Ubicacion, a nada caminando desde Central Station, habitaciones tal y como se describe, con vistas al canal y a solo un paseo de los principales puntos de interes de la ciudad. Lo mejor el personal tanto la dueña como el chico del coffeeshop que fubckona tambien como recepcion muy amables y empaticos con el cliente. Sin duda volveria a elehir este hotel para alojarme en la vieja Amsterdam

In de omschrijving via Booking.com staat zeer duidelijk vermeld dat deluxe kamers beschikken over 1 groot 2 persoons bed. Tot onze verbazing waren het 2 losse bedden waar we niet voor hadden gekozen. Ik kies uitsluitend een kamer met 1 griit 2 persoons bed en géén 2 losse bedden. Helaas bleek dit bij alle kamers het geval. We hadden nooit voor dit hotel gekozen als we dit op voorhand hadden geweten. Spijtig dat we wel een hoge prijs moeten betalen en dat het totaal niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed. Wellicht is hier nog een tegemoetkoming voor te verzorgen om het leed alsnog iets te verzachten. Daarnaast in 2026 een deluxe kamer zonder föhn, zonder waterkoker of koffie apparaat, geen douche producten.. . Kortom..... te duur voor de geleverde kamer.

Very central

Voyagers hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main train station which makes it very convenient when arriving from the airport. It's centrally located in a busy and vibrant area, and also has a lovely coffee shop. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous. They immediately offered us coffee upon arrival. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. We needed to get to the cruise terminal the next day. It's only 2 km away but would not have been able to walk for 20 minutes with luggage and it's too short a distance for regular taxis. Hotel staff kindly suggested calling a bicycle taxi and recommended to us Iambiketaxi.com that was super helpful. We appreciated their help and enjoyed a fun ride in a bike taxi. Our taxi driver was very friendly and helpful as well. The Voyagers hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a good restaurant just across the narrow street overlooking the canal. We thanked hotel staff for their recommendation and enjoyed our breakfast there. There are also lots of other restaurants within walking distance. We'd be happy to stay there again.

We did not like the somewhat steep and narrow stairs to our room but it was manageable with railings on both sides. Staff kindly carried our luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator or ground level rooms so we got a room on the first floor to minimize taking stairs. People with mobility issues need to request rooms on the first floor to avoid going up further flights of stairs.

Situé près de la gare

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un Koffee shop qui a des chambres. L'odeur est donc très désagréable. L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier raide et étroit voire dangereux. La chambre était moyennement propre ( trace sur les fenêtres et les murs, poussière, porte de la salle de bain abîmée par l'humidité...) La salle de bain n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle : aucun rideau ne protège la douche donc la salle de bain et les toilettes son systématiquement inondés à chaque douche sans mise à disposition de raclette. Pas de mise à disposition de shampoing et le gel douche proposé n'est pas individuel. Il n'y a aucun équipement dans la chambre : pas de placard ou de cintre pour disposer ses affaires ( uniquement un porte manteau)pas de meuble pour poser sa valise, pas de table de nuit, pas de sèche-cheveux, les serviettes sont usées. La literie n'est pas confortable. Il est difficile de circuler dans la chambre vu sa taille et les murs arrondis. L'isolation phonique est insuffisante : nuisances de la rue et de l'hôtel. Et la lumière de l'escalier passe à travers la porte. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner proposé. Le personnel n'est pas particulièrement avenant. L'emplacement est dans un quartier sale et peu sécurisant. Le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations inexistantes.

It is in the city center, our room was onthe 3d floor with the view to the cannal. Everything is very close.

Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Voor ons is de locatie perfect, de kamers zijn nieuw, netjes en schoon. En het personeel/eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Dit was onze 3e keer en we gaan hier zeker terugkomen.

Er is niets tegen gevallen maar ik heb wel 2 tips, een klein lampje op het nachtkastje en een passpiegel aan de muur dat zou het nog beter maken.

Location of property is absolutely spot on directly across from central station clean spacious rooms.

1 little bad thing the room i was in room 1 when you have the shower on the drain backs up abit and basically floods the bathroom.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel direkt in Zentrum, paar Minuten von Hbf entfernt. Wenn ich wieder in Amsterdam bin, werde ich gerne wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Tage bei euch.

Todo perfecto, la ubicación y las vistas increíbles. El chico de recepción 10/10, muy amable y servicial. Sin duda volveré a mi vuelta a Ámsterdam.

Por decir algo, que no hay ascensor y me toco el cuarto piso, pero vamos, que no hay ascensor lo pone claro en su descripción, así que sin queja.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the hotel had a great location and nice views. The bed was quite comfortable.

We arrived during the end of the extreme heat wave and our room was very cool upon arrival but it got harder to keep it cool. Also the stairs were a challenge although we received much appreciated help with our bags upon arrival. We were offered a lower room after they became available but only took up the offer on our last night (of four) due to the air conditioning issue. It turned out that our room's control were connected to those of a vacated room. Once we moved, it was comfortable again and the second room was more spacious. I wouldn't take a top floor one again but would take a lower one!

I stayed at this hotel because it is right next to Amsterdam Centraal. The staff was super friendly and the room comfortable. However, be aware: - The hotel is also a coffee shop, where people smoke. If this is an issue for you, don't book here - It is an old Dutch building with it's typical narrow and steep stairs and no lift. If you travel with big suitcases or generally a lot of luggage, don't book here.

Location was great, within walking distance of the Main Train Station. My room overlooked the canal system, so that was a bonus. Breakfast was not included, but Amsterdam is certainly not short of places to eat. I found a very nice restaurant around the corner where I could sit outside and enjoy my coffee and croissant.

No elevator, so I needed assistance to get my bags up the windy and steep staircase. Thank goodness my room was on the second floor.

The hotel is a short walk from the central railway station. Easy even with two large suitcases. It is situated between two picturesque canals so lovely to look out the window. Beds were very comfy, showers great, size of room good. We were there when it was 38 degrees and the air conditioning was a saviour. The fridge was also great for keeping our drinks cool. Great spot to explore the city.

The stairs were a killer. Having said that, the guy at reception carried both bags up to our room. So grateful! Getting them down was a case of sliding them!

Magnifico mini hotel in pieno centro, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ed in una zona molto buona e piena di locali, ma comunque tranquillo e silenzioso. Struttura pulita, bagno completo di doccia e letto molto comodo. Dai commenti degli altri utenti leggo che la scala é scomoda: é vero, ma quasi tutti gli edifici di Amsterdam hanno la scala all’olandese e spesso non si puó installare un ascensore negli edifici storici; quindi lo considero un problema che non esiste e non ci ha creato disagio. Alla reception ci hanno tenuto i bagagli per qualche ora senza nessun problema.

É andato tutto bene, grazie allo staff molto gentile.

Muy cerca a la estación de Ámsterdam central, todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio, excelente vista a los canales.

Hay que subir 5 pisos en escaleras demasiado inclinadas. La ducha y el sanitario están en el mismo espacio, la ducha no tiene cabina, cortina ni nada que la separe del resto del espacio del baño, por lo cual, todo queda mojado al ducharse.

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, il personale molto gentile. I letti sono comodi, ma sono separati. La vista e l’insonorizzazione della camera erano ottime. Per la pulizia si può fare meglio.

The fact that I could leave this hotel

This was a very unpleasant hotel experience. When I said I would leave the hotel, after spending here less than 30 minutes, the reception staff were openly rude and did not hesitate to insult me, including calling me a “crazy” They also suggested that my discomfort with weed users was strange and unreasonable, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. There was a strong smell of weed throughout the hotel, including at the reception, and many guests appeared to be weed users. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe and chaotic. I did not feel the staff were acting professionally or maintaining any proper standards. My room also raised serious privacy and safety concerns: the balcony was connected to the neighbouring room, and the door locks felt very weak and insecure. The neighbour seemed also smoking weed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel felt like a place catering to weed users, and this should be clearly stated in its description so guests know what to expect before booking.Almost 200 euros were paid for one night, but staying there was not possible as it was not safe and did not meet basic hotel standards. Only about 20 minutes were spent in the room before deciding to leave. The hotel owner refused to refund the booking even though no stay took place, and continued to insult me and behave in a very inappropriate way even during departure. It is also cynical that rules regarding smoking, drugs, behaviour, and harassment are posted at the entrance, as these rules should be followed first and foremost by the hotel owners and staff.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. He was eager to help us carrying our luggage.

The best thing about the Voyagers was its location, right at the edge of the tourist district and therefore within walking distance of a hundred shops and restaurants. Its location is also great if you're joining a cruise ship as the terminal is about a ten-minute walk from the Voyagers. The room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed.

The primary surprise was the CLOUD of marijuana smoke that greeted us in the lobby. Nowhere in the booking info did it mention that the lobby is also a cannabis dispensary. That attracted a "colorful" crowd. Just FYI. Another problem was with check-in. The booking info suggested that we could check in early (1:00pm) for a $20 charge. However, we were told at the desk that we would have to wait till 3:00 since the cleaning crew wasn't even arriving until 1:00. (Maybe we had to arrange for that in advance?) Finally, be aware that there is no elevator and the tiny, winding staircase was a killer. Keep that in mind before you book on an upper floor. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location, but just be aware of these glitches.

For us the location was perfect, close to the station. The room was compact but well air conditioned. The bathroom was newly renovated.

People mentioned in reviews that the reception is a ‘coffee house’, many people outside smoking weed 24/7. The stair cases are seriously steep, and I mean steep. There is no escalator. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Lovation is perfect !

The location was excellent, central to everything. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The room was modern, comfortable and very clean.

Location location, just a few minutes from Amsterdam Central station ! Very near everything. . The staff was very accommodating, especially Allan for helping bringing our luggages up those stairs.

The steep narrow stairs are very challenging. Also it can really be quite noisy till 1am especially on weekends due to the location of the hotel. So light sleepers might have a hard time sleeping. As a few people have suggested, some cups in the room would be appreciated. Note the rooms are not serviced daily.

We got 2 single beds instead of double bed as expected. Very small room but can be functional . Steep narrow stairs , just as warning for people like us with heavy big luggage.
