Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Super accueil de la part de Fabio et Domenico. Petit appartement super confortable donnant sur une cour intérieure au calme et dans un cadre agréable! Quartier à taille humaine avec petits commerces et à la fois facile d’accès pour rejoindre le centre ville en transports en commun. On a vraiment apprécié séjourné dans un appartement de la résidence Niguarda 🇮🇹🤩

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location is really easy to find, both by bus and by foot. It was really clean, and it had everything and more for a comfortable stay. The staff was really welcoming and nice, gave us suggestions for breakfast and for dinner, places to visit and how to get there
The walls are thin, so we had a few nights where our neighbours would wake us up with their noise. But! The staff were really quick to talk to them and ask them to be more mindful of the noise and it was oke!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Es gab Hygiene Tüten mit Duschgel, Duschhauben etc. Außerdem habe es noch weiche Schlappen für die Wohnung umsonst ! Das parken hat sich im Innenhof sehr sicher angefühlt Das Personal hat uns noch mal alles erklärt (was man in der Stadt machen kann).

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Piso muy limpio y espacioso. Muy agradable todo. Domenico nos informó de cómo movernos por Milán y nos dió muchas recomendaciones. El barrio está a unos 20-30 min del centro en transporte público. Nos costó un poco entender las conexiones. Y no os olvidéis de los impuestos municipales 10€/pax/dia en Milán, carísimo, y se paga al contado!!

היינו צריכים לשלם על הגעה מאוחרת בלילה. זה לא היה רשום בבירור כשהזמנתי את המקום. קצת קטן ל5 אנשים וצפוף אבל בסהכ היה נפלא. תודה.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Buena ubicación con respecto al transporte para ir al centro. Opción de dejar el coche en parking privado por 15€/día y disponer del mismo cuando quisieras, dejándolo cuando no lo necesitabas. El apartamento está muy equipado.

Breakfast cafe we went was great, staff very welcominf, coffee and bakery is just top notch. Dinner option qas also very good, big portions, welcoming staff.
Location is a bit out of the city, but may be it is even better

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026الشقة نظيفة وممتازه وصاحب الشقة رائع والتواصل معه مرن وسهل ويحاول يقدم اي خدمه حتى احظة وصولنا سلعدنا في حمل الشنط الى الشقه وتوصيف الاماكن الممتازه والشقه بجانبها سوبر ماركت coop وعنده مواقف في الشارع مجانيه ولكن زحمه ولكن عنده في حوش الشقق مواقف لكل الشقة اليوم الواحد ب 15 يورو وافضل الوقوف فيها ويوجد مكيفات في كل غرفه وفي الصاله والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل وطبعا لازم قبل الدخول تدفع ضريبه المدينه لكل شخص وهذا نظامهم وانا دفعت لعدد 7 اشخاص 100 يورو فترة الاقامة كاملة
بعد الشقه عن السنتر ب 20 دقيقه ولكن هذا لا يعيب موقعها لان السكن في السنتر غالي وزحمه

De slaapbank ik de woonkamer ligt niet lekker met 2 personen maar er was ook nog een apart 1 persoonsbed dus was uiteindelijk geen probleem.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Domenico çok ilgili bir çalışan, otel çok temiz ve herşey düşünülmüş. Milano'da kalınabilecek bir konumda ulaşım konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Tekrar gitsem hiç düşünmeden kalırım. Ailemle birlikte çok güzel bir anıyı geride bıraktım. Teşekkür ederim işletmeye bu anlamda.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Leiligheten var veldig ren, sengene var komfortable og personalet var ekstremt hyggelige og serviceminded. Verten Domenico viste oss rundt og forklarte alt på god engelsk, han kom med mange gode anbefalinger også. Vi parkerte inne og det kostet kun €15 i døgnet. Stedet føltes veldig trygt. Vi vet hvor vi vil bo neste gang vi skal til Milano!

Autostāvvieta pagalmā, par papildus samaksu, ļoti noderīga un atvieglo auto novietošanas problēmu. Blakus veikali, netālu sabiedriskā transporta pietura. Dzīvoklī veļas automāts, būtu jauki, ja būtu arī statīvs žāvēšanai 😊 jo veļas automātā ar žāvēšanas funkciju mums neizdevās izžāvēt. Ledusskapis liels, virtuve aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo, ļoti garda kafija ☕️

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Ik ben tijdens een rondreis 2 nachten verbleven bij Residenze Niguarda. Van te voren via Whatsapp met de eigenaar Domenico afgestemd hoe laat ik aan zou komen, en bij aankomst stond hij netjes bij de poort mij op te wachten. Wat een aardige host! Hij helpt je om de bagage naar boven te tillen, geeft uitgebreid de uitleg over alle voorzieningen en regels. Ook deelt hij een hele lijst met aanbevelingen in de stad, van lokale restaurants (serieuze aanrader, nog nooit zo'n goeie pizza gegeten) tot bezienswaardigheden en supermarkten. Het appartement zelf is ruim, netjes, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed, fijne woonkamer. Airco die goed z'n werk doet. Over alle details is nagedacht - echt heel fijn. Zo heb je alles om gebruik te kunnen maken van faciliteiten als de wasmachine en vaatwasser.
De beveiligde parking zat bij aankomst helaas vol - dan maar gratis op straat parkeren. Omdat ik laat aankwam was het behoorlijk druk - de host gaf heel vriendelijk zijn eigen parkeerplek op zodat ik dichtbij kon staan.

Було трохи шумно від сусідів і бойлеру.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Impeccable. All you could possibly need is supplied. Incredibly comfortable beds, huge walk-in shower. Some washing pods and dishwasher tablets provided too. Tram to city centre within walking distance, as well as great local restaurants and shops.
It would be great to have a shelf in the shower to place toiletries.

Duschen, großes Bett, Kleiderschrank vom feinsten, Safe, Kinderbett (ausklappbar) Staubsauger, Großer TV, Couch, Zusatzbett. Ubs hat alles positiv überrascht. Perfekt. DANKESCHÖN.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026We had an amazing 4-night stay at this apartment in Milan. The apartment was spotless, exceptionally clean, and had everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Domenico was incredibly welcoming and took the time to guide us through everything when we arrived. He was always available whenever we needed assistance and was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also felt very safe in the residence, which made our experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Milan. Thank you, Domenico, for such a wonderful stay!

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026It was exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent, close to the bus station. Everything you might need was provided, including tea, coffee, extra blankets, an iron, slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. Domenico was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
We had to pay an extra fee for late check-in (which was clearly mentioned in the description), but I didn’t pay attention to it, so that was basically my mistake 😂. However, I still don’t fully understand why an additional fee is required for late check-in. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The only thing I would suggest is providing more than one bottle of water, especially for guests arriving late at night. We arrived around 11:30 PM and all the nearby shops were already closed. I would also recommend using a different floor cleaning product, as the floor felt slightly sticky. Other than these minor points, everything was great. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Overall, I would still rate it 10/10.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Am stat în apartamentul C, la parter, cu două dormitoare. Apartamentul este curat, spațios (100mp), bine mobilat și utilat cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Gazda este amabilă și pregătită pentru a oferi ajutor în orice situație. Am parcat gratuit pe stradă, în fața imobilului, parcarea interioară fiind contra-cost (15€/zi).
Dacă nu ajungi la cazare până la orele 20⁰⁰, trebuie să plătești o taxă suplimentară. Noi am ajuns la 23⁴⁵ și am plătit 30€.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Residenze Niguarda and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The two brothers, Domenico and Fabio, met us at the entrance, showed us where to park, helped us with our luggage, and explained everything clearly. They made us feel welcome immediately. The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located close to the tram, which made getting into Milan easy and stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were outstanding, and we especially loved Café Code Nostre around the corner — a true Sicilian breakfast experience with absolutely delicious food that should not be missed. Overall, an excellent stay with warm hosts, a perfect location, and fantastic local recommendations. Highly recommended!

Reviewed May 29, 2026Locatia este perfecta. Apartament spatios, curat si utilat cu tot ce este necesar. Gazda foarte bine intentionata, ne-a oferit informatii importante legate de transport si obiective de vizitat. Recomand cu placere unitatea de cazare.
Am avut ghinion ca statia de tramvai care este foarte aproape de cazare sa fie inchisa din cauza unor lucrari de modernizare si a trebuit sa mergem mai mult pe jos pana la urmatoarea statie.

Reviewed May 20, 2026It is a large appartmant, clean, equipped and specious.
The single beds are extremely small, I would say for kids only. You can park on the street and your car gets scratched (our car was the only one scrached from a large line of cars from both sides). The reason might be that the property offers 15eur parking place and if you dont pay and decide to park outsede suddenly your car gets scrached so you change your mind for the rest of the stay!
