Staff and food was great

There were many problems in room like AC not functioning well and television was now working

Bedroom was spacious and well laid out. Clean and comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to Thamel area and 30 minutes from the airport.

Small bathroom and slight drain smell

The Landmark is close to many of the " must see" sights in Kathmandu. The staff are professional and courteous and responsive to are requests for taxis, information, etc.

The location was quite central and they would call us in the morning for breakfast which was lovely for someone who keeps snoozing the alarm. The staff were also very sweet and friendly.

There was loads of construction going on which I think should be mentioned somewhere so customers know there will be lots of noise and disturbance. Additionally, there was an issue with the water filter? (I am not really sure what the problem was but was told the filtering was the concern by the manager?) However, the water had a HORRIBLE smell. Unfortunately, it is scorching in Kathmandu so I had to wash my hair with that water, and it was smelling all day. Other than those issues, our stay was pleasant and the room was nice. Hope they've fixed these issues:)

The breakfast was very good, there was variety and I could therefore choose the dishes I am more used to and try those and I am not used to. The location was very good as it was near the centre, where I was having meetings. it was also a walking distance from the central market where I shopped for souvenirs.

There wasn't much I did not like. The only thing lacking was a garden, which you cannot do much about, since there is no room for expansion.

Landmark Kathmandu is a well valued for money. Staff were very friendly and I had made request for early check in and they did manage this for me in short notice. I find the location very handy for pubs, shopping and visiting Kathmandu tourist destinations. I would recommend for anyone. Their restaurant food was amazing.🤩

Location was good in terms of availability of nearby good restaurants

1.Washroom was with bad odour. 2.Bedding was uncomfortable; felt the irregular surface. 3. I requested for the clear view of the Palace from my room which wasn’t met.

Liked the rooms which were spacious & clean. Breakfast was also good.

One lady Staff at reception was not fully aware of the around things and also not felt comfortable to cooperate. Thanks to the Manager who intervened and help us to get a taxi for a day tour. Taxi for Balaju Bus stand we hired from Hotel was too expensive!

Only the staff was helpful and aided us when we needed help with our luggage.

Upon arrival the hotel lobby area doors were left open leading too mosquitoes biting us,one would say a welcome drink for themselves. The Room was went clean and had a musky smell to it. As for the sheets, stains were spotted on the pillow as well as the sheets and duvet covers. At one point in our stay the water was black in colour and then changed to yellow colour seeing as the water tank was reaching empty. However the front desk did ask us if we wanted to change rooms but seeing as we had to repack our belongings we opted to wait for the water tank to be refilled. All in all not worth the price for the stay.

Everything including the level of respect and ecosystem of the hotel. Everyone was really helpful and amazing . Staffs were too cooperative and with a positive energy. Anil Giri was very helpful even at late night and cooperated me with the best possible resource.

Nothing as such. Everything was perfect . I promise to myself that I will have the same LANDMARK in every stay in Kathmandu and I will suggest the good people about it.

Hotel was decent, clean, staff were friendly. They catered to our requirements day and night, so they were very friendly

The entrance is too narrow, and there was some confusion with the rate of the vehicle, so we ended up paying double the amount discussed. But otherwise it was good.

The staffs were the best kind of people, they helped us through out the trip regardless of the business. They were all so nice. Breakfast was also tasty. They organised everything to make sure we are at comfort, definitely coming back again.

The hotel is a bit old, everything is old up, and it has that smell of oldness.

Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Facilities good, as is the location. Close to Thamel. Friendly staff. Will stay there again.

15-20’ walking distance to Tamel, similar time to durbar square, quiet, lots of light, big space for one person, well equipped, very polite and helpful staff, away from main road, cafe and bar on property, breakfast basic and enough, also a la carte, immediate hot water and strong pressure (6th floor), garage.

Nice location close to Thamel. Large and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Will stay at Landmark again!

Super nice staff and clean hotel! The team is super helpful and supports you with everything you might need. I totally recommend staying there.

Everything was very well planned in this hotel and surprisungly eveeything in the room worked perfectly. They have paid keen attentiin to details and comfort. Good staff and Mr Anil, the Gen Mgr was very cooperative. Best value for money infact.
