Loved it just as much as the first time I stayed here. Everything is still incredibly clean and well maintained. A special shoutout to Eden, the housekeeper, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Phòng 1 người thì phải ở một căn khác cách gần đó, cũng yên tĩnh đầy đủ. Nhưng có gì thì giải đáp thắc mắc qua page hơi lâu và lúc check out sáng sớm thì phải tự xách vali xuống thang bộ (hơi khổ nếu vali quá to)

המיטה היתה קשה לטעמי, יש קצת ענייני צנרת במקלחת ובשירותים אך הבחור המקסים שמנהל את המקום עזר לנו בכל דבר. שימו לב שאין מעלית, הוא עזר לנו עם המזוודות והיה פשוט אוצר!

選了三人房，離購物地點很近，附近也很多飲料店和餐廳，整體位置便利👍 房間內部冷氣很涼！洗澡熱水夠熱！空間也大價格不貴，整體cp值滿高的 很滿意

Хорошее расположение в тихом переулке, быстрое заселение, по возможности даже раньше расчётного часа. Есть кухня для гостей, там же можно набрать в свою бутылку питьевую воду. Удобная кровать и подушки. Номер соответствует фото. Персонал даёт памятку о правилах проживания и код от ворот, а также можно брать зонты.

В номере слабо работал кондиционер, нужно бы заправить охлаждающей жидкостью. В здании нет лифта. Для нас с рюкзаком это не было минусом, но гостям с чемоданом будет не удобно.

J'ai réservé une chambre individuelle en demandant d'être au calme et c'était le cas. La cuisine était fonctionnelle et la présence d'une machine à laver est un réel atout. Le personnel était aimable et réactif.

S'il faut choisir un point "négatif" je dirais, attention à la propreté de la pièce commune

Clean facilities, clean room with strong A/C, clean washroom, staff was onsite always so it felt safe. Thanks for letting me use the washing machine, it was a life saver for me!

El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo, el alojamiento está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de noches en la ciudad. Está en un callejón más tranquilo que la avenida principal :) en grab estás a menos de 10 minutos de las principales atracciones

No outside space to chill in

Good location though a little tricky to navigate with bikes passing through the alley. Very clean with large beds in dorm. I could almost stand up in my bunk and I am 5ft8! Staff were nice and there was a nice small common area. Not very sociable but a nice quiet peaceful space in a busy city.

Bikes parked inside the door in the morning made it a little difficult to get out. Otherwise great!

Good location. Chill. Has everything you need. Basic but good value for money. Don’t expect anything posh.

Key card needed for electricity so the fridge basically turns off when you are away. Not a big deal if you aren’t storing anything

Space is aesthetically pleasing, minimal and very well maintained (both the room, and all common areas). Extremely clean too. Front staff was present throughout the entire day, and very helpful and respectful. Great attention to details: towels and linens were spotless, microwave available, common fridge appeared to be tidied up during my stay, useful toiletries provided (comb, q-tips, toothbrush, etc.), bed and pillows were comfy, free access to washing machine (clothes then hung outside on roof), nothing defective or wobbly in room, good internet connection. As a sensitive sleeper, was never bothered with hallway noise so I think soundproofing was good too. Centrally located in Saigon. And in a small alleyway with coffee shops, street food spots, places of worship, etc. You can see lots of office workers nearby line up for lunch in certain spots.

Can't think of anything besides some construction work two doors down when I was there, but that's not a big deal if you're out in the daytime.

The rooms were extremely spacious and clean! Such good value for money with access to a washing machine and filtered tap water. It’s located in a quiet area, close to many good food options and cafes - only a short ride to popular tourist destinations. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Het was heel erg schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. Je betaalt heel weinig voor een luxe hostel en je zit echt op een goede locatie.

Bon emplacement, pas loin du centre mais un peu plus calme, pas trop touristique. Plein de restaurants bien pas loin.

Pieds trempés dans la salle de bain dès que l'on a pris une douche mais pas différent du reste du Vietnam et d'autres pays d'Asie.

Best hostel I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Very clean and respectful place. Not a social place if that’s what you’re looking for. Bathroom in the room, air conditioning, very important when it’s 35 degrees. Staff is lovely and very helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, surprisingly plenty of space to sleep and for personal belongings even for cocoon beds. The toilets and bathrooms are relatively clean.

It would have been more comfortable to have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

-no shoes inside the vuilding so you have to wear shared slippers which is unhygienic -no frigde in room, but you can use the shared one on the 1st floor

Chicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was brand new, the bed and space was huge, and they meticulously cleaned the bathrooms multiple times per day:)

During our stay at Benhouse Homestay, we chose the triple room with its own private bathroom, conveniently located on the second floor. The room itself offered a quiet retreat away from the bustle of the street while still being easily accessible. Inside, we found the space to be thoughtfully arranged and impeccably maintained, providing ample room for three guests. The private bathroom was modern and clean, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries that contributed to a comfortable and hassle‐free experience. What truly enhanced our visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, the attendant was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage as we navigated the stairs up to our room and back down upon departure. This considerate gesture made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. Overall, the combination of a well-appointed room, pristine facilities, and attentive service made our experience at Benhouse Homestay both relaxing and memorable.

Although the location may be a bit challenging to find from the main road due to its tucked-away position in a quiet side alley, it’s clearly marked once you’re nearby. BENHOUSE HOMESTAY is nestled in this hidden corner and offers a safe and secure environment for its guests. Overall, its unique location, combined with the assurance of safety, makes it an excellent choice for a comfortable retreat.

The design of the place was nice and the bathroom had a lot of space. Also a nice mirror in the room and bed was comfortable. Surprisingly it was pretty quiet even though it's in a central area.

In general it was clean but they could clean the window area a bit better as there was a lot of dust in the corners.

The location is very near to the main street and easy to go everywhere. The room and facilities are very clean, the environment is quiet so I had a good rest. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't expected a homestay to be this good. I was hesitated to book at first but it totally worth it. I hope you can keep up the great work!

Very well located, helpful staff, and incredibly clean and comfortable. I really loved my stay here. It’s a fantastic spot if you need to recharge a little and don’t mind not socialising. The rooms are quiet and cool and the bed pods are private and incredibly spacious.

My only improvement would be to add some small hooks/shelves in the pods to help organise the space, and a handle to help you climb in and out of the top bunk.

It was perfect, no insects, always had hot water for showering, clean bathroom.

The gates will be locked at night and there will be no smoking area at night.

🇵🇸⚖️ I stayed in the first floor mixed dorm room and the first thing I noticed was the unusual spaciousness of the capsule I was allocated, and although I stayed there for a long time - and had incorrectly assumed that my sheets would be changed gratis - my overall experience was 🇿🇦 ⚖️ fantastic nonetheless. 🕌 The property is located ten seconds from a local Vietnamese vegan place, and two minutes from a brach of "O Plant Based" (a tremendous vegan bakery I patronised very regularly). The whole area is certainly NOT touristy or pro-Genocide (Zionist) either! I liked the fact that it wasn't a rowdy place, and that its facilities only suit independent travellers who want to be left alone to do their own thing. An Apartheid-free Palestine, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea! 🇵🇸

Nothing whatsoever elicited my dislike. The nearest hangout places (for Vietnamese in the main) were sufficiently far away. Mainly convenience stores, local shops, local eateries, these kind of places nearby.

The room was spacious, property was well located, the staff had some great recommendations and were helpful.

The walls in the bathroom were not very clean and poor ventilation (none).

It was in a great location, I loved how nice the owner was he gave great suggestions, and my room was so clean and had everything I needed!

Benhouse Homestay – Convenient, Affordable, and Clean! I had a great stay at Benhouse Homestay and even decided to extend my stay for an extra night because of its convenience, affordability, and cleanliness. The homestay is perfect for budget travelers as it has everything you need to prepare your own meals. This was a huge plus for me! They also have a potable water source, so there’s no need to worry about buying bottled water or looking for a water dispenser—just ask the friendly receptionist, and they’ll gladly assist you. Another thing I really appreciated is that I could return anytime, even super late at night, and they would open the gate without any issues. It made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Overall, Benhouse Homestay offers great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay!

I had a great stay at this hostel! It’s clean, quiet, and conveniently located within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals like rice or other dishes. However, one thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have a water dispenser. It would be nice to have one available for guests. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to stay!

The host of the property was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond and I can’t praise him enough. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

in front of the hostel you find in the evening a delicious place where you can buy this filled white bread nice helpful staff it was possible to store my luggage after my checkout and take a shower later i did some teeth cleaning there around in a clinic ... 600.000 VND (25% comopared to the cost at home) 6 bed are in the room ... the matress is about 1,2 meter wide with another 40 cm space next to it 1,4 km away from the Ben-Thanh-Markt where the best place is to change money in a gold shop there (on the western side outside of the market in the middle about - two shops opposite on a crossing there) you can use the busmap app in Saigon ... download it for free ... on the map you see on a street map then also offline where the next bus station is ... so it is easy in combination with internet in the hostel with google maps to search for interesting places ... take a screenshot ... then leave the place and use busmap to save walking km ... when you are dropped out somewhere in the city ... open busmap ... search on map for the next station and see what buslines are there and where they bring you for me that really worked ok to visit 3-5 km far away places in saigon for shopping ... fares are from 5.000 VND to 10,000 VND to the airport the next bus station is 200 meter away ... take Bus 05 or 06 or 14 there for about 4 stations ... walk another 240 meters and take the Bus 109 or 152 there ... for me it was 16.000 VND to the airport (for big luggage some conductor charge double the ticket price)

maybe an extra light for reading in the bed area ... a simple one that can be plugged into the power outlet in the bathroom next to the toilet ... there is a hole ... it only needs a cover to close this hole ... small thing to improve

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and modern. Warm water, comfy pillow, working ac and it had a fully equipped shared kitchen as well. Friendly staff.

Everything looks new and modern, the bed is clean and big with a comfy pillow and there is quite a lot of additional space for your things. Fully equipped and clean kitchen. The location is bit off from the main attractions, around 20 mins walk, but I enjoyed the more quiet environment.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super nice and helpful—they gave me an umbrella when I was heading out and helped me with the taxi driver. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Everything felt fresh and modern, with great decorations. The place was super clean, including the room, which was well decorated with new bathroom equipment. The bed was comfy too. Definitely recommend

It was perfect that i'v ever stayed. The accommodation was clean and, above all, the staff were very, very friendly. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again, I will definitely stay here.

Cleanliness. Big wash room. Big and comfortable bed and space. Functional and equipped kitchen. The owner was super kind to allow me to check out late at 5 pm. and also allowed to take a shower at 9 pm. before leaving for the night bus. The best host for a traveller. They also offered towels and toiletries. Supercool......exceeded all my expectations.... the guy in the reception helped me with an umbrella to get car as it was raining....

Lovely staff, very clean rooms and toilets. Water and snacks/fruit provided for free. Everything is very fresh and new, clean bed sheets, comfy beds! Highly recommend!
