Superbe séjour, les chambres sont belles et propres. Le personnel est très aimable. L’hôtel n’est pas dans le centre (30min à pieds) mais on le sait Bon petit déjeuner et très beau rooftop

Seul petit bémol la piscine est vraiment petite et il n’y a pas vraiment de transats si l’on veux bronzer

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Frühstück war top. Die Skybar mit dem Pool auch.

Tout était très bien, je ne suis restée que une seul nuit mais tout était parfait. Personnel, chambre, équipement, petit dej ect ! Je recommande

The location is brilliant for getting round the city. The breakfast is very well done and the rooftop section is a great place to go in the evenings. The staff are all very hospitable and happy to help with anything.

Advertising the rooms as soundproof is a mis-sell; they aren’t. Can very clearly hear traffic from outside (not sure the windows are properly sealed) and noise from the hallway. Earplugs are provided but I don’t think this should classify as soundproof.

Lovely staff, so kind. This is one of the best hotels ive stayed at. They upgraded our room for free. The rooftop bar and pool are amazing, great views. The room was nice and clean. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast were very tasty.

Facilities were exceptional, Amazing staff and Breakfast, would definitely visit again.

The staff were very helpful. From the time of booking, I received clear updates regarding my stay on WhatsApp, and the airport transfer was seamless. Booked a day trip to Ninh binh that was comfortable and arranged well. Helpfulness of the front desk staff and the hotel massage facilities were of particular note, would highly recommend. The breakfast buffet changed on the different days of stay, and was delicious.

No issues with the hotel. Would recommend. Location tip: Expect some construction or city noise at night. If you don't want to miss being in the very centre of things and do not do well in the city's hot weather, just remember this location is not the Old quarter but slightly over 1km walk away in the French quarter.

Bed was a bit firm for us but this was the norm in Vietnam. Not central but you get to see how the locals live which was interesting.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, varia e di buona qualità, e la splendida vista dal rooftop dell’hotel. Un ringraziamento particolare va allo staff, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci sono venuti incontro anche quando, il giorno successivo alla fine del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la necessità di lasciare i bagagli in hotel per alcune ore: una cortesia che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Ottima anche la posizione, molto comoda per visitare la città e, a nostro avviso, preferibile rispetto a quella degli hotel situati nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio.

L’ensemble de l’hôtel et du personnel était super. Il n’y a rien à leur reprocher nous avons passé un super séjour.

L’espace de sport est très basique et vieux.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale sono stati impeccabili, così come la struttura, veramente stupenda e ben posizionata!

Nulla, tutto era veramente perfetto, forse qualche miglioria al rooftop, un po più di presenza di un barman ma veramente è una sciocchezza perché è tutto bellissimo!

Everything was terrific! The staff is amazingly welcoming and assists with everything you may need. We have been upgraded without paying extra fee, the spa treatments are good and the hotel restaurant serves excellent dishes. I truly recommend to anyone wants to spend proper time in Hanoi in the French quarter to book this hotel!

The location is close to the embassies and a 15-minute walk from the central lake and the Old Quarter. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. A special thank-you to Mr. CRAB for his warm welcome and great recommendations.

The amenities in our room were outdated and showed some wear and tear, including missing or damaged tiles in the shower. Looking past these minor details, it did not take away from our stay.

Me gustó todo, el desayuno, el personal y la. Habitación, pero he de decir que nos cambiaron de hotel, a otro de su cadena, es el Laramie. En el casco antiguo, una habitación mejor sin coste, francamente volvería con los ojos cerrados.

Accogliente, piscina sul rooftop con vista eccezionale su Hanoi. Ristorante e colazione ottimi, personale attento e gentile. Camera pulita letto comodo. Posizione un po’ fuori dal centro, ma comunque abbastanza comodo, raggiungi il quartiere vecchio in 20 minuti a piedi. Tutto perfetto.

Leggermente piccola la camera, ma dettaglio trascurabile.

Nos dieron una habitación superior porque había habitaciones libres en el hotel. Amabilidad absoluta. A poca distancia del centro histórico pero muy tranquilo. Volveremos

Nuestra estancia en este hotel de Hanoi fue genial. Aunque no está en pleno centro, se llega rápidamente a las principales zonas y, sinceramente, se agradece estar un poco alejado del bullicio y del ruido del centro. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy limpias y las camas comodísimas. Además, todo el personal fue encantador y muy atento. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable para disfrutar de Hanoi.
