Hotel Cinquantatre

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca del metro y excelentemente conectado con las principales atracciones turísticas, esta muy cerca de la Plaza Tritone y la avenida principal con muchos restaurantes y heladerías, lo que facilita mucho salir de noche y vivir la vida de la ciudad. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el servicio de limpieza fue excelente. Tiene ascensor y es una facilidad muy valorada en la ciudad

Un miembro del staff no fue muy amable, en nuestro caso fuimos dos mujeres con maletas pesadas y llegamos de noche a hacer el check in, en ningún momento nos ofrecieron ayuda para llevar las maletas al ascensor y la actitud fue bastante seca. El resto del staff si nos trató bastante bien y nos ayudó

Nossa estadia foi perfeita!! O prédio é antigo, mas é tudo muito limpo e conservado. Café da manhã excepcional, com muita variedade e um croissant maravilhoso. No quarto a cama e o chuveiro são perfeitos. Fomos muito bem recebidas e ficamos encantadas com a gentileza e educação de todos. A localização é excelente, pertinho do metrô e de pontos de ônibus. Quando voltar a Roma, já sei onde ficar!!

Hotel comodissimo per spostarsi presso i principali punti di interesse grazie alla vicinanza a pochi metri dalla metro Bernini mentre fontana di Trevi e Pantheon si raggiungono comodamente a piedi in 15 minuti.

La atención de los dos recepcionistas, siempre pendientes de que todo esté correcto y estemos disfrutando de la estancia. Y el cariño y amabilidad de la señora encargada de los desayunos. La habitación muy bien, la limpieza diaria excelente y todos los dias a las 13:30 la habitación siempre estaba limpia. Próximo a la Roma monumental y con una parada de autobús a 80 metros del hotel que te comunica con toda Roma. La calle tranquila, pero céntrica. Relación calidad/precio excelente.

It was clean , cute modern room with everything you need. But the front desk staff member named Hugo really made the stay out standing ! He was super friendly and kind. His restaurant recommendation was amazing.. We truly enjoyed the stay and how informative and helpful Hugo was.! Thank you Hugo. I hope to see you next time we’re in Rome.

Tren istasyonuna 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Trevi çeşmesine filan yakın. Personel anlayışlı ve yardımsever. Metro istasyonu çok yakın.Kahvaltı iyi sayılır ağız tadına göre değişir.

I am extremely disappointed with both the cleanliness of this hotel and the way the situation was handled by the staff. On the day of my departure, I discovered that the blanket I had been using throughout my stay was stained with menstrual blood. I was shocked and immediately brought this to the attention of the room attendant, who told me that the hotel does not usually wash or replace the blankets between guests and only changes the bed sheets. I reported this to the hotel manager, who apologized and assured me that I would receive a refund for two nights as compensation for this unacceptable experience. Unfortunately, after making this promise, the hotel stopped responding to my messages and never processed the refund. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through on the promised compensation made the experience even more disappointing.

I checked out early from my booking at Hotel Cinquantatre. I was in this hotel for 2 hours, before I left and found somewhere better. The staff were inappropriate prior to my arrival which made me already uneasy as a solo traveller. The property is advertised in multiple places as "non smoking" yet the room I was given, had clearly had someone smoking it. I could smell it especially on the side of the bed closest to the window. And there was a cigarette hole on the seat below the window (that opens). There is not soundproofing, so everytime someone next door opened or shut their door, it sounded like someone coming into my room. The door was confusing and didn't appear to lock, as I am travelling alone, this made me uneasy. I did not feel safe, and so I contacted the property and checked out early. The elevator barely fits one person and their luggage, so be aware if you are more than one person or have more than one bag. I am actually very unhappy with this entire experience beyond my short stay, because they are trying to claim I was a "no show" and charge me a fee. I have been disputing this claim since the 16th July (it is 21st when I submit this review, and the dispute via Booking.com is still ongoing), because it is completely untrue, and I should not be charged a "no show" fee, when I did indeed, show. I am still on holiday, and will be for awhile, and this ongoing dispute is ruining the rest of my holiday. (The first photo is of the elevator/lift, the second is the cigarette hole on the seat, and a zoomed out photo of the room from the doorway, the bathroom is not visible but is on the left hand side)

lo mejor es la ubicación, tiene una terraza para desayunar con unas vistas muy buenas, en la habitación también teníamos una terraza con las mismas vistas, como he dicho, la ubicación es es excelente, puedes ir a andando a muchísimos lugares

no funcionaba el jacuzzi de la terraza, era unos de los servicios que tenía la habitación

Posto pulito ed accogliente. Letto comodo e stanza spazioza.

Zona attaccata ad una ztl e non segnalata in precedenza. L'unica pecca della stanza e che on quanto da sulla strada trafficata giorno e notte, non è abbastanza insonorizzata e si sente tutto quello che viene dall'esterno. Tassa di soggiorno o del sindaco, come dice lui, non pervenuta nella prenotazione e nel momento in cui chiedo se è possibile pagarla con la carta mi sento dire di no perché se no deve pagarla lui? Strano.

Muy buena la atención y la predisposicióm del personal. Excelente ubicación para el turista.

Muy limpio. personal muy amable, muy buena ubicación, puedes ir paseando al centro, a Trevi. piazza spagna y además a unos 100 metros tienes el metro en Piazza Barberini y dos paradas de autobús en las cuales puedes ir con ellos a cualquier parte. Muy bien ubicado.

Hotel zelf op een top locatie. Loopafstand van eigenlijk alles. Vriendelijke personeel, nette en schone kamers. Ontbijt was iets minder maar kan beter.

Le manque d'entretien des chambres et salle de bain. Coulures de peinture sur le carrelage, chevilles inadaptées aux trous faits comme pour le miroir articulé qui est inutilisable, tartinage de joints (qui en plus ne sont pas propres) autour de la baignoire, rebouchage grossier d'anciens trous dans le carrelage, boîte de kleenex vide, brûlures de cigarette sur le fauteuil, système de fermeture du coffre fort avec plaque magnétique décollée, rideaux qui ne ferment pas bien =plein jour dans la chambre dès 5h30 (ce n'est qu'à la 3ème nuit que malgré nos réclamations quotidiennes les rideaux ont enfin été raccrochés correctement), couette jaunie mais certes protégée d'un drap, bouilloire entartrée, grosse boite de café soluble entamée à l'odeur et au goût improbable, etc...

The room felt very comfortable, with characterful decor. Excellent breakfast, great value. Great location walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, Metro at end of street, close to Hop on Hop off bus stop, convenience store and restaurants. We LOVED the terrace even though it was a bit tired, the experience of being outside in the rooftops enjoying a private drink was great. Nice to find a sewing kit in the bathroom along with tissues etc. Compact lift, but got us and bags to the 5th floor easily which we were grateful for. It's not a big flash hotel, rather family owned and run with helpful friendly staff - eg. provided wine glasses and opener

The staff were terrific and the location was great. This was an unexpected last minute booking for us and we were pleased with the outcome. If you are considering Tritone Top House as an option STOP do not book them, book here, Hotel Cinquantatre instead, better staff, and similar location.
