En super dejlig lejlighed som indholdt det jeg havde brug for lys og rumlig. Lækker balkon sol om morgenen og skygger om eftermiddagen og aftenen hvilket var lækkert da jeg var der mens der var 36° Fik gjort rent skiftet sengetøj og rene håndklæder hver 3 dag hvilket jeg ikke havde regnet med nu det var en lejlighed. Personalet var flinke og meget hjælpsomme

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026I had a terrible experience at Delmar Appartments between the staff’s behaviour and the filthiness of the studio I genuinely don’t recommend staying at this accommodation.
Very rude and disrespectful staff, the bathroom was stinky, not clean and had a terrible smell. The kitchen facilities were also not clean at all!

I booked the appointment from 13th and we arrived at 4:45 AM on 14th and they didn't let us in until 8AM. I suppose someone has to wait for us to give us the key but the security guy has no idea and we had to wait for someone else for more than 3 hours even! I was thinking about cancelling the booking and book whatever hotel or appointment for me and my family rather than wait in the street!!!!

I felt like home,if you are looking for a familiar place,it was good for me.studio room was decent size and clean, although is near a street,it felt calm at night.
If they keep prices according to quality,it can be a good place for short term,so I liked how it is now, actually I stayed longer than my original idea.

Haus steht am Berg, sodass man jeden Tag hin und zurück Berg hoch und absteigen muss, der nächsten Strand ist ungefähr 600 M weg zu Fuß, keine Oder wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, keine Kindervergnügen nah

The water was yellow. I don't know if it's the water quality or the old pipes but this was very troublesome. There was a lot of noise coming from everywhere. There's no noise isolation whatsoever. The microwave was also a bit dirty but the rest was good overall. The pictures are a bit misleading.

Le logement est fonctionnel avce machine à laver, gaziniere frigo etc. Le personnel est super gentil et disponible. Le concierge est adorable, le propriétaire est très facilement joignable est très arrangeant. Je recommande x100. Merci pour tout.

The traffic noise was constant day and night. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you as there is a very steep and uneven walk to get to the apartments. WiFi kept going off.

Apartment liegt über einer stark befahrenen Straße. Deshalb ziemlich laut. Checkin Personal spricht kein Englisch. 6 Personen gebucht. Angabe im Inserat waren drei Betten. Vor Ort nur 2 Betten. Ging für eine Nacht. Für Länger nicht brauchbar.

Людям у которых проблемы с суставами, и вообще с ногами, не зайдут на горку к апартаментам, она примерно 70 градусов наклона
