its very tiny! Not super clean, Ok location, there is a kitchen and you can fry an egg, but that's about it. No way ventilator for frying.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024Nice large bedroom, with a huge tv! Was also nice to have a fridge and although we didn’t use it- access to the washing machine! The host was very kind to facilitate a late arrival and let us leave our bags there during the day we checked out. We are going back through Hanoi in a few days and booked to stay here again!
Not super close to the old quarter but there are busses very nearby that run frequently :)

The kitchen sink did not have good water pressure. The bathroom was not clean enough. There was quite a lot of dust in the apartment. The advertised address on booking was inaccurate.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2024The room had suddenly issues with plumbing before arriving, but I was contacted and offered another similar room at another location, for basically the same price. All was perfect there, the room had all I needed and more, and communication was effortless.
The only thing I didn't like was paying in cash, but that is still very common in Vietnam and not a big issue of course.

Located in a small alley with better lighting after sundown than during the day. Big TV but without TV channels and could not connect computer with hdmi-cable because of the wall mount. Beds are pretty hard but sleepable.

As this is shop lot and using staircase to going up. luckily our room at level one. the toilet a bit smaller and not convenient for doing shower.

It was super hard for me to communicate with the police there and took me around 2 days to handle this issue. Manager offered so much help and even worked extra hours to settle the whole thing for me. Thank you so much! Super great location in the Hanoi, basically close to everywhere. Best value for money too
