Rooms were clean & well maintained. The surrounding greenery was beautiful. The staff were nice & friendly.Good service ( food & facility ). Overall experience was great.

It's slightly far from the main city, about 13-14km. On the way to stay there's not much streetlight.

The area was very good. The property outside was good. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water facility was good.

Poor Sent menu card after confirmation, before checking in they collected Full amount after that asked for food which was in menu they told like order from Swiggy we don't have any kitchen

It is a common toilet and bathroom, The room is very small in height and width, just one cot fits inside, you cannot walk only 2 people can stand.No AC. This is for one of the rooms we have booked via booking com.

There was a dead rat on the campus which caused a stink in the room and also i had requested for additional beds as we were 25 member group but they didnt provide it inspite of the promise

I liked the hospitality the most. The homestay was also pretty decent- free wifi, all the needy utensils, a TV etc.

But the location was quite scary. It might feel overwhelming for a group of just 2-3 people. It's best to have a huge group, it will be a thrilling experience (just at night tho).

The ambiance and the nature around the stay is serene, and it's just 10km away from the city, which is quite convenient to travel to other places. The breakfast and dinner are tasty and very reasonable price. Over all I liked the house.

It was a quiet and good experience enjoyed it only it is far from the city we had to sent more money for getting to the place 👌

Had a great time here. The location is a bit tucked away, which is nice if you want peace and quiet, but the road getting there is a little bumpy. The family hosting is lovely though, very welcoming without being intrusive. Felt like staying at a friend's place. Will come back.

The kitchen was very well equipped and helped us manage our toddler's food needs during our stay. The TV and wi fi were handy as well. The grass lawn is great for the kids to run around.

1. Unwashed bedsheets 2. The louvres on the bathroom windows were each missing the bottom glass sheet, making us feel uneasy about our privacy even though there's only the wilderness outside those windows. 3. The road frontage of the property could do with some additional illumination after dark, to make it look more inviting.

Room was not ready for check-in on time. Fire ants in bathrooms and in kitchen.

Food can be really improved

We loved the traditional charm of this old ancestral property. The architecture, heritage feel, and peaceful atmosphere made the stay truly special, like stepping back in time while still being comfortable.

The property was good isolated from traffic and city life good for family especially for pet parents love the hospitality they were kind and supportive over all good experience

We got container to stay and it was very congested. It's quite far from city limits so not advisable to stay

It was spacious and we'll maintained, the owner was very supportive.

No mirrors

Worst property owner and management (Prasad). They gave the booked homestay to a different customer for higher price and denied to provide the service and asked me to take the container stay for the same price which was worthless. It was a complete disappointment. They don’t respect the customers and I request whoever is going for this stay always have a backup of a different stay. These people will ruin your stay and trip.

It’s a complete fraud and scam. Don’t trust this homestay and go guys. If anyone comes before u arrive at the property with higher price they give the stay for them and kick you out. They ask you to cancel the booking from your end so that they are safe and portray they are genuine. Also they force you to give 5 ratings until then they won’t let u go!

We liked the homestay pretty much and the premises are excellent....for cooking and all very beneficial who can prepare self...

The first major drawback is location was too long and u should have self drive car or else u will end up paying for travelling a lot....Be careful with snakes we have witnessed watching a very very very big python....so for kids don't allow them to playing arena.....

Worst experience. Its a house completely made from sheet. If you walk, entire house vibrates. AC not working. Bathroom is extremely congested. Not worth the money. It was a suffering to stay here.
