Les futons sont extrêmement inconfortables. Ils mériteraient d'être changés. On est loin du futon traditionnel japonais. La chambre n'est pas bien grande. Heureusement, nous n'étions que 3 (2 adultes et un enfant) dans une chambre pour 4.

Der Viertel ist für japanische Verhältnisse ein bisschen komisch, ich würde nicht unbedingt nachts alleine als Frau rumlaufen. Rezeption ist leider nicht 24 Stunden besetzt, wir sind spät gekommen und früh gegangen und haben also kein Personal erlebt.

Squeezing four people into a tiny room with a tiny bathroom was a challenge. The kids did not mind the bunk beds but my wife wasn’t a fan.

L'établissement fait très hôtel classique plutôt que Ryokan traditionnel. De plus, il n'est pas particulièrement bien situé (le seul atout est l'arret de métro non loin) sinon le quartier est assez "vide" et pas forcément très bien fréquenté. C'est un point de vigilance à avoir si vous comptez prendre cet établissement.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The two bunk beds suited our family well and we really enjoyed having a separate sleeping pod. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The accommodation had a very welcoming feel. The accommodation was very close to a large supermarket, so it was very handing for food and refreshments.
Similar to many places that we stayed at in Japan, the room was small so there was limited space to store 4 suitcases and move around the room. Whilst it is advertised as Japanese style accommodation, it is actually located within an undercover shopping area - this didn't bother us since it was the interior that was more important, but the exterior was not what I had anticipated.

Mir hat alles gefallen, aber es könnte Personen geben die sich an der Lage stören , da es recht weit vom Zentrum ist aber dafür gibt es ja die U-Bahn 5 min Fußweg.

The desk is not monitored 24/7 but they responded quickly to my messages through booking app. There is no elevator, so beware. Very friendly staff. The front desk area has a microwave, hot/cold water and tables to eat at if you bring your own meal.
The step-up bathroom was a pain.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Lage naher der Metro super, in der Nähe auch ein Waschsalon zu finden. Zimmer hat alles was man brauchst. Es hat sich sehr sicher angefühlt, durch das Zugangspasswort und Schließfächer für die Zimmerschlüssel. Nette Mitarbeiter die alles erklären.
Zimmer sehr kompakt (aber wir wussten vorab wie groß es sein wird, daher waren wir nicht überrascht), der Geruch am Gang war unangenehm, sehr chemisch süßlich nach Orange, vielleicht ein Putzmittel. Wir haben immer ganz schnell die Zimmertüre zu gemacht beim rein und raus gehen, weil es so unangenehm war.

The futon can be a bit hard for western tourists. But after all the room is clean and comfortable.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The lobby and lounge area are beautifully decorated with some traditional pieces and a cute lego matcha house. The hotel felt safe with the key coded doors, and the instructions for self-check in were easy to follow. The location is simple to find from the nearest train station. The bed is comfortable and clean, as is the bathroom. The TV even has airplay, so you can connect your devices/netflix etc. Great value for money in Osaka. I would stay again (I want to try the breakfast next time! It looks delicious).
It is an old building, so I'm sure it can't always be helped, but there was a spider on the headboard of the bed when I first walked into the room. Perhaps just more bug repelling spray before guests check in is needed now that the weather is getting warmer. I was also sad not to be able to have the hotel's breakfast, so please consider making it available more days!

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per la sua vicinanza alla stazione di Tengachaya, ideale per collegarsi all'aeroporto internazionale KIX. La camera è molto comoda e spaziosa, staff gentile e disponibile.
La posizione non è ideale se si vuole visitare la città e inoltre sulla strada dell'hotel c'è poca vita.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The staff is very friendly and the place seems cozy from the inside.
Avoid this hotel if you have other options and it is not a last-minute booking. The rooms are very small - we couldn’t even open our 23 kg suitcase on the floor because there was no space. The walls are so thin that it feels like you’re sharing the room with your neighbours. And the worst part is the hotel’s location. It is situated in a really bad neighbourhood of the city, which we unfortunately only discovered after arriving. There are many homeless people, a lot of trash everywhere (which is very unusual for Japan), and the hotel is located inside a market. Truly awful location - I would never stay here again if there are other options available.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Hôtel bien situé et confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Dans un quartier calme avec un arrêt de métro à proximité. Petit déjeuner japonais ( ou autre) exceptionnel. A ne pas manquer. Accueil chaleureux par le chef, un de nos meilleurs souvenirs du Japon

Soms wat lawaai van de mensen boven mij. Ietwat gehorig.
