also, a few streets away are some nice bars, restaurants, enotecas, in the Esquilino area. Room was small, but smartly decorated and very clean. Fine for 2 people.

When booking, I thought this was an actual hotel, that would have reception/lounge area, etc. It's not a hotel - it's more a collection of apartments. The host was very helpful and checking in was fine. But it's more of an airbnb type setup. Also, the description when booking had promised bathrobes and slippers, which were not in the room.

O quarto é limpo, confortável, o André e atencioso.

Eu quando fiz a reserva acreditei que se tratava de um Hotel, mais ao chegar vimos que era um Airbnb, não tem fachada do hotel e sim uma porta com interfone onde tinha o nome escrito no 4 andar. Nada que prejudique a acomodação pois o quarto era bem arejado,limpo e confortável. Tem elevador e edificio antigo, porém funcional. A região é bem próxima a estação de trem, e a 3 quadras tem ótimos restaurantes.

Appartamento ristrutturato, ben arredato, stile moderno. Confortevole. Bello anche il bagno, con doccia molto ampia. La posizione è comoda sia per vedere la città che per la stazione Termini (a due minuti). Il ragazzo dello staff molto gentile e preciso. Consiglio il posto, soprattutto a chi viene in treno.

Andrea was a great host! Room was clean, check-in was easy. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Location was perfect! This was a great place to stay as a group, there were 8 of us using 5 rooms.

Only few minutes away (walk) from Roma Termini, 30min of walk from city center! You can go everywhere by foot, if you like to explore and walk:)

For a woman, since its near train station, not sooooo much safe latter in the night

Convenient to Roma Termini station

This place was so clean and fresh! The bathroom fixtures were all new and they added nice lighting too. The light over bathroom sink needed to be replaced but all the others were modern and great. The bed linens were nice quality too and bed was so comfortable and large!

The bathroom towels need a fast upgrade to compare to the other amenities. Also the walk from the train station was a bit sketchy after 5pm with men hanging out in the street visiting. But once inside, amazing! And it wasn’t too bad…we walked about ten minutes down the next street and back for dinner and it was great.
